I like Lavender's quick word counter, sentiment analysis, and how easy the tool is to use! If it's ever needed, the support team is really quick to reply and resolve any issue.
Likely future-state iteration, but having the ability to identify follow-up emails or emails that are meant to contain more content for a larger buying groups in terms of word-count, etc.
The active practice of being more concise –it's been helpful in emails, but also just being more aware of how to be more concise in other areas.
The most helpful portion of this tool would be the pure intelligence it can provide a sales person when performing cold outreach.
There is nothing about Lavender that I dislike!
Lavender solves B2B cold emailing outreach and the struggles with reply rates, and open rates. The platform uses AI to score emails based on data proven results.
Extremely useful at helping write great emails. Particularly with junior BDRs/AEs, it can be tough to figure out what's a good email and what's a bad email --- Lavender makes it easy.
The least helpful thing about Lavender is ironically their "helpful popups" which aren't helpful and are more annoying than anything. But these are minor grievances
Writing better emails --- getting prospects to respond.
There are so many things you cannot control in sales and often times we have to let that go. There are, however, 2 major areas where we as reps can drive major impacts to the sale process and our ability to win. 1. Our initial message in reaching out. Because leaders are prospected every single day, it is nearly impossible to stand out in the crowd. Lavender enables me to send the right message with the highest chance of a response. It does this by helping me craft messages by choosing the right words, and builds meaning behind what I am trying to say. It will increase your Open, Read, and Response rate. 2. Our message throughout the sales process. When a prospect goes from "I'm interested" to "We met", this is the other major area where reps can drive impact to the sales process. Sales writing is in a really poor place right now, especially in the sales process. Too many emails that look and sound the same, with little follow-up context, relying on the fact that there was a demo. Lavender helps me draft an email that nails on pain-points, drives the value of what I want to say. It will increase your discovery conversion rate and your overall win rate, by helping you stand out against your competitors.
A superhuman integration would be cool, but not a need to have.
Low Reply Rates. Almost everyone in sales is facing low email reply rates, and the number of emails will continue to rise in 2023.
Usability. The email score is the best because it helps you measurably write better emails in an easy-to-read format!

I used to write really long emails. After 3-4months, I can consistently write shorter and more efficiency emails without even thinking about it. it comes naturally.
- Word counter. - Sentiment analysis - Message readiness score. - Pesonalization tool. - GIF embedding. - The support. - Founders and team that open themselves to chat.... Not something you see often. - Chrome extension is basically sales crack and I want more. Basically- All of it, and I think I only scratched the surface.
Its a minor thing, but sometimes the tool doesn't load things and does require a refresh of the browser. Honestly not a big deal given that they are pretty early stage and have accomplished a lot with very little. Only reason I'm writing this is G2 won't let me progress if I leave this blank.
- Needing to get better at my email outreach. - Removing the guess work. - Getting way better open rates. - GIF embed improved my repeat open rates like crazy. - My average email went from being 100+ words to 80 or less. - Getting way more replies from cold emails.
It's not only helped me write but it's also helped me speak. One of those 'life hack' experiments that turned into something I can't live without. The most exciting part is the constant improvements the product team is making.

I like the email tips and the scoring rubric that Lavendar provides to make sure you're sending out the best email possible
Sometime it can take a little while for your email to update in the Lavendar interface after you make changes, but this is a very minor issue.

Easy to use. It's incredibly quick to craft a personalized email. It's a wonderful "one last check" to make sure your email is as effective as possible.
The AI options sometimes contradict what the Lavender team has found to be most effective. Not a huge issue and doesn't happen every time.
Sales emails. I put every email campaign I run through Lavender. Any "deal-closing" emails also get checked.
Lavender has helped me to create better and impactful emails in English. As native in spanish lavender has make the experience of writing emails so easy and makes me feel confident that it is well written and structured. Also, Iove the features that come with it, it makes the whole experience more complete.
