Kissflow Reviews: 4.3/5 — Solid Choice

Especially with the new version, it's super easy and customizable to create processes that get assigned to specific people in our company depending on their role and which entities they're assigned to. The workflows can be super simple or as complex as you want to get, with every type of input field you might need. The Kissflow staff are wonderful and very responsive as well.

We're still in the process of migrating from the old version to the new, so there are a couple of administrative features that we're still waiting for them to develop in the new version that we had in the old version.

We work in an industry with a lot of government required "bureaucracy" for lack of a better word, so there is a lot of paperwork and people involved in a lot of different processes we do. This is a great way for us to start, track, and organize these processes and make sure they're going to the right people and getting the right input and/or attachments, etc, at each step. It also provides us with statistical insight on these processes, as we can see timestamps for each step and generate reports on them.

The product gives me the essential tools and platform to deploy a low-code application quickly. As the business requires, I design and deliver practically instantly.

At the moment, the platform delivers what I need and it is good to know that continous update and patches are deployed by the team. Each time there is need for feature inclussion and kissflow is informed, be rest assured that the next time and update is rolled out, it will be included.

We use Kissflow to carry out purchase orders, workforce requisitions, vendor registration, and lots of other business process approvals and submissions. We have been able to close the gap between process initiation and approvals.

Very simple to use. Completely no code, with all the functionalitys that I need to improve the companies process.

Simulation functions and backend which requires little coding

Report sometimes require a lot of manipulation when dealing with huge forms and requires some level of skill. Being able to filter tables like excel on here would be nice without having to download.

Business process problems have been solved. Kissflow also acts as a "drive" for information needed to be stored.

The commendable Support and the easy to use the Platform that anyone can utilize while looking to automate their process and workflows.

Currently there is no major issue encounter in implementing the platform.

Easiness of developing new process / make changes in process is great ! User can own their process and no huge budgets for IT people needed any more. All screens are so user-friendly designed that no training necessary at all. Both development / usage are very simple as its on app name "Keep it simple & smart".

New design is too colourfull, that might be tiring for people's eyes.

The main idea behind the tool is EUD (End user development) . With Kissflow we don't need IT, we just need to know how our process works & who is responsible for what. We just configure that in Kissflow. It's an online tool, so we can easily involve our third party service providers who are part of the process. This is also great positive impact for having all process parts in one place.
