Compare Mangools with other popular tools in the same category.
I feel the platform is very well organized and easy to use. I like the way the information is displayed and it makes it very easy to do keyword research. Additionally, we recently had an issue with our subscription renewal. Our billing information had changed and our subscription was not able to renew. We have been using the Mangools KW Finder for years and when the subscription failed to renew, our previous billing rate was reset. Michal in the customer service department was both a pleasure to work with and very helpful getting our billing issue resolved and our subscription reinstated at our previous rate. It seems that all too often these days, many online companies do not have qualified, trained and helpful customer service representatives on staff, and that they prefer to us AI Chat Bots or customer service ticking systems. I'm glad to know Mangools does not fall into that category. Great job Michal & Mangools!
So far, we have not been able to identify any issues or problems with the service.
We use their KW Finder for identifying ideal, target keywords for search engine optimization and content development.
Being relatively new to SEO I found Mangools to be me the most user friendly and also have much more affordable pricing than other SEO platforms such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz. It is very easy to navigate and they intentionally make sure that the tools you use are clear and have a good UI. Mangools has a limited toolset compared to other platforms but they certainly have some of the most important tools you need if you are a SMB or solopreneur. The yearly pricing is also ~ a quarter of the tools making it what I consider the best play to dip your toes into SEO and really uncover the value of SEO.
The site auditor tool is a bit of a letdown and isn't as insightful as I hoped it would be. I think the other tools are very value add and high quality but the audit didn't seem to be particularly actionable. The tools don't always seem to do a good job talking to each other and there aren't any good reporting features or integrations.
Learning basic KW research, serp analysis, backlinks. I think mangools does a decent job with all of this at an extremely great price.
Easy and straightforward to use, provides a clean UI.
Just minor things, nothing that would decrease the usefulness.
Developing a more efficient content strategy. Before using Mangools we've been completely blind about how our content performs. No, we can easily find keywords to target, analyze competing sites and much more. They provide great value for a more affordable price than other, well-known SEO tools.
The Mangools KW Finder tool is one of the best we have come across. The price certainly offers the best value for money when it comes to subscription keyword research tools. It is very easy to use and consistently produces very accurate results. The search result information is very clear to understand. Storing our keywords with the list function makes it very efficient to go back and target related content ideas.
The Site Profiler backlink component does not always produce accurate results. For example looking at links we know our site has, these do not always show up in the Site Profiler results. Similarly the Link Miner tool does not always produce accurate results when using our own site as the website analyzed.
We use the Keyword Finder tool as our number one research tool for Keyword analysis. We have found it to be the best on the market for the subscription cost. This is the best part of their suite and offers great value for money.
Very convenient to use and has improved the performance of my sites
nothing to say about this im getting good results
More exposure
I've recently started using this tool and I really liked this tool as it allows me to give in depth details about a keyword. like their CPC and how hard it is to rank for that keyword. It share every detail. This tool is very easy to use and is cheap as compared to other keyword research tool that's why I like it
They should work on competitor analysis also and provide its report as it is missing for now
This tool is helping me to find long tail keywords and do keyword research easily. Moreover this tool is cheap that does not put any extra financial burden for us.
It gives the most accurate search volume numbers for niche keywords my company targets. A lot of smaller keywords that may have under 200 searches a month (or maybe keywords that only have higher search volumes a few months out of the year) aren't picked up by other keyword tools such as AdWords Keyword Planner.
I wish it would provide more clarity on why it assigns the difficulty score the way it does.
Our company is finding new long tail keywords to target for main pages and ideas for topics to discuss on the page by incorporating related keywords.
The keyword suggestions are really amazing. It's a great place to go when you need to brainstorm for blogs that will rank. Also I like how you can search by country and language and save lists of keywords. Of course you can use the bigger, more expensive tools such as Ahrefs for the same thing, but what I like about KWFinder you can get it MUCH cheaper than those tools. Whereas your company's SEO manager will geek out over SEMRush and Moz and Ahrefs, if you're primarily a copywriter whose doing web writing, then this is the tool for you. Not too technical at all, easy to use and just what you need for ideas!
Occasionally the Google Search API poops out, and then you've got nothing. One of the advantages of KWFinder is that it gives you a place to save SERPs and ideas instead of running manual incognito Google searches all the time and forgetting the results. (Totally guilty of that.) So when the API just stops working, you're kind of SOL.
The biggest thing it's helped with is content creation. Of course you have to know your niche and identify your core content first. No tool will help you with strategic planning. But once you've done that strategic planning, this is one of the best places to go to get ideas for optimized blogs.
Keyword research does not only give you excellent seed words but also very helpful related keyword suggestions. Also, keyword tracking is very precise and easy. Very good value for money.
The SiteProfiler only shows results for big websites and hardly for smaller websites.
