It is convenient for our team to time in and time out our daily progress in every thing we work on. This makes us more effecient in what we do.

There's not much thing i dislike about Hubstaff.

Hubstaff makes our life easy in tracking our progress that we are currently working on.

Establishes transparency encouraging productivity

Do not have a timer to show how much time on current session I am spending. Shows only the cumulative time. Also FIXED PRICING.

Employees like REMOTE WORK. But was a nightmare to track time and productivity. Also to trust them and make them more responsible.

I love the integration with the Wise/Payal. Extremely seemless.

I believe sometimes my employees indicate that Hubstaff turns off if it's not in plain view on their Desktop.

It's helping me monitor and track my employees. It also auto calculates their paycheck which I really love.

What I like the best is the time tracking feature

Hubstaff is a very useful tool for any company that has remote or even in-office employees. You are able to track employees hours in a detailed way, see random screenshots, and also get clairty on the quality of their work based on their activity. Depending on your payment structure it is easy to do payroll through Hubstaff to your employees.

Not much! Wish it linked with Payoneer which is our payment processor for our employees so we can do our payroll through there. But not much else is really wrong with it.

Benefits are easy to use, easy to track. Also their support is excellent. Shout out to Win! He is super helpful and always there to answer questions and help us when needed

Best to use, and it is straightforward to use and light it also accurate and suitable. Very easy to use and also gives precise time tracking details along with the screenshots for better understanding.

neither it doesn't have any dislikes from me, but there has to be an option for the desktop app to switch among multiple users if they are using the same machine, i.e.

We have problem tracking the employee's task progress and management between them using the Hubstaff we all are streamlined the projects or tasks among team members and also tracked them eventually.

As a developer, being able to track my time but not requiring to have screenshots while doing so is really nice.

Badges are a little addictive. Sometimes I find overextending myself a little in order to keep the weekly/daily streak.

Keeping track of my working time, I hadn't done it before because alternatives required you to screenshot while tracking time.

Currently, there isn't a report that shows the TIME IN and TIME OUT of employees. But the actual productive hours rendered is available.

Having the team on a Work From Home setup, Hubstaff has helped me take my worries off of them being at their work stations during their work hours. Also, it has helped me in payroll computation as there isn't a need to manually do the calculation.

On occasion there is a website bug “404”

I can easily track my employees time and see screenshots and pay them timely and automatically. Allowing me to focus on me and I get nice reports about their activity levels too, that is very nice!

I like the fact that the tracking is very accurate, I only pay for work completed on my project down to the second.

It would be great if more integrations were included at the lower price points. I would be interested in quickbooks and trello integrations and possibly skype included with the subscription service.

Effortless tracking of my virtual assistants. I no longer need to worry about if they are working on my projects or other projects.

This was the only tool out of 8 that we tried that was setup simply and quickly with no fuss.

Nothing about it is disliked it works well

Having clear expectations with team members that whilst I don’t pay daily attention to time tracking reports it’s there if they give me reason to check it. Benefits are openness and transparency around ways of working

The customer support has been fantastic. Hubstaff has also helped me streamline my business which has saved me so much time!

There has been nothing so far which I have disliked. I had some trouble with some integrations of Trello and transferwise but the team were on the ball and helped me.

Managing a remote workforce. The ability to integrate with Trello has been brilliant.

If employee steps away and doesn't clock out the idle clock starts immediately

Screenshots are nice, but employees will sometimes just change whats on the screen to seem busy. A 15 second low res video every 5 minutes would be really nice.

The time tracking and screenshots are so important to my team to be able to ensure that our Virtual employees are working properly on everything that we need them to work on. We know that they are doing a good job because of the screenshots and that they aren't wasting company time/money by being on Social Media or being inactive for a long period of time.This is such a huge piece for our business.

There isn't anything that I dislike. Everything has been great so far.

I like the activity monitoring and screenshots because it allows you the flexibility in doing other things while having the chance to review every members productivity level.

Hubstaff requires minimal input to allow maximum output. Staff feel accountable without feeling intruded like having someone looking over their shoulders. It is cost effective and allows for so much more productivity from my team.

Not being able to see real time what the team members are doing however the screen shots are great.

Time management and getting the most productivity out of my team members. It keeps them on track and accountable and allow for much more productivity out of each day.
