User Interface. Its really easy to move around in Hubstaff.
Only feature that I am still waiting is that there is no notification option when a employee starts working. I would prefer to have a pop up msg on my pc when anyone from my team starts tracking time.
We needed constant monitoring on our employees and Hubstaff is helping us to achieve that.

I have been using this software more that 2 years with Australian Website Development company. Its very easy to use. never had bug with this system. i have used both Windows and Mac version both works great. i highly recommend it for anyone who looking for simple time tracking software with Advanced Features.
Actually i cant find any dislikes with this system. Honestly
We are using this for track the time of our all remote Software Developers
We have several remote employees working both domestically and internationally and Hubstaff has been an incredible tool for keeping everyone on track. There was never any really big question as to the productivity of our employees because we see the effects of their production but it is excellent furthermore having the peace of mind and actual numbers to back it up. It's easy for my users, couple of extra clicks, and very simple but useful reporting.
Their integration with Salesforce and phone app still need a little bit of work but in their defense these are still in beta testing and we were forewarned. They have been helpful in providing support and open to feedback. We are really looking forward to the phone up being fully functional because our sales reps contact from their phone often. This would make their activities statistics more accurate...... all in good time :-)
Anyone managing a sales team, especially with remote users, will immediately see the benefits of using Hubstaff. If used correctly to pinpoint struggling sales team members or even better, the most efficient sales team members this information is priceless in planning and implementing department changes. Or seeing how efficient your current setup is and maybe not making any changes but being able to put hard numbers with your results.
Allows us to easily monitor offsite employee work.
Would be great if it had a time sheet tracker and a way to pay employees directly from the site.

Hubstaff's time tracking features are incredibly precise. It allows us to monitor how much time is spent on various tasks and projects. This data has been invaluable for improving productivity.
In the future, I hope to see more customization options for reports and further enhancements in project management features.
Easy to Use: The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Team members had no trouble adapting to it, which was crucial for a smooth transition to remote work.

There's a great integration between Hubstaff and Wise. So we're able to take the core tracking and then automate out our payments to team members using Wise.
The internal navigation can be a bit confusing. I don't need to go into the admin dashboard very often, but I find myself clicking around a bit to find exactly what I need.
We were looking for a tool that allows us to track time for contractors/international team members and then automate those payments. Hubstaff does exactly that!
Hubstaff is our company tool in keeping our time management for every task in daily basis. For every output, we can record our start and end time. Timesheet is present for thorough record of the time keeping. On several times if the site had an error or the user has not been able to manage it smoothly resulting to insufficient time count, the admin can easily adjust the time track for the eight hours still be completed for the day.
Sometimes when the tab has been idle, the timer stops running on display so you'll have to reload it to see the actual recorded track. Not sure overall, but I hope maybe Hubstaff can have some updates for smoother running even just on a browser.
Hubstaff makes time tracking in easy and efficient way. Every project can have a neat record of how long it is done. You can start anew, pause, and stop the time whenever you needed. I like that Hubstaff is easy to manage for every user.
I like that tit sends updates to your email. It lets your time tracking easier. You may also view your timeline in days, hours or weeks. Unlike the other platform, this one is very much easier to navigate. I'd say this is very user-friendly.
There were once (just once in my alomst 2 years of using the platform) when it won't load and I can't sign-in. Aside from that, when chaging task, I can't simply input the next task. I still have to hit play which I sometimes forget, most specially when I'm on a rush.
None that I know as of the moment.
