I don't have so far, and it's very good compared to other affiliate platforms.
Apply affiliate projects and earn commissions.
Impact allows me to have complete control over my affiliate links. I can manage a variety of affiliates products with ease, and I only need one code to be inserted into my website to start earning commissions for the products I choose to promote.
I'm working with impact for over five years, and I haven't found any downsides to it. In comparison to other affiliate manager software/saas, this is by far the most intuitive and complete solution I have ever encountered.
For content creators, there is no other thing that can make your life more complicated than have to look for affiliate links for each product you are trying to promote, mainly when you write a list of products/software solutions that need a lot of different providers to be written for every product.
the site is super easy to use and functional
nothing, I like that everything is easy to see on the home screen
I use Impact to promote hair extensions, and a lot of my subscribers love it!
Impact is a very intuitive affiliate software that it makes life organized. It has so many great company affiliate link that it's so easy to find vendors to become an affiliate with.
I did not see anything that I disliked with Impact.
I get to find products easily to any niche that I could just help anyone find the best products for them to puchase that can help the customers in anyway.
Lots of responsive affiliates available. Transparent tracking and helpful customer support.
There is nothing to dislike about Impact
I am getting sales and installs at a very minimal cost. I pay only when I have a conversion.
User friendly dashboard, easy navigation, data loads quickly, adding a new partner takes less than 30 seconds.
Invoice reconciliation is a tad painful because you can't track what money has been used to pay for what, it all goes into a big escrow wallet and if there's a discrepancy of payments it's hard to work out where the payments went wrong in order to rectify.
We are able to quickly onboard new partners and manage multiple partnerships with only one head-count resource. Partners can view their reports and payment are automated, which takes the heavily lifting away from partnership managers, leaving them more time to focus on strategy.
The reporting and capabilities of the platform are second to none
Nothing. Everything from account services to reporting is flawless.
Partner management and customization of commission based on performances of a different variety.
My favorite thing about using Impact is that it's constantly evolving its product capabilities, rolling out extremely useful features for advertisers at uncommon velocity for a company of its size. The ability to discover, sort, group and transact with new partners is already miles ahead of the competition, but they keep improving it month after month. I'm also super impressed with the reporting capabilities available out of the box. Plus I've noticed the stability and access to these reports seems to get better over time.
I wouldn't say there are any downsides, but I do wish they would develop smart integrations with 3rd party CRM/Marketing tools (Hubspot, FreshSales, SFDC) to facilitate recruitment and email campaigns at scale. Their existing newsletter messaging tool is lacking. It's barely usable. If Impact could smooth out this experience, there would be no stopping them.
Ensuring that my retail clients are working with the highest quality partners possible and providing me with the marketing intelligence to optimize those relationships.
Quick and easy access to Impact technical support via live chat.
The mobile user experience behind the agency/advertiser logins. There are also a few (manageable) issues with the agency dashboard.
It allows our clients to create a partnership and sale action tracking umbrella for all partnership types, online or off.
The amount of influencers available on the platform is great. Activate includes their metrics, previous brand partnerships, etc. Its one stop shop for it all.
Some influencers do not include pictures and not everyone who applies reads requirements for applying so you will get some applicants that never should have applied and that can be frustrating.
Activate allow us to save time looking for influencers and having to verify their respective metrics, etc. The activate platform allows for one place for all our our needs.
Being able to hide/filter out collaborations not of interest, while also showing an excellent amount of variety in potential work, Activate has a nice intuitive and simple interface to review current pitches, participating, and completed. I've worked for a variety of different brands through this platform and each campaign has been a very positive experience.
Activate's platform will sometimes sends notifications and messages which are automatically generated for campaign dates, even though deliverables have already been completed and marked as such.
Activate puts my social profiles in front of brands that are relevant for me to connect with and saves a ton of time in outreach.
I love the customizability of Impact Radius. It makes it easy to understand what is going on with my business' particular needs. I also like the ability of the program to show us how the affiliate channel interacts with other channels, especially in multi-touch-attribution models.
I wish the dashboard had more customizability in reporting.
Making sure all the affiliate reporting gives insights in to our business-specific needs.
Ease of use for our partners was one of the main reasons we switched to Impact Radius. Intuitive interface, clear reporting, nicely organised dashboards are something partners appreciate and as well, make life easier for us. Besides that, countless amount of features when creating contracts and all kind of reports you would dream of. Support who enlightens on how to take everything from this platform.
The marketplace search is definitely something to work on.
Tracking - very transparent and clear to both parties helps to create trust in the partnership. Invoicing, payments processing, removes a lot of administrative work. Ease of reporting helps to follow up on the performance of every partner.
The Impact Affiliate Platform has made managing our program a breeze. But, what I love most are the additional capabilities they provide like MediaRails which has made communicating with our publishers and prospecting new ones much easier to manage. I also appreciate the high level of support from our team whenever we need assistance.
The only thing I think could be better is connecting us to current publishers on the Impact marketplace that might be a good fit for our program but they may not be familiar with our business.
We are able to communicate with publishers who don't perform as well and do promotions through the dashboard to drive traffic through promotions and commission increases. This has also allowed us to secure additional placements to promote our business.
The custom reporting suite allows us to easily generate and deliver relevant insights to business partners on time while the messaging center and contact lists allows us to seamlessly keep track of our relevant outreach and partner responses.
There's not a ton to dislike about Impact's Radius tool. Our one recommendation for improvement would be to able to manage more (affiliate) partner communication through the tool, via a direct ESP integration. Housing all comm under one roof would only further streamline our affiliate management.
Taylor Stitch uses Impact to run our affiliate marketing program. We manage, track, and react to affiliate program insights through the Radius product and have grown the program over by over 500% in the last 12 months. Affiliates are so much more than an afterthought to our marketing mix now—they're an essential component to how we go to market and bring the Taylor Stitch brand to life.
Fast customer service and very easy to use.
Absolutely nothing, everything is perfect.
Lots of great brands that I find and work with now. Fast to get the links and search for anything.
The fact that I can manage multiple small partners via this platform
Pages don't load and system crashes often. Error message pops up. Also when you set a date range and use the back button, you have to always re-set date range for pulling reports. This is a huge pain as i'm constantly going back and forth between two to 3 partners and their reporting.
Accounting, invoicing, data pull. Impact does all of this for me after the one time set up so I am not manually managing multiple small partners.
I have been using impact along with other affiliate networks. Some stores are available on multiple networks. However on impact, I noticed that I have access to more detailed reports, specially invalid clicks report which is very helpful, fast updates on commissions/sales as compared to others. And on top of all these, their support for publishers is super awesome.
I don't like one thing in impact and that's the logout time settings. Like I am inactive for some minutes and refresh or navigate to another page inside impactradius, I have to login again. It would be good if this time is increased. If not, I am still Okay with that.
Nothing as of now.
I really like the snapshot and the reporting. The integrated API is also very useful!
There isn't really anything I particularly dislike. Everything works pretty well in the platform and even with the new changes its still been easy to navigate.
The integrated API is very useful. It allows us to automatically pull all product updates from the feed. This has been very helpful in terms of decreasing risk of compliance issues.
Impact's reporting capabilities along with the dynamic payout and attribution modeling is defiantly one of my favorite platform features.
The platform can be very glitchy at times making it difficult to update important publisher tools.
Impact has allowed us to provide very in-depth reporting to our clients while simultaneously helped us best optimize programs based on these findings.
