It is easy for employees to refer candidates and provide timely update on the various stages of the interview process. The integration between Lever and our company's job posting is also very user-friendly. As an employee, I have used Lever multiple times to refer candidates. By uploading a candidate's resume, many fields, such as candidate's information, links to LinkedIn, are automatically filled with ease. As an individual contributor, I would recommend Lever to any company who needs a referral system.
I would like to better understand the meaning of different terms used in the interview stages. Sometimes it's not always self-explanatory to an individual contributor or someone who is not part of the HR department.
Visibility on various of interview stages. It provides a quick update between HR and the user (referer), so we don't have to reach out to HR ourselves, and can better assist our friends/ex-colleagues who are being referred.
It's absolutely very easy to use as a client. I am able to track down all my refferals and their status of application. Very user friendly interface that even a non computer genius can navigate through.

Lever makes interviewing candidates simple. Their resume, along with information about their experience and skills, are easily accessible for use before and during the interview. Candidate feedback is then a simple process, managed by lever. Additionally, Lever reminds me (via email) when I have an upcomming interview.

Streamlining the interviewing process and making it simple for me to meet with candidates and give feedback on them. This is not my main job, so Lever helps minimize the amount of time I spend on these activities!

Lever is helping to be our main source of candidate and application tracking for our company.
Lever is very easy to use and navigate. If you are trying to refer someone there is a dashboard that clearly outlines who you have referred and what their status is in the application process. It's also great for tracking applications for yourself.
There are a few things I would change and the biggest one would be connecting our google accounts to Lever so that when you click on a recruiter's name, it provides you with a box to send them an email directly via google instead of pulling up your computer email system. Additionally, I wish there was a function to see attachments on past applications.
Lever is the tool we use for tracking our applicants and referrals company-wide. This is the easiest way as an employee to refer friends and family and actually provide them withh helpful feedback on their application status.

Lever is a great tool for discovering and applying for new job opportunities. The platform provides useful filters and all the important information about the job, in well designed sections. It also help the candidates to connect directly to hiring managers, which is a great feature.

I don't like that when backing out of a specific position, it doesn't return you to the same level in the page you were viewing beforehand
Lever is helping develop reports for Protective that show sourcing/hired status. We have previously been without and it will be very helpful to us when they are available
Ease of the software. It seems like Lever was actually built by Recruiters. The implementation was seamless and we experienced a thorough introduction to the tool.

The look and feel of the UI makes it very easy and even enjoyable to use. This makes adoption among the hiring mgrs and interviewers much better. The platform will be invaluable as we scale and demand more and more from our ATS platform.

The user interface and options in this ATS as well as support team is phenomenal. Love that we were able to configure the ATS to our current company structure with multiple brands and users.
Only downside I have seen so far is limited placeholder fields in templates, but a multitude for offer letters.
Lever is solving inconsistency in recruiting processes for us and our partners. With Lever integrated, we can onboard all partners to one system, track hiring metrics and pull reports to see how we can improve our recruiting efforts.
Lever makes the hiring process seamless, smooth, and stress-free. We have only been live for about 3 weeks and we have already noticed significant improvements in a streamlined process, making the time to hire SO much shorter.
We have not run into any dislikes as of yet. It really is a great product. I have used a couple of other ATS, and I don't have any cons at this time. The CS team at Lever is always looking for feedback and product recommendations.
