There are very good graphs and statistics for the selection process
Sometimes in the past there was a problem with the calendar but now it is much better

Recruitee has a big list of really useful integrations covering the recruitment marketing and promotional side of things; however, I would love it if it was already integrated with our digital workplace and chat functionalities. One of the best promotional strategies for getting candidates is internal automated promotion such as Happeo Channels integaration.
We needed a career page as part of our website and our rapid growth plan. Recruitee gave us great support in the initial set up.
As someone who manages a creative agency, good design really stands out. Recruitee's user interface is very intuitive so it didn't take me or any coworkers long to figure it out. Which is really nice considering some people only use Recruitee a couple of times a year to help hire.
It isn't cheap. It definitely saves us a lot of time; but since we're a small agency we're not hiring every month. I wish there was a way to put our plan in "hibernation" so that we could retain all of the data about past applicants but not actively advertise openings and use the applicant tracking system.
Recruitee helps manage the entire process of hiring: from post the job description to sending the offer letter. Organizing tons of job applications. Scheduling interviews with applicants. Circulating resumes, cover letters, and interview notes. Keeping up with applicants we didn't hire but might be interested in hiring in the future.

It is a single place for managing end-to-end recruitment process. It allows to easily create multiple job description. Switching them on and off is very nice feature. Integration with many external job services for publishing job offers and collecting candidates CV. Other cool features: - Workflow for recruitment process - processing and reviewing new candidates - internal notes and approval process performed by HR team - customizable landing page
Application (tool) might be a little bit complicated at first sight for person who performed previous recruitment in more old-fashion way. Difference between Job (candidates) and Talent Pools is hard to understand for some users. It would be nice if application (tool) sent some reminders in case if there is no action taken (either from us as a company or candidate). For example, someone from HR team forgot to response to candidate email - system should send a friendly reminder to user assigned o candidate and administrator.
Recuitee allows us to keep whole process well organized. Thanks to keeping every thing in one place it's easy to catch up with recruitment status for every candidate. Before we started using Recruitee, we depended only on email communication with candidate. It was hard for other team members to join the process of recruitment. Current status was kept in online spreadsheet - which also caused issues when dealing with candidate's status.

I like the drag and drop feature. It's also easy to go through profiles just by swiping left and right. I like that I can customize each recruitment the way I want. Comment section is very convenient to keep the feedback about the candidates, history of the recruitment process and share the feedback with the managers or other colleagues. Also, bulk actions makes work with many profiles much easier.
I receive the same emails in recruitee systems and in my personal email, not sure whether it's possible, but I'd would be perfect if I already read the email in my personal email it would show up as read in recruitee as well. Also, some of my emails sent through recruitee went to spam and people didn't receive them. I would also like to have more automated functions, for example if person has a certain tag with a date - once the date comes, it's would be possible to pick some automated function what should happen with profile, for ex.: person should receive automated message. Moreover, I'd suggest to automate talent pools by automatically adding the profiles by the keywords. Also, I'd like to have an option to edit archived job without activating them.
I use it for Recruitment tracking - it's easy to keep all the info about the recruitment process, comments about candidates and next steps. We track our recruitment GDPR compliance there as well. We also use it to upload and keep candidates homework.
Recruitee provides a fully customizable recruitment funnel that allows you to for each vacancy to keep an overview of all candidates in various stages of the process. Quick ratings and personal comments per candidate are easily shared with relevant team members so as to move quickly. Since the introduction of recruitee, our recuitment process is faster, and better.
Honestly, that's hard to say. I can only think of some minor improvements, but these may very well be related to the fact that we started with the launch edition. There is quite a gap between the monthly fee for the launch edition and the scale edition. Recruitee might at some point consider an intermediate offer between Launch and Scale to provide SME's with more freedom of choice. We did a thorough analysis of the recruitment tools out there, including Recruitee so we knew what to expect. In addition we did a 10 day or so test of the platform. Even if the test gave us the functionality of the Scale subscription, and not of the Launch subscription, there were few surprises once we started with the platform for real.
Recruiting using one central recruitment email address is fine with a very limited number of vacancies, but in a growing company, with multiple vacancies keeping things organised started to become tiresome, almost unworkable. We were losing a lot of time placing candidates in subfolders by vacancy, promising/not promising, contacted/not contacted, and in the end we were starting to lose good candidates in the process. Recruitee solved this problem completely.
I absolutely appreciate how simple and smooth Recruitee is to use. It makes the recruitment process efficient and easy to manage.
It would be very helpful if there was some type of calendar or dashboard where I can add and register "to do's" for certain dates. Would also be amazing if video interviews would be available as an add on.
To be able to rely on the Recruitee timeline and not have to memorise too many details about candidates, there stages and what was last communicated. Everything is on recruitee.

