Rippling is truly the all-in-one HRIS that we all needed. I've used it in both of my venture-backed startups and have had very few, if any, problems. It's fantastic.
Sometimes the app connector can be confusing, and we did struggle in our early days with hardware management.
Rippling allows us to manage hiring/offboarding, payroll, benefits, training, LMS, and more all in one.
It is very to use, I use it almost every day.
I really don't have anything that i dislike about it.
I use it for the onboarding process which is easy to use.
Rippling is easy to navigate through and the support team is great with helping with any issues that I incur.
Somethings you can't change if you submit. Wish I could delete certain actions

It's actually fun to use and i love that I can access it via my phone as well, the mobile/app experience is great.
I can't think of anything I don't like, honestly.
Rippling just makes it super easy for me to check my benefits, payroll, time off, etc. I can do it from my PC or from my phone and it takes all of the guess work out of it - very intuative and fun to use.

It's very easy to use and navigate. It was a very low learning curve to figure out where the information from what app was where.
I was a manager so having two accounting as an employee and an admin became confusing sometimes. Like when I needed something persnal it was actually on the admin profile and not the emplooyee profile, but it just took a bit of getting used to.
Having the HR system and benefits all on one page was great! Being able to track my personal HR matter and time off requests from my direct report all in one place was great.
The platform is extremely easy to use. I also love the little emails that tell me when it's a pay day - just adds a little extra joy. This is easily the best HR platform I have ever used
Nothing comes to mind, kind of annoying having to do an extra authentication but that's every platform nowadays
They solve our need for an HR software and make it super easy for all of our employees to recieve and update benefits
Mobile app is extremely simply & user friendly.
No major downsides that I've noticed yet in comparison to Gusto. I've preferred Rippling thus far & the experience has been relatively seamless.

It's a product that can replace multiple tools across HR and IT. And the platform is rapidly expanding, with new capabilities launched every quarter. Makes it easy to manage a workforce digitally.
Some of the tools are rough around the edges when they first launch (i.e. SSO), but they are continuously improving, and support is excellent when things don't work as expected.
