I love the reports I can pull. It allows me to monitor the staff time as well as assists in federal and state reports I have to pull

It logs me out too quickly and some reports aren't detailed enough

I am making my payroll so much easier, Paychex creates reports that make life easier when having to submit them to the government

I like that it is super easy to use. I like entering the information online.

Sometimes it's hard to connect with my rep. When I used to call in the info, it was hard to reach my designated rep. But online works great.

Entering the info online gives me the opportunity to do it on my own schedule.

Ease of use after setup - a few of our divisions are seasonal, it will be easy to explain to the new people in charge.

Some errors are impossible to correct. Had to find a work around for one.

No hassle, and timely reminders. Reports are easily accessible and spot on.

Paychex is easy to use and they provide great customer support. Using Paychex is a convenient way to track employees payroll related information. It's very helpful to have a resource to come alongside us and support our needs.

There are time when Paychex Flex doesn't integrate with Time & Attendance, so some information needs to be input into Time & Attendance. It would be nice if it was all integrated into one cohesive system instead of separate modules.

Accountability for hourly employees using the time clock to clock in and out has been benefical. It has saved time since hours are calcuated electronically instead of relying on staff to submit hours properly using paper.

As I said below, ease of creating additional reports. I do like the notifications and opportunities to review additional links.

I haven't taken a lot of time to find any dislikes

No problems, just the ease of gathering information and making additional reports as needed.

It's extremely user friendly and saves time in filing documents and forms.

I think it would be beneficial to have access a to calendar of each attorneys scheduled Prehearings, Status Conferences, TSCs, Hearings, etc.

I would not say there are any problem solving features, but the program is useful for filing appeals and accessing filed documents.

Paychex Flex lets you manage payroll easily. I used to fax or email the changes I needed to our representative; now, I can do it all myself anytime I need to without waiting - update deductions, direct deposit, salaries.

I haven't had an issue yet with Paychex Flex.

Time management has been the most significant benefit of using Paychex Flex.

We have been with Paychex for many years and have been happy with the level of service since the beginning. The customer service is great and we especially appreciate the relationship with our HR generalist.

We understand that Paychex has many clients they need to service and split their time between; however, sometimes when we request help, we will have to reach out a second time before receiving assistance. Again, understanding there are many things that demand attention from many clients. We would just ask that some communication that our issue is being worked on or communication on when someone could get back to us would be great.

Currently we do not need anything from Paychex. We do appreciate when we not only receive help on solving an issue but, when available, are told about a product or service that could help us with the issue long term.

Paychex Flex is easy to navigate, and has everything we need at a glance.

There were several service disruptions when the system was down, so I could not make changes with ease at those times.

Having electronic access to documents and paystubs for employees, as well as trainings helped streamline our time

Avoid printing checks in the office; I like the benefit that employees can get copies of paystubs or W2 from the Paychex website. I love the other benefits, such as FinFit and Working Advantage.

It's a very easy system to use for small businesses; most weeks payroll is opening up the system, clicking a few buttons, and you're done. There are tons of reports; a little challenging to find the ones you want sometimes, but everything is always there. Even better, customer support is easy to get to, responsive,a nd super helpful.

The ease of use of the Paychex Flex program is the best part of it. Plus, I can allow employees to access their records when they need to do so.

Sending my payroll in on the 1st and 15th has worked out great for our small company (a church). I'd recommend this system to anyone.

I love seeing my hours, pay stubs, requesting time off, and changing things very quickly. It is so easy to check my hours, clock in and out, check my pay stubs or just about anything. You cannot be familiar with technology and this will be easy for you to find what you need.

Having a manager have to go fix your hours if you screw up can be kind of a pain in the butt. That is the only thing I have an issue with.

PTO, Time off requests, pay stubs, easily switch direct deposit and so much more. Instead of having to run around to different people, you can do it all in one place!

They excel in all areas: Responsive customer support, easy to use on-line portal, good value for what you get, and they are very proactive in reacting to emerging payroll related issues, etc.

Biggest single benefit to me, as the person who deals with company finances, is how they take care of all the tax requirements and I never have to worry about if I made a mistake or forget to send in something by various governmental deadlines.

As a small business owner, I have many responsibilities and Paychex Flex allows me to enter weekly payroll quickly and easily.

When I needed to add a garnishment and associated fees to the system, I was not able to complete the setup on my own, but had to call to get it set up. It would be nice to be able to facilitate adding these fields on my own.

I no longer have to spend time calculating, reporting and paying payroll related requirements so I have realized the benefit of better time management and productivity.

Paychex Flex makes running my payroll and staying on top of changes and updates easy.

We use an entry system that requires us to allot time to clients. It is not easy to add those clients to Paychex. It takes a long time.

We were using a CPA service to run payroll before Paychex. I am saving time and have to spend less time on entering Payroll and calculating it.

There are so many things I like about Paychex. I facilitated the change to Paychex with my company last year. The great experience started with our sales rep, and continued through implementation. Everyone was extremely patient and supportive as I was learning the system. I have been assigned my own payroll specialist that is there for me when I need additional help. Our company has purchased additional companies that I have been moving to Paychex. The system is easy to use, and I really like the app features. I have employees that work in different locations daily, and the app clock in feature makes it easy for them to punch in and out on the go.

When the system updates, some of my employees can't clock out. It seems to happen every few weeks. It only happens to my employees that work late in the evenings.

I recently found out that an employee was living and working in a different state than what I was originally told. The Paychex team has been great about helping me get set up with the right accounts for that state, and amending our past filings that are now incorrect.

Their customer service is outstanding. Response time is excellent and their continuity of care is better than what we were receiving with a local payroll specialist. The online platform is easy to understand and learn. If you have any questions they are very patient and willing to take the time to explain. It has been a very cost efficient change for our company.

There has been nothing that has stood out as a dislike over the past year that we've been using Paychex.

It has helped our company take control over our payroll. It allows us the ability to make changes, see costs in real time, and understand the entire process.

Paychex Flex is easy to use, and the support offered is great. The FAQ provides many of the needed answers when you have a question. The customer service representatives are always helpful and quick to respond with communications.

Using Paychex is easy. A convenient way to get reports when you need them and how you need them.

When I run combined reports after each payroll I would prefer the copies of the individual paystubs be at the end instead in the midst of the different reports.

Not really having any problems at this time. It is easy to change benefits when a person chooses, for example, additional insurance. I can enter payroll on my phone when I go on vacation. Payroll takes less time than it did before.
