Very helpful for working with affiliates

Interface can be pretty complicated and hard to navigate; technical issues have become more frequent

We use Impact to manage an affiliate marketing program. It helps us track partner performance and find trends

I find really helpful the performance by partner report which allows me to analyze my weekly, monthly and annual performance and compare them as well. It's also very simple to pay publishers commissions and tenancy (via bonuses).

It's not easy to recruit new publisher through the marketplace

Analysis and payments are the most important things and IR does it quite well.

The support team at Impact Radius is amazing. They are helpful and paitence and provide strategy as well as tactical support. Our Impact team has been outstanding.

The marketplace for finding new affiliate partners is complicated and difficult to use. Only after we signed with Impact we were pitched their recruitment add-on "media rails" for outreach and recruitment. These were features we thought would be part of Impact. We also run into issues with running app install campaigns. Set up and integreation with our MMP took over a month because of this.

Impact provides a simple one-stop-shop for housing all our affiliates. We can report and analyze performance of individual affiliates in an easy to understand and seamless platform experience.

The ability to meet potential partners! Not only that, but the way Impact employees - whether they work with us directly or not - were excited to connect us with others at the conference.

Loud music inhibited conversations. The A/C was way too cold. The food should have had labels for those of us with allergies (for me, that's dairy). The panels were good but not great - very scripted and should have involved more natural follow-ups based on panelist answers.

Oh my. Impact is how we work! We use it primarily for our affiliate program. It enables tracking, payments, discovery, and much more.

Easy to create links, metrics are very good.

The user interface is somewhat clunky and difficulty to navigate.

Benefits include linking directly to product pages, and seeing a financial gain from that. The overall graph on the home screen is also quite useful to gauge metrics.

I like the feature where you can promote your product through twitter and some other platforms with a simple click.

The benefit of being able to tweet your banner link and image is very helpful

The quality of the affiliate brands on the platform. Also, the contract terms are easy to access and understand. Payments are timely, too.

Deep linking is difficult and clunky. The Chrome Extension doesn't work consistently so I always have to log in to create a deep link. Sometimes I don't bother.

I can't recall any problems Impact has helped me solve. However, it has allowed me to expand my ability to have affiliate links on my blog because of the range of brands available.

Self managed platform giving the ability to make override from it as an agency which means we tend to migrate a lot of our brands away from other networks as it's a more profitable long term solution

User interface is not very friendly. Difficult for publishers to join a program for example we always have to add them an they cant simply add us. Really annoying that you cant book in multipul CPA increases for one affiliate.

Fundamentally, it works. Tracking and payments were a pain and now they are easy.

The interface is unintuitive, crowded and confusing. The marketplace is underwhelming and consists primarily of coupon code sites. We were interested in a greater focus on content sites but there doesn't seem to be a wealth of those options.

We've solved our need to payout and track affiliate partners. We haven't been able to solve our need for finding partners to work with in the first place.

We didn't earn so much money from this program. I would say we burned it up.

It finds potential collaborators / influencers.

Their tracking is great, perfect to keep track of your affiliate sales. Lots of stats, lots of options.

* The system is complicated, especially for affiliate publishers. We received various complaints about how they felt it was difficult to use. * Admin of affiliate conversions is great when you use just one currency. When you are active in various countries and track orders in various currencies it gets messy as they use one base currency for the account. When a conversion needs to be updated it is impossible to do. We have had to do conversion updates that even their support couldn't pull off. It was impossible to do. * When you leave Impact to move to a different system their bureaucracy really kicks in. We had a positive balance (overpaid) but it is impossible to get them to pay it out. Even though it is their accounts department that is reminding us, you have a refund waiting as you overpaid. Fine, here are the account details. But then you have to fill out various forms, authorisations and proof that you actually paid the amount that is in your account. Takes months to solve this... Still ongoing.

Alleged ease of integration and marketplace

Support has been severely lacking. The setup is confusing and errors aren't explained properly. Requests for a quick call to go over implementation are always days away.

We haven't bveen able to solve anything yet.

Absolutely nothing. It has been the worst experience I've had with a provider in my 20 years in the industry. If you are considering using Impact.com, thinking it could help you discover new affiliates (or "Partners," as they call it), think again. The vast majority of their partners hail from third-world countries, comprising scammers and providing the lowest possible quality. There is nothing positive that emerges from these affiliations.

- Lowest quality partners, most from third-world countries - Unbelievably poor customer support (at one point, it took them over a month to respond to me) - Failure to address and combat abusive/scammer partners - Attempted blackmail when I expressed a desire to leave – they demanded "bail" money just to close the program. I sincerely wish someone had warned me before I engaged with them as a seller. Be wise and steer clear! Look for the 1-star reviews to get insights from other sellers; most of the 4-5-star reviews are likely from affiliates.

