Greenhouse is the most user friendlyATS (in my opinion), so much can be automated which saves a heap of time, and almost everything you could want in an ATS is available to you (email templates, self-scheduling, scorecards, GDPR compliance, trainings for teams etc etc). I LOVE Greenhouse. The Greenhouse team was also fantastic with implementation and provided great support.
Although I strongly believe Greenhouse to be the best ATS, there are still a few things that I think could be improved. For example, when posting jobs, you can only have one set company description/ 'About us' and this therefore remains in (in our case) English even when we're posting the job in Portuguese or French etc. Also, it would be very useful if you could send automatic customised follow up emails to send for outreach if the candidate does not respond.
The ease of use makes Greenhouse the perfect choice. With our previous ATS, interviewers never filled out scorecards, everything was very messy and candidates' information was stored indefinitely. With Greenhouse, creating and filling in scorecards is so easy, and the automatic email reminders are a game changer. Everything is very neatly organised, the pipeline view makes it super easy to understand how the hiring process is going at a glance, and we are always GDPR compliant.
The system is easy to use and allows us to keep track of all candidates / prospects while also providing actionable insights to our hiring teams.
There isn't anything I would change about Greenhouse.
Greenhouse allows us to quickly action all prospects and candidates to quickly make hiring decisions!
Customization, reporting, scheduling features, scorecards.
Reporting has a steeper learning curve but that's likely due to the customization aspects of the platform. We could REALLY use a robust requisition system with multiple layers of approvals.
Being able to track custom data that is important to our business and our senior leadership team.
Great customer support and user-friendly interface make the hiring process seamless. The system is easy to implement, fostering efficient team collaboration with structured processes. Moreover, the platform's versatility allows seamless integration with various tools for sourcing, video conferencing, and document signing during the employment contract process.
There are some features that could be improved, like the survey; however, I recently learn this feature will be available soon.

Firstly it helps us keep all candidate interactions stored in one place which makes it easier to reflect on the candidate journey and for handover purposes when a team member leaves. It is also helping to keep us accountable and ensuring we remain on target to achieve our strategic goals of reducing candidate dropouts, increasing quality of candidates and reviewing which parts of the journey are proving most difficult.

Organizing tasks and keeping things on track
For me is the easiest way to give follow up, not only to the candidates but also with my stakeholders, I use it always, have a lot of information that help create reports and have more control of my activities. Easy to use and implement and to integrate wit houtlook for example. I only need to contact support 1 time and they help me really fast.
Sometimes is not easy to open Linkedin profiles
Have tracking with the candidates and my internal clients so we can do activities faster and dont get lost.
Greenhouse has many funcitionalities that I enjoy - the ability to sync with many of the apps that I already use is very helpful.
Sometimes the integrations can be a little clunky, but they keep getting better.

The Support Team is amazing, I get answers to all of my questions very quickly and promptly. Outstanding service. Integration was seamless - super easy. Best ease of use of all ATS platforms.
Some customizable features still missing - Kickoff forms and surveys for example.
Being a solo recruiter on our team, I need the best support in the game and a tool that saves me time and allows me to work smarter, not harder.
I really like how user-friendly it is, and if you're not able to figure it out yourself, the online resources are a really good support. The customer service is also top-notch, always really quick to respond and find answers for you, or make suggestions to the product team for future advancements.
I find reporting very manual and overwhelming, I do wish this was a little more simplified!
Tracking interviews to ensure consistency. The ability to add skills which allows managers to evaluate against them. Simple to use which means TA is able to stick closer to processes. Also really supported and simplified the approvals/offer processes.
