I like the UI and ease of use that Lever provides. I also loves how it auto populates based on resume.

I think there should be a way to have a profile agnotsic of the company you are applying to. That way it would make it easy for users to apply to all companies using lever.

Simple UI, Tability to tag a job posting at various levels are amazing

FIlter options doesn't show up sometimes, on refresh they would show up though

I find Lever is very organized and supportive system where I can find my candidates and follow their stages easily and know what stage I should do next.

For now I don't see negatives in Lever since I'm working on generating pipelins, following their stages so I don't have negatives in this part

It helps me to track candidates stages and to organize their process for hiring them easily

Outreach uses Lever as our main hiring platform. As a rep, it's easy to either get a personalized link to submit a new candidate or make a referral directly into the system.

I only use it to make internal or external referrals. No downsides as far as I can tell.

As a rep, I have other sales people reaching out to me to make a referral. I can easily create a link to send to them.

Tracking recruting and interviewing

I love how Lever integrations and interfaces with other systems that I use like Checkr and Rippling.

Nothing so far, I don't have anything negative to report.

Integration and ease of use. I love being able to import from one system to another.

How easy uploads the iformation from a CV, so there is no need to switch from one screen to another to copy or rewrite the information. I think that is the best thing about the platform

There is nothing I dislike about it. Actually I usually put my imput on some thing I think It could be beneficial to change or to enhance, but not this time. Is very easy to use.

I think it makes easier the referral process and most importantly the follow up process, so the refered people on my own can have an idea on what part of the process they are at any time.

I love all the different functionalities of Lever. It is very easy to use, and I also really like the analytical side of Lever, which provides valuable insights for our recruitment processes.

So far everything is working very well and don't have any dislike.