The key benefits of using Recruitee for us is how organized your selection process is with the customizable workflow, including automatic actions to save you time on repetitive tasks. Another great benefit are all the templates and forms available to create adapted directly to your needs, such as email templates, questionnaires for candidates and evaluation forms for yourself and hiring managers.
There isn't much to mention on the dislikes end of things. Things are constantly being update and improved and the customer support is great if you have doubts about a function.
We have created a more streamlined selection process, improving on our time to hire and also making sure no candidate is left without an update on their application, regardless of the stage they are in.
Recruitee is very user friendly. I really like how I can customize the software to accommodate my needs.
I would like the opportunity to post more jobs internally without having to upgrade my monthly subscription.
I really like the job posting capabilities, I have been able to integrate the career page to my company website. The is a great benefit that I did not previously utilize.
The ease of functionality and accessibility of the platform when comparing candidates to highlight their suitability for the job in question. Getting regular notifications on new candidates is useful and helped make the process of recruitment smoother and allowed myself to be able to evaluate on the go, something which is useful when already working through a busy schedule.
As with most recruitment platforms, there are always a number of less qualified individuals put forward for assessment, however at least with the feedback options you can mark candidates based on their suitability for the role, so it is a relatively minor problem I would say in comparison to some issues I have found with other recruitment platforms. I expect with more research there is perhaps ways to further filter the incoming candidates to make sure the promising individuals are highlighted.
Recruitee has helped me find the correct candidate in the past to take over a relatively specific workload where someone with the correct skillset has been needed. This has resulted in being able to narrow down the list of potential candidates for the role more quickly than we have previously been able to. As a result we have benefitted from more time in which to interview each candidate as often our recruitment needs can be time-sensitive and we have to move quickly to secure a suitable replacement.
Recruitee is easy to start with, so you don't lose valuable time in setting things up. Once you get to know the system a little better there are good customization options that help you ensure the perfect fit for your recruitment process. For us as a small company the company page is a huge bonus, because it saves us the trouble of building and maintaining an actual website.
The automated uploading of candidate profiles from LinkedIn could be improved. The system often generates the wrong candidate name.
We save a lot of time compared to the previous ATS, which has simply made us more productive and thus profitable. Through the customized process flow we are able to make sure we never forget to follow up on an interested candidate in timely fashion, which helps with conversion.
Recruitee gives us the opportunity to give candidates that little bit of extra service! For example, it is possible to send special automatic reply mailings, set up handy funnels and more! With this you can ensure that you can always keep in touch with your candidates in a quick and easy way to keep them informed of their application! In addition, with Recruitee you have a clear overview of all candidates. You know exactly who has just applied, who has been hired, etc. It is also possible to set this up yourself and this makes it even more fun to use! We have been using Recruitee for a long time now and with great pleasure!
For some (extra) functions you need a more expensive package from Recruitee. We would like to have the option to enable a notification if a candidate waits too long, but unfortunately we need a more expensive subscription for this. It would be better if every plan has the same options. This way you can be sure that if you subscribe to Recruitee you really have all the functions that Recruitee offers. We would like the function of getting notified if a candidate hasn't moved for too long, but we're not talking about taking a more expensive subscription for that reason alone. Other than that, there are no downsides to Recruitee! We have been using Recruitee for a long time now and with great pleasure!
Through Recruitee, we ensure that we can always keep in touch with our candidates quickly and easily! We no longer need to manually mail the candidates about their application, but as soon as we move the candidates in the funnel, a mailing will be sent automatically! This saves us a lot of time and is also a lot better for the candidate! You can also set up all mailings yourself, for example you can make it extra personal for the candidate! In addition, it is very nice to be able to see everything about a candidate at a glance in Recruitee, such as motivation, language skills, etc. With this information we also create profiles ourselves and because you can see everything so clearly via Recruitee, this is a lot easier!

The usability The features that allow organise better the candidates (workflow, send them emails at the same time, having the email templates, disqualify them or move them to another step within the process at the same time all, etc.).
I do not dislike anything. It would be a plus if there would be a synchronization with your calendar (google calendar) and could send available time slots to the candidates via Recruitee.
Smooth recruitment processes. Having all the recruitment processes and candidates in one tool. All the recruitment team has the same information and access so everyone is updated at the same time.
The tool is constantly being improved with amazing new features. Automated workflows are amazing and recently there's a way to get notified about "rotting" candidates. It helps us collaborate easily with the whole tech and HR team as well as with our clients. The visibility options of both notes and profile fields are amazing. Most importantly it has a great API that we use extensively.
It could be improved for agencies: ex. creating candidate shares has room for improvement and it should be possible to delete comments left by guests. Also, the application form isn't very nice – we use Typeform to improve candidate experience, but then we can't allow applying through LinkedIn.
We've unified communication with candidates, allowed better collaboration between HR and tech team, and we have a single source of truth for all our talent acquisition efforts.
I like how user friendly it is, from having a kanban board to one-click reports. I also highlight the integration with an email that allows us all to have access and respond ina. a timely manner to all our applicants. I really have enjoyed the customer support received when we had small issues. It also allows for reminders, evaluations, and others that I have not yet explored but look promising. I think any business will be able to adapt this tool to their needs. I like that we can schedule emails for specific times and dates. I like how customizable application forms can be done.
I wish it was more dynamic and allow us to fully edit pages and job posts from using HTML and such from the tool itself. It feels very limited but I guess that is what makes it user friendly. I think the comment sections in the candidate's profile can be structured in a better way. we've had issues with our teams adapting to it. Some candidates have issues uploading applications but they usually are able to work around it using a different browser, maybe the team can look into it. I don't really have anything else to mention here.
Easy and transparent recruitment for the entire business. we are able to have visibility inn real time and it allows for quick and smooth communications around recruitment.

We need to have a reliable ATS to attract, manage and monitor all our candidates for various customers considering GDPR. Also we need an easy to maintain career site that presents our open positions most appealing. Recruitee offers all of that.
