I love everything about Lever and my Implementation specialist, Tom Marino! He did a fantastic job getting my company all set to use our new applicant tracking system. Our Level team was patient, understanding, and very helpful. Every company needs Lever in their lives.
There is nothing that I dislike about using Lever!
My company didn't have a proper ATS before Lever.
The look and feel of the UI makes it very easy and even enjoyable to use. This makes adoption among the hiring mgrs and interviewers much better. The platform will be invaluable as we scale and demand more and more from our ATS platform.
Nothing that can't be improved with product updates and improvements to the UX/UI.
Candidate mgmt, reporting, central source of truth
We chose Lever becuase we were looking for a solution that can manage recruiting roles across multiple locations on a single requisition. The single pane of glass view for candidates in process makes it simpler for hiring managers
There are a few features I'd like to see in the future such as the ability to speak to recruitment agencies through Lever and a couple of improvements to some workflows but overall we're very happy with the platform and service we received during migration.

The user interface and options in this ATS as well as support team is phenomenal. Love that we were able to configure the ATS to our current company structure with multiple brands and users.
Only downside I have seen so far is limited placeholder fields in templates, but a multitude for offer letters.
Lever is solving inconsistency in recruiting processes for us and our partners. With Lever integrated, we can onboard all partners to one system, track hiring metrics and pull reports to see how we can improve our recruiting efforts.
Lever makes the hiring process seamless, smooth, and stress-free. We have only been live for about 3 weeks and we have already noticed significant improvements in a streamlined process, making the time to hire SO much shorter.
We have not run into any dislikes as of yet. It really is a great product. I have used a couple of other ATS, and I don't have any cons at this time. The CS team at Lever is always looking for feedback and product recommendations.
Lever has completely streamlined our process, creating one easy place to manage all aspects of the recruitment funnel. We no longer have several manual processes - everything from pipelines, to offers, and data analyitics and job ads is all in one convenient locations. The implementation process was incredibly thorough, detailed, and seamless.
Easy to use and set up, great at managing your pipeline, lots of bulk actions, and strong reporting.
I wish the automation could include links with the Easy Book tool.
Prior to using Lever we did not have an ATS so Lever has been able to provide us with one source of truth and the ability to stay better connected to candidates, improve time to fill, and a better overall candidate experience.
Our company just launched Lever and we are loving how easy it is to navigate the platform, the visibility we now have into our various pipeline stages, and the many efficiencies we've gained by having this system. Implementation with Ally Nguyen was a breeze! Ally was there to support us at every stage of implementation, was quick to respond to emails, and facilitated a great training for our recruiting team! A big thanks to Ally!

We went from using trackers and spreadsheets to an ATS so we have gained process efficiencies and pipeline visibility that we did not have before. With that we are now able to pull reports and data that wasn't previously available to us. WIN!
Lever allows for a great amount of customization, which is why we chose it over other out of the box solutions. We are over a year into our contract, and it gets better with each new release. As a TA leader, the reporting tool, including the enhanced LTI has been a game changer for drilling down on inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Lever is not a complicated tool to use, but you do need to have a good idea of what you want to accomplish with it in order to use it to it’s maximum potential. For me, I would rather take the time to set it up the way that works best for our department, than be limited by an out of the box, completely pre-configured package.
We have automated several time consuming value added tasks, including internal communications, auto tagging of profiles for various workflows, and tracking and processing employee referral bonus payouts.

It has best design and workflow within applicant tracking systems and technically designed for high performance and load of frequent operations and multiple users log in. It is compatible with SAP HRM. Great both for sourcing and tracking selection process with capabilities of team collabolation and sign in management. Lever has awesome dashboards.
Good to have access to short term labour and access to upwork ratings. It is good to have for sourcing purposes sms gateway. Lever is high performance application, that is core demand of corporate customers, meaning it is focus group for product developers and thus app is high priced for mid sized business despite it is very reliable costs matter for business. Good to have more AI-RPA functionalities for scheduling tasks.
Our customer has dilemma to develop well known ERP system of build own mix of different vendors solution. Lever at this stage beats all applicant tracking system offered to substitute old one at lower costs as per current budget.
