It's super easy to use. It's like the iPhone of ATS's.
Sometimes support is not available right away or have a quick answer to resolve an issue.
It's an easy way to setup and utilize our hiring process.
Lever allows for a streamlined process, easy search functions, analytics dashboard, and great customer support.
I haven't really experience dislikes about the system.
We have been able to streamline our recruitment and hiring process and build a more formalized set of interview questions. The system is also very easy to use and managers now take on more ownership of the hiring process.
It is easy to reference a friend to our company. Process tracking step by step is also a good feature of Lever.
None. None.None.None.None.None.None.None.
I can track my direct references and social references directly without asking our people and culture team.
Great platform alot of features that are very helpful for recruitment Ally Nguyen was great at teaching us everything she did an amazing job!
Hard to used to obviously with alot of features a lot to learn
Its easier to manage candidates
I really like the ease of use not just on the talent aquisition side, but for our hiring teams. Seamless communication between us and candidates, transparency into stages and communication, automation, and more. I love Lever and this is the 3rd company I've used it (2nd time implementing it). Their customer support is also very helpful and quick to respond and works diligently to resolve any issues. We've also been able to integrate with our HRIS and other tools very easily. Ferno on the implementation side was absolutely phenomenal! The tracker the team uses to help keep us aligned on the steps and associating it with help articles is the best I've seen.
I think "dislike" is a strong word to describe anything about Lever. But there are areas of opportunity and their team is very open to feedback! One example of an area for opportunity is the ability to drag and drop during scheduling, as well as schedule one candidate over multiple days in one window (like one panel, but split up due to availability). I just watched their winter release webinar and really excited about some of the upcoming updates!
Before making the move to Lever, we ran into a lot of issues with our previous system (Greenhouse). We were not able to easily navigate candidate profiles, customize interview forms, and there were so many clicks to get to different parts of a profile. Scheduling was also a challenge, and if an interview needed to be rescheduled we had to delete the interview ands start over instead of just rescheduling it. Lever solves all of these issues and more!
We just implemented Lever but have found it incredibly easy to use. The reporting functionality is awesome. We also had such a great implementation manager (Tom Marino) who really guided us through all the ups and downs of implementing a new product. He really eased the way for us to have a successful transition. It's been super easy to integrate all our functionality (ie assessments, background checks, etc). All in all, we are really excited to be a Lever customer.
I haven't found anything I dislike yet although I am curious to see how some of our assessments come through the system. But other than that, we've been really happy with the product!
We had an ATS that we were using but it really lacked the reporting functionality that we wanted / needed. The reporting capabilities, the ease of use and more is the reason we chose Lever.
Working with Tom - he is extremely thorough, responsive, and made this a seamless process for us. We couldn't have gotten through the implementation without him!
Nothing so far - really liking the product!
Reporting functionalities, ease of use, and metrics
The implementation was great. We had a very clear plan, direction and the weekly meetings were a bright spot in our weeks. The system was easy to use, customize and impelment!
It's more on our end - our security team is very small and they weren't able to grant clearance to utilize Lever with the sync functionality. Being limited in this way limits our level of efficiency of use within the system.
Candidate experience - we're able to reply to candidate interest in a more timely manner. The application process is now streamlined and our host career site is much cleaner. Recruiter experience - we can save time by utilizing our job posting and candidate templates. We can leverage utilizing multiple locations on job postings. Being able to duplicate job postings is a huge efficiency add. Having the opening and closing statements for postings is also a win. As for sifting through applicant traffic, the archive + email functionality (especially the delay email!) is huge in staying on top of all applicants that apply.
It is a cohesive, full stack solution for Sourcing & Recruiting with all the major integrations. It is easy for Recruiing, Hiring Managers, and Leadership to get visibilty and improve their candidate experience.
We need to work on outages, most recently, around scheduling.
Structured interviews, candidate experience and decision making.
Lever makes referring candidates easy and seamless. With a few quick questions to answer, we're able to connect our talented recruiters to top candidates in the industry!
I truly haven't noticed opportunities for improvement.
Lever connects our recruiters with top talent and allows employees to positively impact both the hiring process and the company culture.
The UI is easy for anyone to pickup and use. It is a one stop shop for all things recruiting and pipeline management. The email templates are absolutely key for sourcing.
The UI is a little too simple and has small bugs that make it hard to navigate and correct
Keeping everything organized. I work for a startup where we source for multiple roles at a time, each unique in their own way, and Lever really puts everything simply on one platform.
The interface is the best I've used. It's easy to keep pipelines organized, move candidates through different stages, and keep everyone in the hiring process updated on next steps.
There is not a good way to pause a candidate's progress, especially when a job goes on hold or will be delayed but you're still sourcing candidates.
Lever allows a central place to receive and manage all candidates for a role and make sure all information is easily accesible. You're able to track when contact has been attempted or made, complete feedback during every round of interview, and go through the offer process.
very useful tool - it gives a lot of information and helps for making analysis and decisions.
NA - I do not have any dislikes about Lever.
to find new team membres
Lever is simple and easy to use. One of the best platforms I've used to help log the interview process. It's easy to set up an interview profile, preload questions and submit feedback for candidates.
There are some parts of the platform that is very basic, would love to have more ability to customize the format.
Organizing, scheduling and submitting feedback for interviews for both internal and external candidates.
Its simplicity and didactic way of nominating or applying
I don't have it anymore. What I considered bad was removed
Recruitment and search for candidates
The platform is super customizable and very easy to use / intuitive. We were using Excel as an ATS prior to Lever, and it has saved us thousands of hours in applicant tracking and candidate scheduling, reviews and communication. Their support team and resources are also fantastic. Can not recommend it enough!
