Kissflow Reviews: 4.3/5 — Solid Choice

When we adopted KiSSFLOW, I was definitely skeptical because we had tried other tools, but still had kinks when it came to the process of moving paperwork, projects, and other business materials through approval processes, but I'm glad we gave it a shot!

In the beginning, it was a little difficult to see how KiSSFLOW would be integrated into our processes and the onboarding / training we received didn't do a ton to clear that up, but that's not really on the KiSSFLOW team because it's often hard to visualize how a tool will fully integrate with your existing workflow before putting it to use and getting some data.

The approval process for many items and workflows is much smoother with KiSSFLOW. It makes it tougher for things to get lost in inbox purgatory for sure!

The support provided by KF has been outstanding and the UI is easy to use to develop the respective workflows needed in my organization

I do wish they had more examples of different formulas, the support is great, but sometimes just a link full of example formulas would be nice

We are streamliner many approval processes and also helping keep track of certain areas of our GL and budget across the company.

We have created several custom apps to manage our day to day business needs.

This is exactly what we needed to manage workflow and approvals in our property management business. we needed s dropbox tie in, which was created for us, and it works well.

It sometimes feels cumbersome and a little slow. I'm not a programmer so don't have a feel for what would help that, and there's nothing specific I would change.

we eliminated a lot of paper, and a lot of our staff is in the field for a good part of the day, so the mobility factor has been amazing

Since we started to used this app, our daily routine becomes better. Everyday we use it in our day to facilitate interactions between differents areas.

Sometimes it delay more than usual to apply some changes.

Kisslfow is one the easiest tool to create lots of process in your organization. We mainly use it for our Purchase Order approval process. With zero downtime during the TWO years of use and excellent support team.

Nothing much to dislike, since apps are too easy to create though being a non-developer

The ease of using the software and how we can collaborate with everyone in the office. The addition of creating a trail of information we can go back and view at any time is awesome!

Sometimes forms flow in a weird way or completed forms come up when you search a keyword. There really is not much to dislike. It almost always works great.

We can collaborate easily and make sure everyone is always on the same page. It really helps make sure everyone involved on a process knows exactly what is going on and where it is at in the process.

I like that everything is controlled in one sitting. You open your task and can communicate if needed and complete the task if you need ever need it later for reference it's right there very convenient.

I have not found anything that I dislike about KiSSFLOW. Everything seems to be straightforward.

I am new to using the system. I didn't have this in my previous job. I love everything about it. Makes recording keeping easy.

In the case of our company, it is a standalone tool, not integrated with other systems and tools.

We are automating all our processes and workflows.

Being able to customize reports, permissions on the user level, groups performing approval tasks etc. The software is feature-rich and I have no real complaints. Having more excel-like functions would be a plus, as well as better lookup references for table fields.

There is nothing that I dislike in the software.

The power of this software is the flexibility during the costructuion of the Business WorkFlow. In fact you have a lot o different choise about the branches ad action that you can do. Another key point is the possibility to configure different role/profile with different view/action during every step of the process that you are creating.

Nothing because the product reached all the key point that we fixed before the purchase.

I created a workflow to manage our company's administrative rehabilitation process, from the first contact with the costumer until the flast day of rehabilitation programmed. We reached a lot of benefit because we eliminated the usage of paper during al the process.

Kissflow has given us the freedom create custom apps that work great and secure the information.

Only thing missing for me is mobile admin functions.

We have used it for nearly every process. Currently we have 38 core apps that run our day to day functions with 1000's of reports behind them.

Kiss flow is a Software as a Service Platform very easy to customize and it has flow customization's for various tasks one can create an Enterprise resource platform using kissflow for their venture / organization based on their needs. It gets easy notification. One can create a separate group to inform people. Very friendly environment.

As of Kissflow is concerned most of the things are readily available only thing is the user should have common sense to customize this platform based on their needs. It is more likely like a social media tool if any user misuses it it will be known to all the other users as it gets displayed in the time line.

We customize everything using the kissflow platform and hence all our leave request are done using kissflow, we can respond to our heads using the platform. Does not need any programming skills to use this platform. If we are good at handling a mouse of the computer with common sense in mind then Kiss flow will do rest of the work for us with easy automation.

This software helps manage employees and their requests. The dashboard helps track progress of each tasks. There is ease of use with the intuitive interface; organization is achieve quickly.

With all software, there are limits. Integration and customization have their limits. While this software solves a lot of dilemma, and saves time, it is not a one-fix-all.

This software is a solution to employee request tracking, task progression monitoring, and paperless migration.

We've tried various Project Management software and I like Kissflow cause its not trying to be everything in one. Other programs want to manage the money side of things as well (costs, contracts, etc.), where as Kissflow is just managing the task list. Its simple, its quick, and it helps our team run seamlessly from one aspect of a project to another.

Kissflow, despite being really useful and efficient to carry out task management is not perfect because it is a tool that has a really high learning curve so to understand each function it is necessary to take time to navigate its interface and gradually getting to know the options it offers and thus find the workflow that best suits the needs of the user.

I've definitely realized the benefit of a project management system! It is amazing to have tasks all in one place, be able to collaborate with people around the world, and keep everything about a client in one place. Not sure Kissflow is the right one for me, though!

KiSSFLOW has helped us to easily set up several jobs that need authorization from various individuals automatically. for instance , the requests from our KiSSFLOW form embedded on our website will go straight straight to a department to be approved according to what a user answered in the form. Then the operations department makes form assessment. making workflow management a step in the park. with this great functionality on board it is a fast and cheap solution compared to what is on market at the moment.

Even when the work flow is bit intuitive, i find it not direct when it comes to working with form elements to collect data, and having to integrate Zapier with it is annoying in order to send emails to unregistered users.

It has a flexible workflow. It is highly customisable. This system helps us to track the status of activity in our service fulfillment process. I love its simplicity hence anyone can use it.

This system is great in its function and we love it. However, when trying to structure more complicated workflows, it does not work.

This software has really helped us to evaluate new sales plan. It also makes it easier to pass memo among other departments hence saving time and reduction of paperwork.

Our use of the program facilitated many things and shortened the time and effort. Add to that that it is the greatest to preserve the environment as it saved on the consumption of a lot and a lot of paper and ink and printing thanks to her great ..

Through my humble use of the program, I can not judge its disadvantages. Add to this as a beginner in accounting .. I can say one thing I did not like that the application on the mobile does not add the added pictures ..

The good process options it have and also the administration backoffice. Easy to integrate with other applications.

I think some options in the backoffice are not easily seen. You have some issues and bugs in the app. In the web the UX is kind of confusing.

Merchants affiliations to our platform. Internal process for ops and dev departments.

Much more order and control of all things you use it. Its a good thing that you receive a reminder every time you have a unfinished task, it some time could feel like annoying but at the end its importante to know you have a task to be done. There is a lot of flexibility you can have to flow approvals eaven if a task has more than one approvals and a sign in it of each participant the app is flexible and you can do it, so in this way you can have enough support or needed support of the complete flow.

There are some missing reports to have an easier access to the information. Mobile App is not that good. When you have an urgency and want to do something in the mobile app it would take a long long time for you to do it, some times there are thing that you could spend like 5 or 10 minutes in a computer it could take more than double if you do it in the app. Please improve it, its so important to have a functional app. Some times the app doesnt load as fast as it should and it takes a very long time to make all the approvals i have to make, i dont know if its because the page has to much information so loading is slow or if it could be improved because some tasks take a long time.
