Very intuitive platform. Onboarding with customer success team was fabulous

I can't think of anything other than our customer success representative got promoted and we were given a new person that is learning the system.

At this moment no dislikes, so far my personal user experience was flawless.

I was receiving payments from my Employer through Oyster EOR platform, it was easy and reliable to have all payment information available to me and the payments we always on time.

Everyone I work with at Oyster is very helpful and informative. They work hard to make sure that you have everything you need for your employees.

Really there is nothing I don't like about Oyster.

It is impossible to know all the requirements in every country. It is so nice to have a partner that manages all that for me.

The most helpfull thing about Oyster is the speed in which everything is done.

I used to have problems with consistency of the date in which my payment arrived. This no longer is a problem.

Oyster helps me receive my salary and manage my contract.

It's simple and easy to work with, and I can easily report my expenses.

Up to this point, there's nothing about Oyster that I find unfavorable

Oyster provided me with an alternative solution during the period when I was still missing my 2316 form from my previous employer for tax annualization.

Administration is very simple. Support is responsive enough. Did not have any issues at all.

I did not find any of these. It would be nice to have a person per country and not a general email address with a ticketing system.

Employees can work in any country under any employment type. Employment and Taxation laws are all adhered to.

Oyster HRs are very responsive, and the dashboard is very friendly to use.

None so far, i have nothing to say as of today 9/29/23.

They are now in charge of filing my taxes and government contributions which will make the life of outsourced employees easy.

As an employee it was very easy to setup. All the information stands in the platform and you have easy access to everything

Not dislike but may be there could be one relationship manager for an employee who can be reached out via call too.

I can work for a company in another country while keeping all my employee rights and obligations I'm used to in my own country. Seamless international job experience.

When I request a response, the time needed for the reply is very short. The information is very easy to access. The platform is very good, well structured. All good till now.

I cannot find anything that was not properly presended or replied. All good till now. I like the platform and I don't have anything to add, to say that needs improvement.

Oyster is my employer here in Romania. All the payments to me are done by Oyster. Till now all the necessary was comcluded properly by Oyster. No late payments, no late replies.

Oyster gives great solutions for companies to hire local talent around the world. The onboarding process is quick and straightforward. The payroll process is simple and transparent and support is provided along the way. The oyster platform is super user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate. It is very useful to have such a powerful and easy-to-use platform which actually saves a lot of my time that I would, otherwise, spend doing manual admin work. What I particularly like is the constant work on improvements and automation which is notable. They invest in polishing up the processes, automating things as much as possible, and, in general, improvements wherever there is a possibility. The Oyster team is made up of skillful, intelligent, and people-oriented individuals who deeply care about their customers and about their work. Collaboration and communication in general with them is always smooth, personable, and oriented towards solutions.

Oyster is solving problems of local compliance. We are able to hire professionals from different countries around the world. Oyster provides all the necessary support to comply with local laws and employment regulations while giving a great employee experience to the team members.

The Oyster team was very supportive and provided guidance when we were about to hire new team members in Europe. They were very responsive to my emails and polite with my team and our candidates. I also like that the platform interface is user-friendly.

My experience with Oyster has been pretty positive. Maybe something I would like to recommend to the Oyster team is to ensure that the notes saved in every new hire form are included as an attachment in the new hire's documentation. I mention this because I added some notes to the "comments" section, and when I was trying to find those notes in the new hire's profile, they were gone.

Oyster is helping us by hiring new team members in Europe since we don't have an established entity there yet. We have been able to expand our operations/business impact when having new talent in new territories.

Everything is very clear and organized. The team replies quickly and in a professional way.

The customer support they have provided me during the contract was really awesome and at any cost we sould get the right information at the right time.

I am not able to think anything as such at the moment honestly and this is not becasue I am trying to uplift them saying no negative things. Honestly, i dont have any dislike about their work.

Oyser is able to provide a very good platform where it brings all the employee information and related things in one place which obviously helped to look details quick and made reliable

The most helpful side of Oyster is that my company doesn't have an office in my home country, but Oyster makes it work like it does. Verey smooth processes, organized and on time.

Oyster makes it possible to hire people outside my country and still secure the same working conditions in terms of salary, benefits, pension, health insurance etc. Employees seem to appreciate this kind of relationship very much as the process makes things much more simpler for them and they are not freelancers or consultants, they are treated as full-time employees with full benefits.

The ease of which everything is there and self explanatory. Team are also extremely helpful with assistance and speed of response is great.

Assisting with paying an employee in another country where we do not wish to open up a business yet. We may in the future, but this is not viable at the current time.

Pretty great thing about Oyster is ease of finding all the documents at one place. But 1 feature which stood apart was an option to request letters needed for generic processes like applying for a credit card or for visa application. I find the tool very easy to use and simple to understand.

That the payslips are not put in a separate section or if they were I was unable to find that. The tool is amazing it's just I feel that it can be better at organising sections.

Oyster is solving the problem to hire people in different countries. Through Oyster we were able to hire throughout the globe which helped a lot. It has helped financially and technically as well.

I appreciate their services and prompt responsiveness when addressing inquiries. The individuals involved have displayed exceptional kindness and helpfulness.

On certain occasions, a more extensive period of time might be required to obtain assistance concerning the legislation of the Country.

Having the ability to work legally was very important & Oyster's local partner Interloop was also well represented. The user interface worked well which helped with organization.

The monthly fee is a bit pricey. If the price was a little more competitive, it would be less of a drain on company funds.
