What I like most is that Kissflow have a responsive and accommodating Support group! I like that they are reply to my questions as soon as they can. Also, they are nice and persistent in solving issues and errors. They are willing to provide alternative solutions.
When there are errors and slow processing. Also it cannot copy or duplicate a created task or field, which is very tedious and time consuming. It is kind of hard to navigate around and the reports are limited to customization which is a bummer.
Procurement and supply chain processes. I have realized that Kissflow is evolving and helping the business improve online activities. All offline documents are improved and made easy to track and document. We are now able to measure productivity and efficiency of work.
Been able to have kissflow in my mobile.
amount of time forms take to update when accessing via website
with kissflow we are able to built our workflow and it works with our intervention
Great for managing a system that requires multiple steps and have multiple persons responsible for following up. The support is great. If you have any questions or need help they are very responsive and will quickly get on a screen share to help out.
Setup is a bit difficult depending on your requirements, but the support is great.
We are still in the testing phase. We are trying to eliminate tasks falling through the cracks. The ability to have a dashboard with a list of items in progress will help us out immensely.
The option of routing and multiple process flows was great.
Helpline... the help chat does not really do it for me.
Getting approvals for purchases
Kissflow is flexible. I can pick from one of their templates or create a custom process from scratch. Customer service is quick and friendly. The user experience and interface is clean, crisp, and easy to use.
There are some features that I need which kissflow simply cannot do yet. They have been great about making updates and improvements, but I have had trouble with some formulas in my forms as well as linkages between Master docs and forms.
I use kissflow for purchasing. Employees in my company submit requests for items to be purchased along with information on how to purchase them. I can then review the requests and make those purchases, with alerts for the requester stating that their item is on the way.
Easy to create a new flow if it's a simple one Many e-mail notification option Reasonable fee Customer support is fantastic
Condition setting is difficult (it's somewhat similar to Excel formula but more difficult) Hope each page has separate help videos related to the page, especially Apps page
Our company is a subsidiary of Japanese HQ and has a circulation approval system. We did it with excel file but we had some problems. - don't know who is currently holding the task - depends on employee's IT skills - not sure proposers send the document to proper approver KiSSFLOW makes these problems over.
Styling, appearance and included notifications.
KiSSFLOW does not use static IP's limiting the ability to work with other apps to have data interact in certain environments.
Submission of forms which were otherwise tracked through email requests such as time off, access requests, ownership changes, project requests etc. Through KiSSFLOW we were able to integrate a multi-tier approval chain making status and processing smoother and quicker.
From my experience, Kissflow helps us to get known every person what to do in different parts of the process easily and friendly
I would like if I could personalize more the emails and design
Every person is communicated in the right moment of the process
Anility to load in preset features to maximize efficiency
At fimes the system crashes when it is overloaded
Efficiency, speed, always have digital paper trail
Intuitive design and good visual display of process.
Seems to lack some features I was hoping would be standard. I thought I would be able to email numerous groups on one email. (Initiator, Initiator Manager, etc.) but instead have to do them separately.
Approval processes that are normally manual and done either with paper or email.
very flexible and moldable to our needs.
I would like there to be a unique numbering system to use as a ticketing tool.
Finance and HR approval processes. The ability to track workflows and garner transparency in the process.
I like best the simple to use interface and design of workflows and that you can actually have a full functional program in relatively little time of production.
I dislike that there are very few options for visual customization of the user interface and if we would like to use it for bigger scale corporate systems we cant really make it look more corporate visually.
Claims for Payroll and Human resources department.
Kissflow provided a convenient option for our team to streamline the approval process.
The additional costs associated with maintaining an approval process software and an expense report management tool. Therefore, we could integrate everything into the one expense management tool and not require a separate approval process software.
It helped us streamline multiple approval processes based on different workflows.
What I like best about Kissflow is that it makes it easy for getting approvals done in our finance department. The ease of adding approvers and assigning documents for them to sign. For the most part it is easy to use and saves a lot of time.
The lack of searching for a particular item. I have to go through this long process in reports to find the exact documentation. I wish it was as easy as using the search engine. I've also heard complaints of other users under our admin complain about the lack of visibility of in the historical input that they have approved. Also it takes a long time for support to answer back.
It eliminates the need for papers and manual controls. It helps our company keep track of approval process that happen across multiple departments
I like the reassigning feature- helpful when approvers go on leave
approval status can be more intuitive- currently needs to click in on a bar to check progress. perhaps it's best to see directly from notification
faster approvals with the better layout vs previous
It has all the functionality you'd essentially need in a workflow management tool, and looks like it will be pretty useful for expediting the process we're working on.
There are huge pain points associated with creating the workflow and organizing it. I had to recreate the entire workflow in a separate app to add one extra branch. Additionally, figuring out how the user will see the process is intuitive.
We're using it to keep track of a business process that should take 6 months max, but can often take longer because it's easy to lose track of the steps.
