I was surprised by how easy it was to create applications for our clients to use. It made me look great in front of my boss too! It takes forms we already know and use and makes them more usable and understandable for everyone.
I wish I could make a lot more apps without having to upgrade the account. Our forms already exist, why not allow us the ability to share them in a different manner?

I Started Using Jotform to get some data needed from my clients, and that I required to translate it to PDF´s with multiple formats. After that, I figured that I could adapt that to gather all the daily reports that I needed from my employees to follow our operation. But having 10 different forms links for them to look up every day would be messy. that's when I created my app to keep all the forms organized and to push the new forms into their phones without them getting confused
not from the app, but form jot for in general is that I cant pull app data from another table or a database type of source to fill up some of the fields

I couldn't track app usage through analytics. I had to add a button on the app to refresh the app, because the app doesn't automatically register changes I make. You need to refresh the app view to see them.
Our coaches, parents and employees are always losing where there can find items on our websites, links to HR, etc. We created an app for each constitutent with quick links to often used items. We got excellent feedback on the apps given.

I found the Jotforms app through Monday.com integrations and it has been very helpful. It has allowed me to create forms for internal monitoring of the company's processes and since it allows integration with monday, I can create a timely monitoring of all processes. I also like that I can create approval flows and printable pdfs for physical tracking. Tech support is always good. In general there are very few negative things about the application.
I don't like some parts of the creation and design of forms The app has the possibility to greatly improve its creation and design power without necessarily having to enter the professional creator which complicates things for first-time users. I think it makes a lot of use of widgets when they can better generate their own solutions. The app generator is laking of many powerfull things.
It is solving many follow-up problems for me, since I can create a form to request information in a uniform way. The integration with Monday.com has supported me in a great way for all my processes.
How easy you can implement the app with other devices.
There is nothing I would like to note that I dislike about the product.
Streamlining an incident reporting process that would have cost over $10,000 with another third party system.
I love the templates they have, it makes creating a form 10x faster. I also love all the widgets they have available, you really can customize a form for whatever event/project you need. Jotform also gives you the option to send automatic emails to the person who filled out the form and you can customize those too and have it attach a PDF of your choice or a custom invoice in my case. You can also have it notify whoever is needed in your team once someone fills out the form.
There are still a couple of widgets that would be so beneficial to add, but it takes the team a while to work on those requests. The customer service is great, and they always answer you within a couple of hours.
I needed a place for the customers to place orders and something that would generate an invoice so that I wouldn't have to sit there and manually input it into the system every time. So Jotform has been an amazing tool, its increased our revenues and has facilitated this process for our clients.

The forms are professional and work well. There are lots of customization options and integrations available to use. The ability to generate unique QR codes for each person who fills out the form is also very helpful, as is the option to give someone full access to the form submissions without giving them access to edit the form.
I wish there was an easier way to add explanatory text to the form (text that does not require the user to enter an answer of any kind). It would allow for better visual organization of the form sometimes. Additionally, it would be great if there was a way to insert a button that links to a custom URL as there are sometimes resources form recipients need to access outside the form.
It helps us create a wide variety of forms to meet our business needs across multiple locations and programs. It's a great data collection tool that we use all the time.
Out of multiple form building platforms, this was by far the easiest to use. The app is great too.
The conditional logic can get a little weird on really long forms. Also, I didn't realize there was a limit to the number of fields the form could have without increasing pay levels until after I was well over the limit. Ended up not using JotForms as a result.
