Its simplicity and the fact that most of the things are automated. I find that I had in the platform everything that I needed and no more, and it was very intuitive to work with. On the operational side everytjing went smooth - like contracts, payments, support request. I also appreciate the positive attitude of the staff and embedded in the concept - that made the platform more trustful.
At times they answered a bit slower to our request but I must say I did not face any big issues with that. No harm done.
I was compensated for work done in my country, for a company that did not have local presence.
Oysters' communication is direct, professional, and consistent, They always help when they are problems. I would recommend Oyster for anyone working remotely for a company.
There are not many dislikes I have about Oyster, since everything usually works very smoothly. Sometimes the waiting times can be long due to high demand. Overall all is good!
It's helping me to work for a company that is not based in the same country that I live in. It allows me to broaden my work opportunities by not being tied to jobs in my area.

Ease of use, both from a system perspective and user perspective. Using it from an employer perspective has been simple and easy to use meaning I have less concerns.
I don't have any significant concerns. They are moving heavily to Self Servce which works when the team are engage however if you are hiring across the business and therefore have a large manager population who only interact with the system every few weeks, the central admin tends to be the 'go-to' which can be frustrating.
It ensures we do not need to set up entities locally which reduces admin and cost burdens. It also opens up the georgraphies we can hire in relatively easily.
As an employee hired via Oyster it's easy and straightforward to use. If I had any issues, customer support was quick and knowledgeable to respond. Had no issues with the platform either, like the minimalistic design.
It was not fully integrated with our company's HR system, so I had to double-request and record all time-off. That's the only thing I didn't like as it's double the work.
Allowing me to be hired to a company that's based in a different country where I am. Which gives me as an employee to be more flexible and have a bigger pool of jobs.
Oyster is probably the best platform to hire talent from everywhere across the globe. Their customer support is outstanding, and the platform is super user-friendly. I would recommend Oyster for anyone wanting to expand their search for talent to the entire world!
Oyster is not one of the cheapest Remote Hiring platforms in the market, and if you're planning to hire just through Oyster, it can become utterly expensive. That being said, Oyster is still competitive and offers a much better service than other platforms.

This means that I can have a wider range of opportunities to choose from. Automated hiring process. Oyster's platform automates many of the tasks involved in hiring, such as creating employment contracts and onboarding employees. This can save me a lot of time and hassle. Expertise in Indian labor laws. Oyster has a team of experts who are familiar with Indian labor laws. This means that I can be confident that my rights are protected when I work with a company that uses Oyster. Overall, I think Oyster People Services is a great option for Indian talents who are looking for jobs globally. It's a fast, easy, and compliant way to find the right job for you.
As an Indian talent, I have a few dislikes about Oyster People Services: The platform does not support all of the Indian labor laws. This can make it difficult for talents to understand their rights and protections when working with a company that uses Oyster. One thing to mention is that Oyster doesn't allow NPS deduction yet in India, which is very important for employees' social security. The customer support team is not always available 24/7. Oyster's customer support team is available during business hours but may not be available if you have a question or issue outside of those hours. Getting a reply from customer support sometimes is delayed. Also, oyster should provide its talents(3rd party) company email id, ID card, and company contact number because these documents are required in India for many financial works.
Oyster helps me to get employed by a foreign employee while residing in my home country, and it takes care of my payroll, benefits and labor laws. Oyster improve previous arrangements by my employer by simplifying the process and automating it.
Oysters provide a fantastic platform that allows for (nearly) everything to be handled without having to contact a member of the support team. They have constantly developed the product over the last 12 months and reviewed internal processes to speed up things like payroll, accessing documents etc to improve on the user experience whilst still giving great customer service when you need a friendly member of the team to support with a query.
Sometimes, understanding payroll can be tricky, especially where reconciliation is required, but Oyster are dealing with improving this process to reduce the workload on the users side.
Oyster allows us to seamlessly hire employees in different countries, taking responsibility for the onboarding and offboarding of employees allowing us to focus on business. This is a big positive for us as we aren't experts in local law in other countries.
Oyster does a great job of keeping the end user in mind and ensuring that the admins have everything they need. I also love that the platform comes with the cost tool to help understand every detail that comes with hiring in a new country.
A better notification system would go a long way along with a better dashboard that gives a quick overview of each contractor/employee and any actions that need to be taken with them.
We are able to hire in many different countries without having to worry about any compliance issues.
It's easy to use, pretty straight forward to get things done and very user friendly.
Preset reports not always provide much details and you don't have the ability to customize your own reports, which some times causes to take more time to do a task.
We can now get to more workforce in coutries that we couldn't get in the past.