It was supposed to assist in securing quality affiliates to promote our product, but it failed to do so. It turned out to be a complete disappointment.

There is nothing to like about impact website. Impact has many affiliate partners and that may be one thing that is showcased as a positive thing. However the scam behind it proves something different.

My clients are purchasing envato products using affiliate links from impact. Impact is registering the click. But none of the sales are converted. The same happened with many other affiliate partners. The companies associating with impact are are part of this cheating. People should use amazon affiliate and similar platforms. People should join affiliate websites directly instead of using platforms like impact.

The interface has changed and the new UI is appealing and easy to work with.

Impact don't care about publisher's payout I have 231.74 dollars in my balace I choosed the $10 automatic payout option It's more than 14 days gone but impact yet not pay to me. I also don't like the customer support they also don't care of you they usually respond about 4 to 5 days later after you messaging them.

It provides a vast amount of advertisers to the publisher.

Did not find this platform useful for SMB

They will lock you in for a year, with few opportunities for SMB as most profitable opportunities need additional flat fees. Their reps are robotic and don't really care about you as a business. Intergration also requires developers and is not so friendly.

It did not bring meaningful results to our business unfortunately.

Access to an influencer and affiliate program that will track purchases and returns,.

Everything, I was excited about being able to use the product, but from the get go, the customer success team for the influencer program ignored my email for weeks before sending me an initial email. I asked their billing team to send me an invoice for the full year, so I can pay it in full, they sent me several amendments and took 2 months to provide an invoice, I still got billed for another month due to an error on their end. I asked to speak to a manager and requested a call several times, zero managers have stepped in. You would think that after paying a full year's subscription cost they would waive the 1 month that was missing due to the several errors from their team. They are not customer oriented and operate in bad faith.

The interface is good, reporting is simple and easy to use and schedule reports to share with the business.

This is built for the US, and it doesn't work well for an international business with a UK-based HQ. If you want to run multiple programmes in different markets, you need to have them as individual accounts in order to get an invoice per market. This meant we couldn't integrate it with our app tracking software, which is a huge issue when your traffic is 60% app based. We also experienced some issues with VAT payments as this is the only network which puts VAT management responsibility onto the merchant; other networks absorb the responsibility and charge a flat 20%. When our finance team pushed on this, they clearly didn't understand the issue, and it took over a year to resolve.

It was an easy to use tool for affiliate management, our martech team preferred it to competitors.

Impact is making our lives more difficult.

Customer support is responsive, and we have also received an account manager. However, none of this helped.

If you think Impact will help you increase your product sales, you are most likely wrong. Yes, there are a few good quality media outlets/influencers listed on Impact, but these will never respond to you or accept your request. Other than that, the plaform is filled with "influencers" and portals of extremely low quality with close to zero traffic and cheap websites that you don't even want to be associated with. Also, most of them are from 3rd world countries. Impact has failed to do absolutely any background check on their listed partners. That is not all - many of the registered partners are not people interested in promoting products. Instead, they are companies trying to sell you either affiliate program management services or other promotional services for high fees. We have also tried to bring influencers from outside of Impact and our impression is that the affiliate market is extremely oversaturated - no decent partner wants to work on affiliate only basis (e.g. getting % from the sale). Instead, they all require a flat fee on top the % from the sale, which makes the whole collaboration unprofitable for you. If you still want to try an affiliate program for your brand - at least choose one of the free/low-fee platforms without long-term commitment. We have signed a 12-month contract with Impact with a high monthly fee, and now we're stuck with it.

Impact offers an existing network of affiliates, however most of them are of exteremely low quality.

They have a persuasive sales team that will convince you that Impact is the solution you need.

They lock in businesses into annual agreements with no flexibility. The prices are exorbitant and not in line with the market at all. The minimum monthly fees make it impossible to work with and will hit you no matter what happens. Your business is locked in an agreement. The UI is outdated and looks like something from the late 90's. It's tough to work with. There are many bugs, and extracting reports will make the platform crash half of the time. Impact is basically an "entreprise" sales company. This is not what modern companies in the DTC and e-commerce space should work with.

Impact managed our affiliate partnerships and influencer marketing.

We haven't been able to use Impact.com because their verification tools do not function.

When we submitted a report, we were given advice on how to fix it. We did every step provided but it still didn't work. When we submitted recordings showing them that it wasn't working they just sent the same help articles again - not listening to what we said. We are losing out on brand deals who use this platform because there hasn't been a solution provided.

NOTHING! We were told that by using their system we could increase our customer accounts because it would allow influencers to recommend our services.

The quality of the influencers I am attracting. The only influencers I received were of inferior quality. I received an average of $50.00 in monthly sales but paid hundreds per month. There was no ROI. When I tried to cancel because of the POOR ROI, I was told there was a contract, and they sent my account to collections.
