The interface is very user-friendly. Easy to navigate, learn and manage multiple partners. The system makes working across three brands seamless and easier to process all payments.

The only downside is not being able to set more than one new partner contract in advance. Only one new template term can be set in advance. I believe there is a fix coming for this soon, which will be fantastic.

Impact is allowing us to scale multiple partnerships easily. It's easy to find, manage and communicate with partners. As well as easily manage campaigns, contracts, assets and financials all in the one place.

Impact offers an user-friendly platform and it's really easy to manage partners, get in touch with partners and find new brands to promote. The payments are always on time and support is very fast, and on-time. There are thousands of brands to join, and the platform covers all my needs as an affiliate expert. Highly recommended if you want to find new brands in a user-friendly platform or "network" (let's call it like that).

All is decent, but the only problem I can see is that sometimes support doesn't answer my questions accordingly; they have difficulties understanding what my questions are.

I needed a place to be able to get in touch with brands and have an infrastructure & platform for managing payments, analysing my stats, and staying in contact / getting in touch with new brands.

Sometimes it is not enough to give the direct referral link to the partner website. Specifying to link more details, events and actions are often necessary. And at Impact.com we have this option.

In the impact radius platform, we cannot find a few affiliate programs to help us grow more in this field. If more CPA (lead generation) programs are added to this platform, it would be amazing.

The impact that offers affiliate networks sometimes they are shallow in quantity. It could be more helpful for us if more affiliate networks shall be added to impact.com

I have known and worked with Impact for years and honestly it is one of the top partner networks out there. Very easy to use and if someone gets stuck the information provided and the ease of solving problems is the best anywhere.

Reporting can be a little clearer and not to allow advetisers to take control of the reporting. Dealing with advertisers and making them follow the rules just like publishers do (basically landing a hand to publishers).

Every update from the team at Impact has been good so far in 2022. There has been some updates to payment reporting and finance, which has been helpful to me. I have a more clear view of my financies now, but still numbers change based on advertisers views.

I like the minimum payout feature, which is only $10. This is very helpful for beginners to start earning and get it into their pocket.

I promote the links of different products taken from the Impact marketplace. I earn commissions promoting these products and get the payments on time.

For me personaly currently the login process every time keeps asking for a code. Yet i have clicked and identified the laptop i keep using. Otherwise so far so good.

The dashboard is very nice. Creating link here is very easy. Impact's tracking is very nice. I can see every tracking metrics here!

I like here everything. If Impact let YouTubers work with some brands in pay-per-video model system, that'll be a nice thing. I think Impact can bring this kind of new features here for us!

My biggest problem with Impact is that I have no way to find out why some brands don't want to work with me. When I apply for a new brand, this brand often doesn't reply or reject me, I just keep seeing Applied for this brand. And nothing happens.

Mainly reporting problems. The benefits are that you can track affiliate clicks and subsequent paid subscriptions with finer granularity. This keeps the brands honest too since by looking at the data you can see if there is any misreporting of registrations within the cookie window.

Not sure there is anything I dislike, but if there was one area that I hope they improve is working with Vanity Ads. We use Vanity ads a lot and as such there a little hard to manage.

Impact has solved making money with targeted advertisers. The merchants are high quality and it'ssuper easy to engage with them.

The thing I like most about impact.com is that I get results. The advertisers are within my niche, and therefore, I can convert sales more efficiently.

The impact.com interface, while it has a lot of great features, can be a bit clunky to use. The sign-out button is in the bottom left corner. Please put it in the top right corner like everyone else. And I have not been able to figure out how to withdraw an application if an advertiser does not answer my request within a reasonable time. I think the withdraw button shows up after x number of days, but you have to hunt for it.

The biggest problem is getting the right advertisers and converting clicks to sales. impact.com has a good mix of advertisers, and my sales have been decent, though they always could be better.

It was easy to get approved unlike some other services and it is easy to use. Most of all it's easy to find the products that I need.

I have found that products I see on the affiliate websites are not available after an update last year. I think it is due to out of stock issue but I did find that some products where just not on impact but were on the affiliates website.

I am able to get the products and services that my reader want. I have also found a good selection of products.

Easy to operate. Many sites I've found are confusing to manipulate and access. This one makes complete sense and easy to navigate.

Previously, we used a competing affiliate platform that was difficult to navigate and had outdated features. It was tough to get any support, and there was very limited reporting abilities. Switching to Impact was a breath of fresh air. They have detailed metrics, a robust discovery platform, and their support is out of this world. They are constantly refining and adding on new features and really go the extra mile.

I want to find a way to track code use from Instagram, which seems like it would be an impossible feature to implement. But, they seem to have a team of geniuses, so maybe one day!

We have virtually eliminated code leaks, we are able to see when organic coverage and content is created, and we have seen continuous growth as a whole.

Hmm... one thing I love is when the affiliate program managers send me the complete URL with my affiliate code embedded, along with pics, so I can post easily and quickly to social media - and I wish the sidebar link generator would self-generate the same kind of ads that come up easily on Facebook, but not on Twitter, and would be amazing to add Instagram and GETTR, too - maybe Pinterest?

High degree of customization on all levels. Be it about automations, terms & contracts. Also: Their CS team is simply brilliant.

I'm using different affiliate platforms for years but I like Impact most, because of its' easy to use interface, non-complex report pages and link creation widget. Even there are some simpler affiliate plaforms Impact helps me to control multiple partner accounts not only one.

For me, discovering & getting new affiliate partners could be better on Impact. Sometimes i got notifications but can not reach to provided partners. I think they should reconsider this process and they can offer more potential partners related to my actions. The second thing is I couldn't change my currency/bank account after i created my account. They want me to create another account but that's not easy if you want to get same partners to your board.

I am able to control multiple partners on Impact without hassle. Daily action reminders, and snaphot widget is helpful. I can easily create deeplinks for any products of my partners.
