It is very easy to use! It rarely crashes or has issues. I think it is best for people that work projects on a per hour basis. Super simple interface, you get the hang of it in now time.

It only tracks mouse and keyboard activity, it does not take into considreation you might be reading a long document online and it tracks it as no activity which is not necessarily true.

Does what it should, tracks hours, activity, bill rate, and pay rates, has random screenshots, and is fairly easy to use. Makes it so much easier to prove to clients how long the tasks performed took the time.

Lack of possibility to set different hourly rates per project and per team member. For example, one member might be paid to do an hourly job for one type of work, and another for another type of work. Also, the client budget doesn't allow you to set an hourly rate there. For example, I can only add a total budget for a project, but if a client is paying an hourly fee, and the developer lets say, deoesnt know how much a task would last, I cannot set that hourly fee per client. Just a total time worked, and total budget.

I find it's widget/app the best because you need not sign in every time or do a lot of clicks. Just open the widget, click the start button, and that's it! It's easier to track the time you spent in working, and you can pause if you'd like to.

For me, the To-Dos panel is too big. I don't need it that big. I would love to have a small version of Hubstaff window in my task bar. Also, I don't like when it says I'm being "idle" every 5 minutes. Sometimes I need to think about projects, sometimes I'm watching videos and such time is labeled as "idle".
