Keeper Password Manager Reviews: 4.7/5 — Highly Rated
Keeper is the preferred platform for many major enterprises given its highly secure password management features that works on major web browsers and mobile devices. It features a highly secure master password keeper that’s the key for encrypting and decrypting information. The platform also has a KeeperChat function, deep-level encryption that is the strongest in its category, FIPS 140-2 validated, and offers standard multi-factor authentication. While popular among blue chip organizations, Keeper is also available on a personal scale at more affordable rates.

Password security aspect to avid being hacked again
My age- I’m not as brilliant as my young staff so it will be challenging until I have time to learn it and become comfortable with it.
We have been able to ‘clean up’ some old passwords/websites, clean out and get a fresh start as we uploaded the new information into the software. This was beneficial in getting off to a good start.
Feel more confident with dealing with the dreaded "Password Management" task :)
There are lots of great features to this software that I probably will not take advantage of as a team member but I still plan on getting it for my home laptop :)
safe password creation without having to think about it; and only have to memorize one master password - that I can handle! :)
She was very elaborate. I had some questions and seems easy to communicate with.
I can't think of any dislikes at the moment
By keeping all passwords safe from hackers
I have been using Keeper Password Manager for years and love it! I would be completely lost without it now. I have converted a few friends that used other password managers over to keeper because their interface is simple and the browser add-ons work great!
I have no complaints whatsoever, I have been using for years and really can't thing of anything I don't like.
Its great being able to have unique complex passwords for everything and not have to worry about misplacing the passwords. Being able to setup up shared folders and sharing vendor logins company wide is great!
Provides an excellent method of sharing our sensitive IT and Financial passwords with only team members that need them. Accessible to the IT team from Windows, phone, etc so that they can quickly access the information they need to resolve issues. Can be containerized so that different teams have access to only what they need.
Setup and differences between Roles and Teams and how that effects your shared folders can be very confusing. I would like to see them change this so that the permission structure is more in line with what Admins are familiar with.
Sharing IT and Finance passwords with multiple users securely. No longer need to be stored in pesky, hard to access excel files...
Standard High Encryption with even higher optional encryption available, password generator and analyzer. A logical interface with convenient organizational features and containers, with sharing and settings which can be applied at each level. Responsive and friendly support team.
No concerning issues needing report found.
Centralized, secure and highly available, team friendly password storage.
I like having access to my passwords anywhere and any time I need them.
I don't like how it asks me if I want to save a password for something on a page that isn't even a password when using the Chrome add in. I also don't like the bug when trying to use the SSO login where it doesn't automatically sign me in until the fourth time trying.
I love it because it feels so much more secure. I can have completely auto generated passwords that noone would be able to guess and that I wouldn't even be able to remember. It just makes things a lot more secure.
Having this in desktop format, browser extension and the most important part to me is the mobile app. As someone that is on-call 24x7 needing access to systems with secure passwords at my finger tips has been awesome. I have been using Password Manager for 4 years now professionally as well as having a personal account for my home systems. With having multiple accounts it is great to just switch between accounts and have passwords in front of me at all times. My passwords have become more complex with the role of the dice. As an internal auditor of systems I like that I can log into the Enterprise Admin side and review the strengths of all users passwords and create training to help improve the use of the built-in password generator. When we first moved to this solution it was a great tool to show users how many times they have re-used the same password for various accounts. We imported their passwords from KeePass. Still not perfect but improvement is happening. Allowing users to share organizational login information has helped.
I love the product and only dislike I have is that my wife will not use the account I have for personal. She still uses a book full of passwords. She claims "it's too hard", I keep telling here it really is not and we can have passwords on our phones where ever we are.
Problems that have been solved for me with work is - I can know check on our criminal justice information systems audit that IT passwords are in a secure format and location. Benefits I have realized since moving to this platform are that I really can step away from the office and go on "vacation" and still have all the access I need without have the old Word document with passwords.
Price, All the different platforms the app can be installed on. The Security. keeps our passwords safe. ease of use. It is very important to have training for our users. The wonderful people at Keeper provided excellent user training on several occations for us.
We have not heard any dislikes at all. Very well rounded product.
We had a huge problem with users using the same passwords, storing passwords in notepad, excel, under their keyboards and on sticky notes. Since implementing keeper, We have receive amazing feedback about Keeper Password Manager from our users.
The password strength, I can use long complex passwords without the need to write then down.
Pop up features/reminders can sometimes be annoying
With a very large portion of the administration of my business relying on online accounts security is important and avoids the practice of duplicated passwords
