rippling is an amazing streamline place to come for everything! clocking in, PTO, and emails about pay day are all amazing.
i genuinely cannot think of anything that i dislike.
instead of going through multiple places for time, pto, stubs, insurance, it is all on one site!
The ease of use. It is very intuitive. Easy to build reports, hire employees, and upload documents. I know our finance team loves how easy it is to do payroll in too!
I don't have a downside of rippling. It is the easiest HRIS system i have used to date!
The reporting! They are always coming up with new reports and insights
I like that provides notifications when items certain tasks are getting complete and also informs you when items are reaching their deadline.
So far no complaints. Everything has been working well and no issues have arrised.
Rippling assists with keeping track of employees and tasks they have completed and lets me know what needs to be completed.
I like how it is very modern compared to what was used before

User interface is great. Everything is categorized correctly. A great resource for any organization.
The healthcare part was a little confusing at first for me but figured it out.
It gives employees HR resources with ease.
Rippling is an easy way for me to manage my benefits with my company. Whether it's from my computer or smart-phone, I can quickly check paystubs, update vaca time, or download a form. I love utilizing it on my mobile device especially.
Only down side is my extra verification step I have to go thru every time to login - I wish it remembered my device so I didn't have to do that.
Rippling makes it easy for me to manage my employee preferences, put in time off, get alerts when pay day happens, and download previous or current or YTD pay stubs.
I like rippling because everything is organized and it is easy to navigate
The only downside I can say is that it requires an authenticator code which gets annoying but its good because it offers more security.
Rippling solves the problem of having to look for my benefits and paystubs, with rippling everything is located in one area and there’s not external links I need to search that information.
My task list and essentially providing me with a to-do list of the things I need to do.
This could be more specific to my company, but I would like more clarity on 401k access.
I am able to store my employment related action items in one place
