Easy to use and set up, great at managing your pipeline, lots of bulk actions, and strong reporting.
I wish the automation could include links with the Easy Book tool.
Prior to using Lever we did not have an ATS so Lever has been able to provide us with one source of truth and the ability to stay better connected to candidates, improve time to fill, and a better overall candidate experience.
Our company just launched Lever and we are loving how easy it is to navigate the platform, the visibility we now have into our various pipeline stages, and the many efficiencies we've gained by having this system. Implementation with Ally Nguyen was a breeze! Ally was there to support us at every stage of implementation, was quick to respond to emails, and facilitated a great training for our recruiting team! We went from using trackers and spreadsheets to an ATS so we have gained process efficiencies and pipeline visibility that we did not have before. With that we are now able to pull reports and data that wasn't previously available to us. WIN!
Lever allows for a great amount of customization, which is why we chose it over other out of the box solutions. We are over a year into our contract, and it gets better with each new release. As a TA leader, the reporting tool, including the enhanced LTI has been a game changer for drilling down on inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Lever is not a complicated tool to use, but you do need to have a good idea of what you want to accomplish with it in order to use it to it’s maximum potential. For me, I would rather take the time to set it up the way that works best for our department, than be limited by an out of the box, completely pre-configured package.
We have automated several time consuming value added tasks, including internal communications, auto tagging of profiles for various workflows, and tracking and processing employee referral bonus payouts.

It has best design and workflow within applicant tracking systems and technically designed for high performance and load of frequent operations and multiple users log in. It is compatible with SAP HRM. Great both for sourcing and tracking selection process with capabilities of team collabolation and sign in management. Lever has awesome dashboards.
Good to have access to short term labour and access to upwork ratings. It is good to have for sourcing purposes sms gateway. Lever is high performance application, that is core demand of corporate customers, meaning it is focus group for product developers and thus app is high priced for mid sized business despite it is very reliable costs matter for business. Good to have more AI-RPA functionalities for scheduling tasks.
Our customer has dilemma to develop well known ERP system of build own mix of different vendors solution. Lever at this stage beats all applicant tracking system offered to substitute old one at lower costs as per current budget.

How easy it is to see the updates I care about on the front page, and the record of my submissions. I don't need to contact anyone to check the progress of referrals.
Not much, really. Perhaps only the fact that I'm not able to save my progress on a submission and continue later. Otherwise it's great. The site is stable, clean, and straightforward.
Tracking referrals and their process through the hiring funnel. I don't need to contact anyone for updates, I see it as the candidate progresses. I'm also able to see who the recruiter responsible is, and update my referral if they ever ask a question.
Easy access and you can just use templates to mass email candidates and very user-friendly and easy to understand and navigate. so far, very good experience from the app.

Lo facil de usar. Hace muy poco empecé a usar Lever en mi trabajo, nunca habia usado este ATS y fue simplemente muy facil de adaptarse, sus caracteristas y funcionalidades son faciles de aprender. Me encanta el hecho que tiene muchas integraciones disponibles.
No hay nada que me disguste de Lever hasta ahora, como dije anteriormente, es muy muy facil de usar. Hemos experimentados algunos delays y bloqueos en la plataforma pero es cuando están haciendo actualizaciones internas de la misma compañía.
Lo facil que es de usar, ahorras tiempo, trabajo para una gran compañía de staffing IT, asi que tenemos cientos de miles de aplicantes a la semana, Lever nos permite trabajar en casa uno de ellos y moverlos a cada instancia del proceso de selección co facilidad. Me encanta el hecho que tiene un sin número de integraciones entonces es mas sencillo, mi integracion favorita es con Jira.

The Lever platform is very user-friendly. The platform works on high priority to improve the user experience. Navigation is very simple which makes the recruitment process so easy and hassel free.
While using lever platform, I personally didn't face any issues. But Lever can improvise in terms of User Interface. They can beautify their page.
I used the Lever platform to refer a candidate in my organization .The platform made the hiring process very productive, efficient the platform helped me and my organisation to recruit top people in shorten time .
Outreach uses Lever as our main hiring platform. As a rep, it's easy to either get a personalized link to submit a new candidate or make a referral directly into the system.
I only use it to make internal or external referrals. No downsides as far as I can tell.
As a rep, I have other sales people reaching out to me to make a referral. I can easily create a link to send to them.

We schedule all of our interviews through lever and it integrates with our google calendars.
How easy uploads the iformation from a CV, so there is no need to switch from one screen to another to copy or rewrite the information. I think that is the best thing about the platform
There is nothing I dislike about it. Actually I usually put my imput on some thing I think It could be beneficial to change or to enhance, but not this time. Is very easy to use.
I think it makes easier the referral process and most importantly the follow up process, so the refered people on my own can have an idea on what part of the process they are at any time.
I love how functional it is! And also how easy it is to use and train our hiring teams on it.
There can be multiple ways to get to the same page which can be confusing at times. Visual Insights page can be buggy. I wish we could add consultants that are outside our email domain because sometimes they assist us in the hiring process and need access.
Lever solves our problem of tracking candidates through the interview and hiring lifecycle, and it's benefiting us because it's well organized and helps us communicate across all departments.
