As far as pricing is con concerned, it's like the cheapest in the market. the domain pricing starts at 48 cents which is pretty awesome. also, they have a wide range of TLD's to select your perfect domain from, gives the user a great option for personalization. they also provide the cheapest option available for .ai domains which I find really helpful. all domains come with a free WHOIS guard to save the privacy of the user. the user interface is very clean and easy to navigate through, also they accept PayPal and bitcoins as payment options. as far as hosting is taken into account, the specifications all are unlimited and lets you offer many domains. another great perk of Namecheap is the security system, domain and account are really secured which gives you a feeling of security unlike most of the services out there.. Namecheap also got mobile apps which is really awesome, also they provide free SSH access to the servers and i find it really helpful.

the customer service is poor, they really take a long time to respond to your queries which can be irritating. I once had trouble with the free SSL that came with the domain and they said they don't have support for free SSL's provided and eventually i had to remove it from the site to keep it running. as for hosting, the servers aren't great at performance and can get laggy sometimes.;

Good interface, two part authentication for login and good pricing makes this simple, easy to use registrar (reseller) a good fit for people who want zero drama with their domain holder.

It's almost too easy. the interface sometimes hides (inadvertently), the more complex aspects of domain ownership until you uncover the pathway.

I like the modern design, responsive website, ease of use. Security is on high level with TFA and other options. Support center is very friendly and helpful.

Installing SSL certificates was a bit tricky, but read a few tutorials and everything was ok. The new UI is very intuitive and nice.

I have registered multiple domains using Namecheap plus transferred my own domain from other registrar. I have also purchased multiple SSL certificates for several websites.

Of course the prices. Namecheap is unbeatable if you looking for a inexpensive domain or certificate provider. The customer support can quickly help out in case of urgent questions or issues.

Namecheap offers some of the best services in the industry (domain name purchasing, hosting, etc.) at some of the best prices. They are easy to use and their support is top-notch!

There is very little that I dislike about Namecheap. I've been a customer for years now and I don't see myself switching to another company anytime in the near future.

I am able to quickly and cheaply purchase additional domains for myself or any of my clients. I know that Namecheap always stays competitive in their pricing and they are always running great specials.

I think namecheap is one of the few domains providers who take what they do very spiritually. Why? Because we all know domains economy is not very profitable so most of providers try to scam you with all those unnecessary add-ons packages or even trick you in renewing for multiple unnecessary years. Also competitors like godaddy give you endless coupons that in the end are there to scam you. In contrast Namecheap is proud of just doing what they do best: providing a simple domain service. And of course they offer you multiple other options to add like hosting, SSL and emails services. But they do not UX trick you. Not they don't even bother to give you false advertising or coupons. I feel pretty comfortable having all my domains under namecheap.

I think they new UI/UX is actually not good. The old one looked quite old but was way easier to understand. This one looks like a toy really and it doesn't focus on the important stuff. It is really bad designed. Lots of drawings and characters that do not add.

The free DNS utilities make it easy to set up a domain before migrating it to Namecheap (if you already have the domain). If you don't, Namecheap's pricing structure is relatively inexpensive and easy to get started with.

At times, the web interfaces can become unresponsive - particularly during checkout when purchasing new services. If you're migrating a domain, this isn't too big of an issue; merely come back and complete the transaction later. If you're purchasing a new, highly-desired domain name, however, being locked out of the purchasing gateway can be catastrophic!

I would highly recommend Namecheap as a registrar. When I asked my Twitter friends who they recommended Namecheap came out on top. They do a good job with coupon codes, and their prices are good and they are not GoDaddy. Never use GoDaddy if you can help it. Namecheap has excellent support. They go thru each and every way you could set something up. For example I wanted to make a custom domain for Tumblr. They had documentation on that. And their chat support is quite good as well.

I didn't like the hosting aspect, you could only have 5 extra domains. I have unlimited hosting so I anticipated unlimited domains, but the price rose drastically once you passed 5 domains. I actually use Namecheap and Bluehost right now for this reason. I found Bluehosts pre-installed app selection to be better and more modern, but if Namecheap had unlimited domains I would still be solely with them.
