It's very easy to use, customer support responds within 2 hours. And they have amazing legal and complicance teams for each country so it's always assuring that we hire legally!
It's more on pricey side, but I believe it's still worth it compared to cheaper competitors.
Hiring employees in countries where we don't have entities. Saves a lot of time thanks to not opening entities.

Oyster has well established processes to handle legal and financial aspects for remote hiring for most of the countries.They have an exhaustive list of features to take away the contractual stress, so you can focus on your work.

Having employees globally, without needing to incorporate as a business entity in that country. Oyster handles contracts/agreements, payroll and benefits for the employees.
I like Oyster because I can get paid quickly once the invoices are approved. There are other intermediaries that can delay the payment for a couple of days for an international transfer.
The UX lacks a simple resource that is to order your invoices received. You have all of them in a single page that you can't filter or order it. The order seems random too.
The ability to hire worldwide with an integrated system that is simple to use and set up.
They are fantastic HR partner. Availabile, reliable, and speedy follow ups! Their web page is easy to navigate which is great!

Oyster provide exceleen overview and way to manage employee benefits, time tracking, and general HR activities by offering a unified platform. All in one place!
We have only just started using the platform, but so far everything and everyone we have spoken to from our first demo call through to onboarding an employee has been quick, helpful and informative.
Nothing so far! We have not been in the platform long enough but I can tell it is a major step up from what we used previously.
Our previous EOR platform did not integrate properly, and customer service was lacking. This platform solves both problems and will be helpful hiring into new areas.
Last year I decided to leave my job of 15 years to work for another company outside my country. It was a difficult decision with several challenges related to payment methods and HR. However, all these issues were resolved when Oyster services were adopted. I had full support from the team for in the transition phase, negotiating benefits and work model. The platform is very friendly and objective and the contact with team members is easy and fast. I feel very comfortable having a company like Oyster supporting me in my current position.

The platform is very easy to use and staff are very helpful all the way. There are no hidden costs as everything was explained from the beginning.
So far, there is nothing that I dislike about Oyster. We haven't had any issues for the moment.
Oyster helps us employing our staff in Canada without setting up a company there. They deal with all the local regulations for employment so that you don't have to worry about that. They take care of the employee benefits as well.
