Straightforward and simple UI/UX, which makes it significantly less complicated to understand and a seamless experience overall. Person new to referrals could directly come and use it at his/her ease

As a large organisation, we have bulk hiring and resumes. Lever has solved it and sorted it for us regarding usability, employee experience, datasets, analysis etc.

We have got a solution for managing and scheduling meetings with candidates and hiring managers through easy book link.
When I refer someone, I am able to track the status of the person I referred without contacting the recruiter for the same. I can also see which recruiter is mapped to a particular job opening - which helps in figuring out the point of contact when you have a big recruitment team.
Minor feedback: When you are referring the candidate and you want to select a list of job openings, there is no direct way in which we can see details of the opening from the dropdown itself. We need to search for the same job opening separately in the openings dashboard.
Employee referral management - it is helping me track all my referrals and their statuses at one place.
I love that I am able to customize my pipeline stages. For us, it's been a game changer as we have a unique interviewing process as a faith- organization.
I wish there was another tab where the application lived. Sometimes it feels like you are scrolling forever on the overview tab to get to the application.
I love that it is a unified pipeline and all of my hiring managers are able to see exactly where our candidates stand in the process. It been so refreshing to work with such amazing people like Tom and Lindsay who have supported us through every step of implementation.
I can do almost everything in Lever for my recruitment needs.

It's just great to have everything in one place, to help me keep track of everything. I can engage with more than one opportunity at the same time. Productivity has increased.
As a recent customer of Lever, we've just completed the implementation phase. It's been a very smooth onboarding experience, and we have received excellent support from Implementation Specialist Tom M. The posting and requisition process is simple, and we appreciate that custom fields can be created to support business needs and reporting.
As a new customer, there is nothing that we dislike about Lever at this time. One product suggestion is the ability to auto-email reports created through Data Explorer.

We needed a software that would make our process time efficient and would be easy to use by every stakeholder and Lever is just that - a lot of smart functions that save a lot of time, a lot of automation, and the impolementation process was so easy thanks to Sabrina! Each time I sent an email asking about something she was already on top of everything, no question was left unanswered.
Nothing much, I guess it depend on each company. Lever does a great job on molding based on each company's needs and if anything is missing they add it to their list of developments, all feedback is considered which is something really really nice.
We transitioned from Asana, which was not an ATS, but we made it into one - so Lever really saved a lot of time in the process we already created. After seeing multiple ATSs, Lever stood out from all of them easily.
Lever is easy to navigate and provides all of the most useful information at a glance. We're also able to improve processing and hiring times.
We haven't been in the platform long enough for us to really dislike anything but there are some things that I'm hoping to see included in future updates such as dynamic forms for opening a requisition or requesting an offer as well as the ability to create feedback form templates that can only be viewed by the person who created it.
We were in search of an ATS that would improve our talent acquisition process, hiring manager's management of candidates, and the overall candidate experience.
Alexandra Pandrea was a great help during this process. She was available every step of the way, making learning Lever much more enjoyable. I like the easy accessibility of lever.
Not being able to have multiple locations for job postings. Also, we do not have an application form already in the system to send candidates and download said application.
Approval for reqs used to be so hard to get. With Lever we can now track it through one system AND have approvals for it. Reminders for hiring managers to do their candidate assessment forms is a game changer.
I really liked the support we were given from our Implementation Specialist, Tom Marino. Tom helped us set up the system in a way that works for our team and we appreciate his support. This system is much more robust than our previous ATS and it provides a better experience for our recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.
Our team enjoys Lever, but there are some areas of the system that aren't as customizable as we'd wish, like the job requisition process.
Lever has helped us identify internal candidates and referrals much easier.
It is straightforward to use. In a short time, we refer the people. No need to ask for the open position, we can check it directly.

Lever goes the extra mile to prepare you for Launch and Integration. Tom Marino was super helpful and always maintained a friendly attitude- which was important because these system changes can be quite overwhelming. We will miss our weekly calls with Tom but have been assured we will be taken care of by our new Customer Success Manager. We are still getting used to Lever but have been very happy at all the resources they provide to help guide you through configuration and data migration.
It is alittle disappointing that you have to have multiple job postings for the same position with a bigger headcount due to Budget ID. We have called this out to Lever and feel confident that feedback was passed along.
Reporting
Lever is the most complete ATS that we have had so far. It is perfectly in adequation with our business and data tracking requirements. Despite the fact that this is very complete and has endless functionalities, it remains very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Nothing! Everything seems to be working well and I'm very satisfied with the tool.
Lever is the tool we have selected to accompany our hyper-growth and strong hiring activity. It also meets our business objective which is to be able to make data-driven decisions.
I like how easy it is to use. There's a lot of features available to move your candidates through the hiring process. Additionally, from an internal perspective, our hiring managers love Lever as well.
I don't think it's a dislike, but I'd love to see additional options for integrations. As Lever evolves, I'm excited to see what other platforms integrate with the ATS.
Managing the candidate pipeline, communication with our candidates, reporting on various recruiting stages, diversity metrics.
Ease of use, intuitive, not a large learning curve. Easy to type while interviewing and looking at a potential employee's resume as a reference tool. I like the reminders before my interview and if I forgot to submit my feedback!
I wish the dates of the interviews were organized by month/week.
It is an incredibly useful tool for referencing potential employees and amazing to use during the interview process.

The feedback options helps me to get my thoughts down during and right after interview stages, so I don't need to rely on my sticky notes and handwritten work trying to transfer into text for our hiring team. Great for having the CV available so I don't need to dig it out on each and every call
I would say that a nudge on my review submission would be useful, sometimes I have been tight to a deadline to feedback and it has ended up leaving me with last min text input which is not ideal
Not having cvs to hand, keeping feedback in one place and clear to read, easy to vote for candidates - lots of great features to keep this task and related tasks in a single place
The tool has been a great help in reviewing the candidate pipeline across all stages. Seamless process to derive reports to present to the stakeholders. Also, it helps us release the letters using various email templates. Scheduling interviews has been so accommodating using this tool
Mail merge tags: There is no option where in we can add the tags according to the usage in the templates Automation: It restricts few portions where we aren't able to automate things much
