I really liked how easy it is to use. It is easy to create forms and edit them.

I didn't realize at first that it wasn't a free platform. I was creating forms for a nonprofit and was very much enjoying it until I found out I had to pay for it!

The interface is extremely user friendly and practical to use. No coding experience is required and you can create beautifully designed apps in no time. This has definitely become my favorite choice to create apps.

I would like to see more customization options to give each app an entirely different appearance.

I use Jotform Apps to create apps for students and parents to submit required information, consent, elective choices, and more. The platform is extremely easy to use and also allows my students to create a shortcut on their phones, making it easier for them to submit their information. Jotform Apps also easily allows me to view and analyze the collected data.

The forms are really easy to make. It's intuitive and it has so many features that you can easily drag over to put right in the form. You can have up to five forms for free,and for businesses looking for a great form site I recommend the subscription version. It automatically notifies me to perform is filled out and keeps excellent data.

There's nothing I dislike about it. It's great

I wanted to find something that could keep track of customers that wanted a free trial or more information and I needed to obtain their data quickly and efficiently.I also wanted flexibility to add different features to the forms and also to make them look really nice. This problem is definitely solved with Jotform.

It provides a good shop experience to provide several drop down menus and options for your products as well as electronic payment platform!

Not intuitive Products are lumped into 1 cell and you have to parse them in Excel. Spacing and alignment needs improvement Logo in header is nice when sharing but not a good look in browser when filling out the form.

I assist in running a powerlifting federation and we use Jotform as the primary way people sign up for our contests. We also use it when we want to take orders for Federation gear like t-shirts for the upcoming contests.

Jotform is a powerful user-friendly form builder with many useful integrations. Jotform provides a tremendous about of valuable functionality without having to know or execute manual PHP or website coding.

Some of the integrations sometimes need more of the integrated product fields in the jotform properties. For example, in the PayPal integration for creating invoices, there needs to be a property input added for all of the fillable options on the PayPal invoice side, such as, terms and conditions, Message to customer, Add company logo, Due, more options, add tip, etc....

I'm able to provide customers with online forms that include purchasing products and services with integrated merchants through their website. This has increase my services offerings tremodously.

The best aspect of using Jotforms is that you get an email each time someone completes your form. You can easily create product catalogues and automated forms that take customers through the process whilst you sleep!

Having a company based in South Africa has meant that we are unable to find payment gateways that work with Jotform in South Africa up until now.

Jotform helps us automate taking customer orders without having to build an e-commerce site. We can build a basic catalogue and include brochures for our business products.

The ease of use is what keeps me coming back. I've been able to use it for so many needs I didn't even know I had. Anything from appointment reservations to entire maintenance request workflows.

The only downside is being unable to entirely turn off HIPAA compliance on forms that do not require it. This makes for workflow issues due to extra restrictions that are unnecessary for certain generic forms.

We struggle with photos and wish we had an easier integration. Would be nice if it integrated with more platforms. Simple and easy but could have more features.

I really haven't seen a downside. I wish there was an easier credit card collection template for customers who want to pay a one time bill. No templates seem to work and its hard to build one from scratch.

I appreciate the ability to apply my forms to the app and tailor the app to what suits my needs. I use the app builder quite often for a variety of my work needs and have spectacular peer reviews on the apps user-friendly interface

the main benefit for my use of Jotform Apps is within my occupational health dept. I use this for learning and development purposes, covid testing, and assorted vaccination requirements. . The most important part of the jotform platform is my use of data collection.

I've been using Jotform for almost 10 years! I love how easy it is to use, and the add ons. I have it setup to send my clients information to them, google spreadsheet and my appointment calendar. It's an essential part of my business.

Nothing comes to mind. You really can't beat it with all the features it comes with. Even when they release new features and updates, grandfathered in users get it as well.

I can't say the tool is perfect, but no tool on the market is, although Jotform has many great attributes. The apps, honestly I haven't bumped into any critical problem that I can say I dislike yet.

Our affiliates need to access some of the forms we design for them, and is easier to provide to them the app so they can have them all in one place.

Jotforms is very flexible when it comes to different platforms a person may need depending on their vocation. Even if they do not have a direct templated connected to what you need, there are plenty of templates that can be slightly tweaked to fit the mold you want.

Where Jotforms could improve are the sections where edits and your own original work wants to shine. For example, when you want to track grading, or make calculations, or even create a code that may not exist; then it makes it more challenging for the user. I would recommend some simple, fun, step-by-step videos to reach this objective.

Jotforms is helping my classroom be efficient and technologically well-rounded in collecting data. Jotform is not taking away paper, but helping students manage multiple platforms in order to be successful in the real world after high school. Also, this helps control many errors or possible abusers when it comes to presentations and exams taken in the classroom.
