The customer service is hands down the best I've encountered. The dashboard and features are top notch and easy to use. Besides the price point it's par none.

The plans are pricey. Turns out, the forever plan was not forever free. I wish moosend had given a little more heads up for this feature or left a plan that was free but didn't allow sending more than 1 email per month or something. Just so we could still continue to be part of the family and maybe buy a subscription as needed

The email newsletter game is highly saturated. Standing out is very hard but moosend and it's amazing team is great at letting you know how to use its product.

I am glad to use Moosend for various purposes in my daily marketing operations. Designing new landing pages or creatin e-mail campaigns with moosend is very effective and easy.

There is no feature that I used and am dissatisfied with for now.

I can track my email campaigns analysis very easly. I need to create landing pages regularly and the tools and features on moosend make that easier for me.

Intuitive interface and streamlined process as well as a chat function with a real person who was available for my many questions even on a trial version. All their answers were helpful.

Im finding it hard to think of anything. Everything worked properly. Maybe I didnt know how they came up with the process of labeling some of the email as inactive and sending only a portion, but also maybe that was a very useful action for me not to waste time.

I wanted to send emails to 18000 contacts and I was able to send to many without the usual fees and this allows me to grow my business and really determine the right plan for me before spending.

What I consider when analyzing an email marketing platform: - How fast the interface works - How accurate and fast support is - How many steps are required to send a campaign - How easy is to design a template, specially a really simple template - How versatile automations are - If it's possible to configure a welcome sequence - Deliverability Moosend exceeds in every of those areas.

I know it sounds crazy, but I'd like it to be more expensive. When there's a lot of money on the line, as it's my case, I prefer pricey services because higher profit margin makes it easier for the supplier to offer a good customer support and also to provide a great deliverability.

It is hard to find email marketing platforms with such a high deliverability, which graphic interfaces are so simple, and work so fast.

We are now able to be more transparent with our team by sending out a monthly newsletter on what each department is working on.

Very easy to use and free to get started. We are getting used to the platform and having good responses. Love the reporting and we will probably be upgrading to a pro account soon as it will be good to be able to collaborate with additional campaign authors in the organization. Better value than the competitors. I highly recommend you try this... I know there is a commitment in time to learn something new but I think you will not be dissappointed :)

Honestly... there is nothing to complain about with this platform. Just accept that like any business they cannot give everything away for free otherwise it would not be a business...

We use social media and email marketing to catch those who are not in our social media networks to maintain contact with our followers. Email marketing is not dead and important to us.

Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Any questions are quickly answered by staff.

No issues and no downsides to this point.

I'm creating a POC for a new business. Moosend let's me test and learn very quickly and for free! Invaluable.

Where to start? Moosend has a very powerful yet clean feel similar to ActiveCampaign without the clutter. If you are just starting out or don't have money to burn, here's where to start for solid email marketing.

At times the UI can get "stuck" between steps, particularly when creating or cloning an existing campaign. There are only so many times a customer wants to hear "clear your cache" from support.

The ability to automate sequences off of so many triggers using their scripts helps me to close more customers, build better Facebook audiences, and gain better insights into what people are doing on my website. I use Moosend as a CRM for my business and the businesses of my clients as well.

The preview function helps a lot and it's very accurate. the free version offers many options and a great number of subscribers allowed.

Sometimes there are bigger spaces between words, or no space at all, for no apparent reason.

It has helped me create good looking Newsletters.

Love the user interface and its simplicity. They recently revamped the UI, and I find that it's a bit better, even though the previous one was very good. I haven't tried their page builder in some time, but I can see situations where that would be all you would need!

You can't create dynamic email content in automations. It can only be done from a broadcast situation. It's a very technical case, but it affects the usability for me.

Powerful email marketing with none of the headaches and at a fraction of the price of larger more "name brand" tools. There's only one thing I've found that it can't do for now.

I love the automation, including the tags and variables that you can add to the contacts, and that it doesn't show any watermarks in the sent mails. Plus, it is super user-friendly.

It is not that I hate it, but the images of the icons are of poor quality. But it is only a visual thing that doesn't affect the workflow nor the mailing results.

The main problem solved is the time that it takes to send emails to a list of contacts. I am using it for sending automatic emails to a list of contacts. It allows me to have more free time for other important things in the business. It also allows me to send HTML emails that I couldn't do with a simple mail client.

Newsletter - getting to all our Reporters, users, and customers world wide. Tracking and more.

They provide templates for newsletters. I foumd the emails I received very inspiring and helpful. I use Microsoft photos, Google photos, and Microsoft word.

I would like to see more templates for artwork specifically. Everything I used worked well. More suggestions for specific lines of business like art. I would like to see some simplified templates.

I don't know of any problems , yet anyway to solve as I have only been using it a short time. The benefits so far have been helping me to get on a newsletter schedule, consequently, it is helping me to be more organized.

I like how easy it is to integrate with any website. The email templates are excellent, and it is straightforward to customize them. Moosend is a multilanguage platform.

I didn't find yet something to dislike. A few months ago, Moosend was just in English but now is a multilanguage platform.

I had to create email campaigns; the email templates were adorable and very customizable. We were very productive in implementing them, in few hours we were able to develop from zero a few email campaigns.

I was able to learn how to use Moosend in one evening by watching tutorials and chatting with helpful customer service reps. I can get started free as long as I have under 1000 subscribers. The look of the finished email is pleasing and very customizable.

That I can't attach a file to my emails. But that's ok. Everything works properly.

I was not aware that I could not send large emails from a paid-for email service. I had zero knowledge about bulk mail sending and I learned it all easily with Moosend! Now I can be in touch with hundreds of people easily. I like that I can schedule when the email goes out, if I need to be gone over the weekend without my laptop I can still schedule a reminder email to go out Saturday night.
