Great UX, easy to navigate, and quickly find everything that I need. I like the automation that I use to apply for different vendors and get quickly approved!
Nothing really. It is a perfect system that is smoothly operating.
The problem that Impact is solving is having all the affiliates in one complete platform. Everything is automated and easy to use. It saves me a lot of time to look for affiliates, apply, get approved, etc. Inside Impact platform is everything that I need.
One of the things I like best about Impact.com is the live chat help assistance. I've used the live chat help feature many times, everyone I've spoken with was extremely helpful and always so friendly, patient, and professional! If they didn't know the answer to my question they would submit a ticket and circle back to me with assitance via email. Also, we have had two CSMs Rand Dibb and Giana Moon. Our current CSM is Giana Moon. They both are so friendly and extremely helpful! The hour long calls we have each week are a great benefit to me and my team. We always have a lot of needs and they both have been so patient and helpful! Also, being able to have one on one calls with someone from the tech team is great when we need additional help. The Marketplace feature is a HUGE selling point and great feature, one of the things that I like best about Impact.
We've had some issues with reporting. I'm not able to see all of the reports that are prepopulated on the left under the Reports section. Which is kind of annoying and for some reason unable to be fixed. My manager pulls reports weekly, but needs to pull by specfic dates and there is no option to pull by date, only by day of the week. We had a call with the IT team about figuring out how to do that and unfortunately it can't be done. We've had some issues with the ads section. For some reason the ads don't always save in the group that they have been tagged in. We also are unable to remove a group from the ads section. If we have a group we no longer need there's no way to delete it.
Our CSM is always helping us solve many problems and technical needs we require. We have many programs on Impact and constantly growing and require a lot of IT assistance.
The platform is flexibile and offers a suite of options to streamline and optimize performance. The platform is best suited for affiliate and influencer recruitment and partner management. The platform helps me save time by automating tasks like tracking conversions to reporting. I can access real-time data to quickly adapt strategies.
The interface is not intuitive, so it can take time to set up campaigns effectively. There is a learning curve associated with using the platform. Integrating Impact with other marketing platforms can be challenging and may require support from technology teams.
Impact offers a centralized platform to onboard, communicate with, and incentivize partners. This streamlines collaboration and saves us time. The platform helps us track and attribute conversions, which enables me to allocate marketing budgets more effectively by optimizing return on ad spend. The platform automates tasks like tracing conversions, issuing payments, and generating reports. This saves time and resources, allowing my team to focus on more strategic activities rather than manual processes.
Impact is the best network to launch your products for the US market and it provides you instant results and support team miraculously fast and resolves issues within a day.
The thing to dislike about Impact is you have to take permission from there team to make your programs live or to make your programs visible to publishers. Although their support team helps you fast but there is not autonomy to advertisers.
Impact helps us to get the best publishers on our CPS campaigns in the US market. They charge amounts on an account basis so it helps our team to launch programs free of mind without the continuous inclusion of the finance team. It's our most preferred affiliate network.
Impact has a great platform that allows easy reporting that is easy to understand and presents you with a ton of options to get details about the income earned and when to expect payments.
There is no mobile app to give visibility, nor a mobile version of the site.
Impact allows me to partner with companies in my current genre or category of content. I am discovering new partnerships daily.
The platform can initially feel a bit clunky, but we have learned to love it! The SaaS option is easy to use and moderately priced compared to others. We can easily add partners, create a public listing and track payments. WAY better than invoicing everyone ourselves.
The platform has a reasonable learning period, but it's pretty seamless once you get used to it. There are many sections and different areas to look into, but you'll find your data and needs within a few weeks.
The affiliate marketing space is hard to manage in-house. We use Impact to take the work for us. Invoicing, housing, tracking and more all in one place. Genius.
The best thing about Impact is you can manage all your campaigns across different marketing channels. Impact dashboard is straightforward to use with the fantastic support team. We have never seen any kind of issue with Impact dashboard. It's our preferred network for US market.
The thing to dislike about Impact is API implementation is a little bit complex for advertisers and they takes so much time to setup brand partnerships on their network.
Impact is our preferred network for US and they are providing us best quality publishers from the US market and they also mention publisher categories and sizes from extra large to extra small, so we can approve our important merchants to large affiliates only. Impact also solves our problem of onboarding publishers on merchants as they send invitations on their behalf for newly launched merchants.
Everything in platform dashboard seems to be fine. But, the best part is the fastest affiliate link generation tool. Let's have a look, how it works: Just log into the Impact account and click on the link icon in the left sidebar of the Publisher Dashboard and select Program and click "Generate Link". What can be best than that......? It's a time-saver platform, will increase profit yield.
Payout receiving can be improved by adding Stripe, Payoneer, etc. cost-effective methods.
Iam a Publisher at Impact.com Although there are numerous benefits, but fastest affiliate link generation is the important one to discuss: 1. Results in Saving time. 2. Increased profit/time.
Impact is easy to use. It's easy to apply to brands, Obtain materials for ads, and track overtime activity
What I do not like about impact is the lack of clarity on how brands reward their partners. The information is there but not so clear
I am bringing buyers and sellers together in an efficient, time-saving, and cost-effective manner through the internet. I have learned the basics of marketing as a reward
I am using several affiliate platforms, but none of them have a wide the variety as what impact Radius has. They actually introduced me to brands I didn't even know they have an affiliate program. Smooth payments processing and great reporting structure. One of the best features is contacting directly the person incharge of the affiliate program I am interested in
There is nothing that I dislike, and I didn't have any issue yet with them. I would just recommend if they can add an internal messaging system between the Affiliate program manager and us to monitor the process.
They have a straight-to-the-point support system; you get answers to any question you need, which makes you rarely need to communicate with their support team. But if you need to, the asap reply is real with them
