There are times that functionality - especially when updating or creating new screens - can be a little bit confusing for the average layman.
It gives us a platform for several business needs - purchasing & budgeting, maintenance requests and employee time off (PTO).
The purchase order form that I was able to create is very easy for other staff members to use, plus I get notifications when a form has be filled out... and I have a record. Kissflow customer service reps were very helpful with any questions that I had.
It's not as intuitive as it could be, but it's very close. Fairly easy to use.
I'm not currently having any problems. My form works fantastically.
The fantastic thing while using this software is that the software provides you with several workflow steps and processes for creating a unique type of work data and workflow. The UI of the platform is so amazing, unique and attractive for all new users. I think the deployment of the tools or the features is also so faster and so accurate every time. Generating reports for every workflow is easy now with this software. All the features and tools included are reliable and intuitive and provide the most dynamic benefits.
The API service available on this platform is not working correctly sometimes. The software update information is never notified to the users via email, which is quite irritating. The mobile functionality or the mobile application of this software does not work correctly, even some of the tools are not available in the mobile application, and only limited features are there.
The application can be used as a cloud application, which helps you to easily integrate it with other third-party marketing applications like CRM, QuickBooks etc. The procedure of collaborating and integration is excellent and helpful. Completing all the work with full automation saves time and prevents us from making mistakes with customers and dealings.
Workflow helps a lot with ensuring items for the Board Agenda do not go missing in interoffice mail. It is very easy to use and my staff like being able to submit items without issue.
Sometimes set up can be difficult for the workflow if you are not super tech savvy but their support team is extremely helpful. I would love a more robust setup process rather than having to do it in-house for future workflows.
The use of paper, things being lost, items getting to central office quicker!
I like that Kissflow is a no code platform and many ready made use cases which enables our IT team to deploy solutions faster and better.
A lot of the really good features are available for enterprise licenses. For organizations with thousands of employees, public forms are very limited hence the price is prohibitive.
We are solving the approval processes for our sales, marketing, finance, including capex approvals. Hopefully we will be able to shorten the turn-around time with faster approvals.
I like that it is very easy to use and the approval workflows.
We haven't officially implemented the system, so everything is good at the moment.

It's a Cost-effective tool for workflow management, and customer service is always reachable and responds on time.
Not easily customizable for every customer's requirement, need to improve on that area.
It brought drastic improvements to our timeline for a workflow management tool, where it handles multiple stakeholders in one place. Also, we have incorporated various processes into one tool. So it's effective.
It's so easy to find purchase orders from different departments in one place and it really makes the procurement processes easy!
Sometimes when I go back after selecting particular Purchase order from the list, I have to again search for the supplier as it automatically resets to the main page. When I have to collect multiple POs from the same supplier, it's a bit inconvenient.
Kissflow made Bookkeeping easy for me. I can find any PO fastly with the help of it.
