Great leveraging tool to use for all the hiring in our company. Very user friendly
None at this point. I cannot think of anything to dislike about this tool
Clean flow down of all the hires in the pipeline
The easy of use of the platform means that I can login and get whatever I need to get done quickly.
The design is a little simple, a little more updated interface would make it modern.
It allows me to see internal jobs and postings easily. Also allows me to track refferals.
Email feedback and tagging other users. The commenting feature is great for quick turn around time

It was very easy to view relevant information about the candidate before the interview and submit feedback afterwards. I enjoyed the feedback format and found the platform easy to navigate.
No complaints! I haven't used any other platforms but I really enjoy Lever and would use it again.
Makes it very easy to understand where candidates and referrals are at in the process. It makes submitting feedback after interviews seamless.
The regular updates and reminders Lever sent me as I achieved my various milestones in the company were a point to remember. It brought into highlights days which would have passed just like anything else but made unique by Lever.
Lever tries to be ever present in the HR software but lacks a bit of a humane touch. Maybe an Ai image or a persona of a character which represent Level and talks to the users, would be great.
Job referrals and regular feedback on what I am doing. The internal job postings also help me identify which job might be open for me or my peers who would eb a great asset for my current company.
How smooth the job application process is.
So far I have not seen something that I haven't liked.

I need not look for the positions open. I can search for it while referring a candidate
There is nothing I don't like. The platform is showing every update and its easy to use

Ease of having the resume and the feedback on the same page to easily navigate back and forth. Ease for applicants to apply.
A homepage dashboard that summarizes everything would be nice. Was a little hard to navigate the website when first logging on.
Being able to have a liaison between interviewers and the recruiting/hiring team is convenient to avoid excessive messaging back and forth and saves time.

Use to use and all the features are easy to understand for beginners. I don't have any issues or difficulties while using it. I usually use it for taking interviews and I am enjoying Lever at my work.
There is nothing to dislike, but sometimes the fronts are too small to read. some times I could not read attachments with different formats. Color scheme for this app can be improved.
I usually use it for attending interviews. I found its feature straightforward to understand and previous feedback helped me to get to know about the candidate's positive and negative facts.