Finding the right keywords
It is affordable and very useful for the basic SEO improvement. It also allows us to invite the team, so other members can track how SEO goes together. Other similar services are quite expensive, but Mangools is cheap and it helps our business a lot.
The SERP rank tracking is sometimes not accurate from the actual search result. If it improves, this service is gonna be perfect. And much better if they have more suggested keywords depentding on the clients.
Mostly to track SEO rank, and to check keyword volume. It was hard to search and track those things to manually check everything with different tool. But Mongools solves that with friendly UI and UX
- Comprehensive tool set for all your marketing/analytical needs - Great user interface - Easy to use and intuitive representation of data - Seems fairly accurate
- Sometimes the accuracy of these tools seems doubtful - No FAQ-based questions/related queries or phrase match available like SEMrush
Data tracking and website analytics like keyword research, organic rankings, ranking keywords etc..
Ultimately Kwfinder is one of the best keyword research tools on the market. Works really well for niche and long tail keywords that other tools don't show, or don't give detail on, which means it's my go to when starting any project I'm working on. Invaluable tool. On top of this, the support team has always been super helpful and friendly, so if anything does happen to be an issue they will jump on it and resolve it quickly and professionally.
To be honest I haven't spent too much time working with the tools beyond kwfinder, as I am accustomed to using others, so I can't speak much for them. Seem useful, but others might do a better job there.
Lets me find and target long tail keywords, as well as helping discover and target main keywords with a good overview of SV, search intent, and what we need to do to outrank the competition. It's an invaluable part of an SEO's toolbox.
I've tried many other tools like Mangools in the past 5 years, however, they weren't so complete and didn't offer a google ranking for keywords, such as Mangools. Another point is that Mangools is very user-friendly offering an enjoyable experience in our daily routine.
I would say that the backlink session might be a little complete. It doesn't offer so many options to navigate and discover the backlinks, and a way to fix the bad ones. It is the only part of Mangools that it isn't so user-friendly.
I'm helping my customers to have better websites, with top positions on Google Ranking for the keywords they need! Mangools is helping me to achieve this result.
The easy way you can use and monitor a website. Very intuitive even for a beginner.
Backlink Monitoring too simple. Not recommended for a deep analysis.
Keyword finding, SERp checking, clients website monitoring and competition watching
The keyword finder feature of Mangools is the most helpful thing, which is extremely simple to use, and it consistently produces precise results. Furthermore, its list feature makes it very easy for us to go back and target related content ideas because we can store our multiple keywords on it.
I found out that certain specific keyword metrics appear to be off, especially compared to similar alternative solutions in the market. There are occasions when specific keyword phrases would not produce results for SEO results.
On average, the experience with Mangools has been incredible. With its varieties of distinct SEO features, we can effectively find the combinations of keywords that we could target for our better digital presence. Also, we can quickly analyze the backlinks and regularly track the rankings to make improvements.
Very efficient tool for seo analysis and competitor checking. The functions are very diverse and the results that are displayed to us are always updated by the search engines. The support responds quickly to our questions.
There is a daily limit for the analysis of our websites and we often have to buy new credits to start a new SERP analysis.
We can create our homepages in dashboard and check them for URL errors. Furthermore, we can query general seo-keywords and also view questions asked by search engine users and thus improve our content. We can reach more customers through targeted SEO marketing.
It is simple to learn and use, even for first timers!
It can be pretty complex once you get into the nitty gritty parts of SEO
We are solving all of our SEO needs
Has all the options to create a good keyword research for any niche. Has easy and quick access to suggestions, quick add to list and export. Also has a cool feature where you can enter a domain and see the SEO ranked keywords and the paid SEM keywords used (works only on domains with significant traffic though). I really like the possibility to see 12-month trends for every keyword and data per location, city or country. Contains 5 other tools for SEO and SERP monitoring that I don't use personally. I do mostly SEM and paid AdWords. I'm sure there are better software out there for SEM but this one gets the job done.
The keyword suggestions often provides very irrelevant keywords.
Keyword research, SEO monitoring, AdWords bid optimization Market research
At a low price and with new functionality rolling out . It is great
Nothing to dislike till now. Everything works smooth.
Kwfinder is excellent tool that simplifies the keyword search process in a way other tools has not managed to do.
I love KWfinder, it's one of my basic goto SEO tools. It has a ton of little quirks that makes the UI fun to use and the data seems more accurate. Also, the fact that they are expanding their product stack shows that they'll invest (mangools that is).
That you have to consistently switch between the products for backlinks, auditing and Keyword research.
Keyword Research for sites.
One of the more affordable products in the keyword space and keyword tracking space. It's missing a few of the bells and whistles but for the price it's just right.
They really need to add the ability to track the local map pack for service area businesses rather than just brick and mortar address based businesses. It's almost a deal-breaker for some of us that work with a lot of service areas.