It takes minimal knowledge to build what you need. If you have a little more knowledge you can customize flows in some pretty cool ways. Customer service is pretty responsive, though I'm pretty sure they're definitely not close to my time zone. ;-) The mobile apps are EXCELLENT!
For awhile I wasn't able to search for managers by their email address, even though that is how they're listed. That was fixed after submitting a request and getting it voted to the top. Also can't print summaries nicely on one page. It's just a print screen. Really? A great product like this and I can't print? Reporting is a little clunky. Often can't drill down the details I'd like, but can get broad results for info I want. Version 1 seemed to be working well and have all the kinks ironed out. They switched to version 2.0 and I'm not sure if it was ready for primetime. The UI is incredible. Great material design. But seem to run into weird things (like those mentioned above and others) from time to time. Shared reports were erased moving from 1 to 2, and had to do it a new/different way.
A great thing we created was a sort of Employee Review process. An employee fills out a self review. It goes to their supervisor who reviews, and adds their notes. They meet and go over it together. Then, with employee sitting there, the supervisor submits approval and it goes to HR. We're still experimenting, but it's been great so far for the last year.
The application is very easy to use and makes PTO easy to submit.
I wish I was able to more easily search old vendor invoice submissions.
Submitting invoices and getting the required approvals. Submitting PTO and keeping track of days off.
I had very good support from Kissflow when I was evaluating the product. The solutions engineer allowed me to work through my thought process and gave me extra time to test the product while I worked through flushing out the process with the key stakeholder.
After a lot of time invested it became clear that I was using the wrong Kissflow product. That was frustrating. I find the software is limited in aspects of functionality that we needed and would have been helpful. Such as adding a hyperlink to a field and havig it be clickable. I found setting up integrations to be confusing and limited. Understanding how tasks fit into the system was confusing.
I was able to get a new business unit organized with software that they were as use and liked. While I'm not sure that we will keep this process in Kissflow ;"(since it's disconnected from other software processes ) it allowed me to get this project done with quality and a satisfied user.
Creates a standard internal process for document review.
The program can be buggy at times and the process to set up approval flows can be extremely time consuming and unintuitive.
It makes it easy for all relevant stakeholders to all view contracts and give approval/rejection rather than sharing via email or other communication platform.
Creating workflows is significantly easier here than in other products. We have been able to successfully distribute the work to create workflows because of this. Accessing data through the API is easy.
The product is a bit rigid. Working with a global audience, there are some things that create slight struggles for us, but everyone's needs are different. Examples: 1) System clock is 12 hour and cannot be set to 24 hour. 2) When opening multiple tabs, the tab headers do not tell you what's in the tab like a regular website
We needed an easy workflow management tool. This product has helped us introduce these and make it easier for our users to build workflows.
The process flow, Support from the Team, Bhamini especially who gives follow up with me every time.
User interface, Domain white listing, Tabs re arrangement
The paper work became less. Sending the files for approval to other regions became more easy.
easy form building, fast deployment, integration with zaiper available
lags if form is too long and complicated. permission setting takes too long to setup if there are too many steps.
allow us to deploy workflow fast.
Once you figure out how to use it, it's pretty easy to fill out and use. My team uses it for spend requests so it's a more streamlined way to do this and goes through the proper people to get approved. It's more for management so they can track things and making sure it's going through the proper protocol.
It's a bit unclear on how to start when you first log in. Where there are no tasks, it's confusing because it looks like there are blurred out tasks in the background. To create a task you have to click the red plus sign button. For someone who has to approve stuff, this design makes sense but as someone who only makes requests, the design could be more clear.
We use this to make spend requests so it's a more formalized process that allows us to track the progress.
Only used for a few months. Thought it was simplistic to use for tracking.
It didn’t work with our system too well and my manager acted like it was too costly for the value it provided.
Multiple team members across multiple physical sites so this helped us track progress remotely.
I like the ease of use of the system it is very user friendly
Having to pull of the PDF's and convert to word to amend layout
The company approval process is much more streamlined
Its easy to use once you get the hang of it. I like the functionality that formulas give you.
I don't like the notification system. There is a bug with payment in case your account is deactivated. I could not make the payment unless I contacted support
We are trying to streamline our internal processes. We want to make sure that everyone involved in any of our processes has visibility on all relevant actions around that process. We want to ensure all the steps in a process are followed without employees taking shortcuts. We want to automate some of the processes.
They create a good product based off of what you ask them to do.
Sometimes they don’t meet deadlines, and that’s frustrating when you need something done
It helps us with our graphics and many other things, the benefits are it helps us to run smoothly.
I like be abel to desig our process, metrics and follow up
The platform is slow, the cases only you can see for user en principal window and for integration you need to pay other programs
Control about quantity and time
It is relatively intuitive to use and has a clean UI.
It is very expensive for what is actually offered.
Company finance is easier when centralised and this offered a good solution.
