Kissflow is simply amazing! It's the primary document platform in our organisation, for Organized Documenrt Management and Approval Workflow. As the Business Systems Analyst, I manage the workflow design and implementation, and it's really easy to use, and flexible to suit different workflpw process needs. We use kissflow for all document approvals, eliminating paper shuffling across the entire organisation.. Highly recommended any day!
I wish it had a scripting engine where I can further extend the app to very custom needs. It has impressive nocode integrations built in, but with a scripting engine, I could take full control of how I want it to work.

It reduces the turnaround time of concerns with manual processes by automating the processes, and it also reduces the use of paper and helps with the safekeeping of documents.
I like Kissflow, but not all systems are perfect. It has limits. For example, the integrations, compared to before, have more integrations but still lack. Formulas for automating fields also have its limitations.
In our case, it was used as a ticketing system. It helps to remove the misrouting of tickets and helps the turnaround time to be reduced, from 2 weeks turnaround time into 3 days.
Its operation is very simple from creating flows, processes, tables, to the users of my organization it is easier to follow the processes of the company.........

Having an Integration from Kissflow to NetSuite. I there was a NetSuite native connector so we will have to use the SOAP connector.
User screen design, easy to use, quick to deploy, easy to generate apps and reports, simple workflow structure for the 90/10 of processes.
Would like further report features and metrics, test environment or sandbox, stand alone mobile functionality, enhanced images handling in the forms. Public Forms or Marketplace for non licensed users.

Our account support person made working with kissflow a breeze. We were new to the platform and they had so much patience and insight to teach us how it all works. Very appreciative.
There is no downside except the platform has a learning curve. Once you figure out the logic of it, it works nicely.
We have a complicated workflow for regarding student classification. We were migrating from a paper process and this was much needed. The benefits are myriad, it helps us better track where we are in the process and gives us more assurances that the proper items are completed.

Understanding it from the beginning is somewhat complicated. I would like there to be more tutorials. They could have tutorials, or even courses to understand it and get the most out of it

I don't have any downsides for using this software, our company has been using Kissflow for many years now and we were considering a move away from the software when we needed to migrate to the new version however no other workflow competitors came close to Kissflows prices and ease of use

kissflow is one of the best Software as a service platform, that allows us to customize the applications based on our needs and it is quite easy for us to use the platform
We cannot say anything about the demerit or the cons of the platform. As Cloud computing is booming up as an alternative to the application softwares, we need to adapt to the changes
No much problems we could face from using Kissflow. The Company offers best support for its customers. It actually improves productivity by reducing the paper cost involved in day to day activities
The possibility to create different kinds of workflows for every typology of processes and sets additional rules/authorizations. Also you can sets every kind of notifications for every actors. You can set workflows whit different "if cause" boxes in order to create a different kind of branches of the flow, so it's very flexible. For Example if in a specific process form stage, one specific filed is not filled, the process can take another route and inform different actors about this changing. In the end, another important feature that i want to mention is the "Reports" section, when you can create in absolute freedom every report that you want to create and export those in excel or other forms. Also this feature is very flexible so i can recomend it.
The feature that my company uses less is the internal chat. We think that it is more usefull to use mail/phone calls to clarify some items or our internal software that provides chat. This is obbviusly an our internal costum. .
My company wanted to create a workflow with many actors (that are in different locations) that have to authorize every step of the process. Thanks to the great KissFlow solution, we solved this problem and now we can manage every kind of workflows and every kind of autorization/notifications. Every actor now can recive only the notifications of its competence and now our internal autorization process is more efficent and effective and they open the application only when is necessary (so when they get an alert/notify thought mail). .