Helps us to track search engine rankings for clients, do keyword research, competitor research, that's primarily how we use it at this point. As I've said above it's a fine product at a good cost.
It's very stripped down. All the information you see is essential. Therefor it is very easy to use, even if you are not a SEO pro yet. Especially if you are a blogger or just want a SEO tool for your own domain, it's perfect for that.
I would have loved more integration between the individual tools. And I love to check which keywords other websites are ranking for, which is of course possible, but in the basic plan (30$ per month on monthly payment) you can only see 25 keywords per competitor. I would also love to have folders (on top of the existing tags) in the rank tracker.
Overwhelming all-in-one SEO tools can be daunting for SEO beginners. Mangools is very focused with all the information displayed. You will not struggle with layers upon layers of data, like in Ahrefs for example.
I think it's a bit more user friendly and intuitive than other tools I've used
Wish there was a bit more paid search information such as on SEMRush
Rank tracking and keyword research
I really only remember using KWFinder - it's a good product.
Contacting support or anyone through info@mangools.com - SERIOUSLY! 0 out of 10 experience. Matter of fact I went searching for alternates: vanessa@mangools.com +421 - 904 256 084 peter@mangools.com hrbacik@gmail.com maros@mangools.com I was about to go hard on all the above to try and resolve a billing issue that was being ignored through info@mangools, tried live chat while I was searching for Peters' email and they just handled it like it was nothing.
I don't use it now and haven't in a while. I was using kwfinder to research nice interests and traffic around keywords as I did research for Whitelabel Amazon product ideas.
Everything about it - it does everything our marketing agency reported on, better.
The limits on certain things such as SERP watching can be a bit annoying.
Reporting on all SEO performance and suggestions of backlinks to pursue.
- One of the cheapest premium keyword research tools on the market right now but it is gradually getting more expensive. - It has an intuitive UI that makes it super easy to use, even as a beginner.
It has only 10 days trial period. That's it.
KW Finder helps me to create my Digital Marketing proposal for clients with it's UI and website analysis tool.
The tool offers 10 days free-trial, so you can try out if this works for your company. The tool shows carefully competitive related keywords in terms of volumes, cost/click, pay/click, etc. Also you can see your competitor websites, who ranks higher in the same category. I also like how SEO's features are categorized nicely, which is so easy to navigate.
The tool does not let you download report (PDF) for your website SEO analysis (Site Profiler), which I think it is useful to share to other departments. Also, you cannot check your website's position with keywords on SERP, you can only check keywords's positions.
The tool give useful insight for your website SEO condition such as keywords research, check SERP position, track your website position in SERPs overtime, back link analysis and your website SEO metrics. I also came to check our website's position on SERP with keywords, obviously you can only check keywords without website, which I could perform this on Google by myself.
SERPChecker give me lots of metrics to help look at my competition in Google's search results. It's fast and reliable, and it's well integrated with the other tools in the Mangools suite.
It's a minor criticism, but it would be even more handy if the links shown in the SERP preview screenshots were clickable. It would also be good to be able to refresh the results more frequently as sometimes positions can change quickly.
I use SERPChecker daily to analyse my search engine positions on main keywords. It's quicker to use it than to manually do lots of Google searches.
Easy of use, great interface, robust feature set. For insights into competiton for PPC ads its a beast of a platform, highly recommended.
It seems as though all keyword tools have taken a hit lately. Not sure if this has to do with iOs and MacOs privacy updates but it seems that the results all platforms returned a couple years ago were more useful than the current set. This is not so much noticeable when looking for keyowrd opportunities for advertising as it is for longer form keyords for blog seo etc.
Was greatfor Keyword comptetion. It was a benefit more on the ad side. In the past KWFinder was great for blogs and SEO opportiunites however I feel that all platforms I have tried lately now suffer in that area.
Mangools is a helpful set of SEO tools with many features and functionalities like keyword research, rank tracking, backlink analysis, website analysis, and more. The best part about using it is KWFinder for keyword research, SERPChecker for SERP analysis, SERPWatcher for rank tracking, LinkMiner for backlink analysis, and SiteProfiler for website analysis. making it an excellent suite of SEO tools and overall in maintaining the websites and continuously improving their presence.
There is nothing to dislike about the Mangools besides the fact that it's dependency on third-party data sources such as; metrics such as search volumes, keyword difficulty, and backlink data. While Mangools strives to provide accurate and reliable data, occasional discrepancies or variations in data may occur due to factors beyond their control.
With the insightful data, insights and metrices it is quite easy to take informed decisions and make strategies to improve search engine visibility, keyword targeting, backlink profile, and overall website performance. Ultimately all this functionalities to optimize can lead to higher rankings, increased organic traffic, and better online visibility, benefiting websites to grow.