There's maybe some customized reporting capabilities not available in our current tier, but the basic reports have worked just fine for our needs.
We have moved away from tracking everything manually which means we can give our candidates a more seamless experience, not to mention the hours of administrative work it has saved our recruiting team!
We were looking for an ATS to keep all of our candidates in order and to be well-organized. Lever is an amazing and easy to use platform! Sabrina Baron was extremely helpful and very knowledgable during the implementation!
Nothing! Lever is an A+ platform and nothing to dislike.
Lever is now enabvling us to never miss a candidate and allow all recruiters to easily manage/reach out to all the candidates.
Ease of use: it is streamlined for the recruiter experience and has so many built-in intelligent features like EasyBook to make it easy for candidates to book time in your calendar, logical progression for each recruitment stage that can trigger a follow-up action i.e. moving a candidate to First Interview will trigger an EasyBook email or moving a candidate to Background Check will trigger an request for info etc. Most importantly, I like how Lever makes it easy to integrate seamlessly with other sourcing and engagement tools to provide a very powerful and efficient workflow from sourcing to outreach to candidate engagement. A few examples are Greyscale for texting candidates, Chrome extensions to easily import resumes, 3rd party sourcing tools that automatically export candidates to Lever AND also search for duplicates.
Not much to dislike, but if I had to nitpick, I wish the Offer Approval chains could be changed dynamically vs. having to go into Settings and create a unique approval chain for every single offer. Once an offer is launched, it cannot be dynamically modified without retracting it and initiating a brand-new one.
Lever is solving the problems of candidate management, relationship management, offer approval, vendor/agency management and recruitment metrics/reporting. Lever has streamlined our recruitment lifecycle and made it much more intuitive and efficient for our recruiters and coordinators to source, engage and close-out candidates.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager implementing Lever our first ever ATS for our organization, I've been very impressed with the intuitive design of Lever. For us, the most powerful aspeects have been its user-friendly interface, extensive customization capabilities, and reporting functionality. Ease of Use Lever's intuitive design has significantly eased the daily tasks of managing our talent acquisition pipeline, especially scheduling. The user-friendly interface has made it straightforward for our team to navigate and collaborate, share notes and feedback across departments, and there's been very minimal internal troubleshooting or the need for extensive training. Customization The ability to customize workflows, interview stages, and job postings within Lever has allowed us to tailor the platform to our unique hiring needs. We have very distinct groups of candidates that we work with, and operate across the United States, and I've been impressed by how the platform can be tailored to the specific needs of our team. Reporting Lever's reporting features have been instrumental in enhancing our data-driven decision-making. The platform provides a range of pre-built reports, and the option to create custom reports has allowed us to analyze key performance indicators specific to our recruitment goals. Real-time reporting keeps us informed about ongoing processes, aiding in identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our overall hiring strategy. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, I highly recommend Lever to any organization seeking a practical and adaptable solution for their recruitment needs.
I think it's going to take a little time to get used to, but the unified pipeline can be a little confusing at first. Navigating between jobs, candidates, and active interview stages can be a little clunky at times.
1. A central source of truth for all of our candidates, regardless of location, team, deparment, etc. 2. Data to help us make better decisions around our recruiting strategy and manage performance 3. Process and accountability around offers, opening roles, etc.
Easy note taking for interviews and lots of features
Sometimes the features are a bit hard to find.
Solves the issue with being able to keep all info in one place and readily available
Ease of use / letter templates make reaching out so easy to candidates
I'm new to lever so I'm certain things will soon make sense but the different levels of archiving are confusing
Staffing
Usability, ease of access & implimentation and its trustworthy! I use it frequently.
I do not dislike anything major! Improvements are always the way forward.
Finding IJP & other development opportunities.
I love being able to get an overview of all the open positions at my company.
Not being able to check on the status of an application.
I can get an idea of possible openings in my company and actively plan for my career growth.
easy referral and tracking system. its very easy to refer someone
job filters need to be improved ...its not easy to find relevant openings
easy referral tracking is what is beneficial for me
The tool provides information for each stage about the hiring process.
For now I dont have answer for this question, the tool works for me.
Help us to manage the hiring process and to track all the stages during the hiring performance.
As a HR professional at my current company using Lever is much easier than the other systems (I wont say any names)... and older formatting. In addition, applicants are often turned off when applying for roles hosted on the "other" systems. When I apply for a role, or scope out similar companies for research purposes, the time it takes to apply on Lever is much faster and it's done with a sense of ease. And you can incorporate plugins fairly easy, which make Lever more attractive.
I haven't found any so far, and I've used Lever since January 2022.
Lever connect with LinkedIn, we can pull reports and manage candidates much easier.
Very easy to use it. The platform is self explanatory and prettty straightforward, while still covering all the necessary details.
Could conect your interviews schedulling directly on your outlook to save time.
Organizing interviews I have to do, checking candidates profile and taking notes and also if needed, seeing jobs available in my company to be able to refer someone.
It reads the CV and fill most of the information
The status needs to be updated with some comment so we can get the status that where are we in process of hiring
easy to refer
UX - ease of use Candidate centric approach - I can see all my candidates in one page Customization of feedback forms Visual insights Customer support Requisition process
The only think I don't like is that we cannot customize the pipeline stages per job
Scalability Different user levels (confidentiality) Easier to schedule candidates
Simple user interface to fill applications
Nothing specific to be honest, however the ui can be improved by customisation
Helps me refer candidates for my organisation
