How easy it is to see the updates I care about on the front page, and the record of my submissions. I don't need to contact anyone to check the progress of referrals.

Not much, really. Perhaps only the fact that I'm not able to save my progress on a submission and continue later. Otherwise it's great. The site is stable, clean, and straightforward.

Tracking referrals and their process through the hiring funnel. I don't need to contact anyone for updates, I see it as the candidate progresses. I'm also able to see who the recruiter responsible is, and update my referral if they ever ask a question.

Easy access and you can just use templates to mass email candidates and very user-friendly and easy to understand and navigate. so far, very good experience from the app.

Lever pulls all the information I need about the candidate together in one place and organizes it well. For example, while talking to the candidate, I can view her CVs, projects, volunteer experience, and publications. It helps me to adjust the interview for the individuals. I can leave comments systematically and share them with my colleagues. I can also trust that the involved parties will keep the sensitive information secret.

There were times when I wanted to post images next to my interview comments but couldn't. Also, the comments are kept in plaintext, but I would like to write in the markdown format in certain situations (or "code block," borrowing the term from Jira)

Lever solves the problem that there are too many places to document the candidate data (such as experience, remarks, salary expectation, etc.). Lever lets me consolidate them in one place and share it with others.

Lo facil de usar. Hace muy poco empecé a usar Lever en mi trabajo, nunca habia usado este ATS y fue simplemente muy facil de adaptarse, sus caracteristas y funcionalidades son faciles de aprender. Me encanta el hecho que tiene muchas integraciones disponibles.

No hay nada que me disguste de Lever hasta ahora, como dije anteriormente, es muy muy facil de usar. Hemos experimentados algunos delays y bloqueos en la plataforma pero es cuando están haciendo actualizaciones internas de la misma compañía.

Lo facil que es de usar, ahorras tiempo, trabajo para una gran compañía de staffing IT, asi que tenemos cientos de miles de aplicantes a la semana, Lever nos permite trabajar en casa uno de ellos y moverlos a cada instancia del proceso de selección co facilidad. Me encanta el hecho que tiene un sin número de integraciones entonces es mas sencillo, mi integracion favorita es con Jira.

The Lever platform is very user-friendly. The platform works on high priority to improve the user experience. Navigation is very simple which makes the recruitment process so easy and hassel free.

While using lever platform, I personally didn't face any issues. But Lever can improvise in terms of User Interface. They can beautify their page.

I used the Lever platform to refer a candidate in my organization .The platform made the hiring process very productive, efficient the platform helped me and my organisation to recruit top people in shorten time .

The questions asked during the referral process is easy and straight forward. Also, at the end is easy to select what position fits the person am referring.

I guess it could be helpful to know why the referral was rejected or does not fit the role after the review process and has been archived.

Lever is giving the possibility for employees to refer a candidate and therefore, find skilled labour to continue improving the company. It also offers me the possibility to see internal jobs/external jobs that might be interesting to me. Therefore, overall it is a good tool for seeing what kind of roles the company is hiring for and what's scarce in the job market.

Lever is a very easy tool to use. All information is accessable and you can view other interviewer's responses easily

We use Lever as our ATS and it's very easy to use. We can view the candidate's resume and all of the comments and reviews from other interviewers.
