I haven't found anything about the platform that I do not like yet. I use it minimally, but all has worked.

They are making it easy to sign up for medical, dental, vision, and short-term and long-term insurance.

What I love about Rippling is that it helps keep all the benefits information for my employer in one simple easy to use dashboard. It was so easy to complete my benefits sign up process with helpful videos. I'm not an HR person so its always confusing to know if you are doing everything correctly and weigh your options. Using Rippling made this process much easier and less stressful.

I dont have any complaints. It really was very straight forward.

Benefits are generally confusing and at my past employers I had to log into many different websites to complete. With Rippling everything is organized in one place that is easy to access and use.

How reliable the interface is. Also the how simple it is to clock in and out.

The overall interface is easy to use. Even if I get assigned a new task, I'll figure out whatever I need to do in less than 10 minutes. Also, the support feature is amazing.

I wish I didn't have to pull a report or create a recipe to get the list of leadership or individual contributors in list form. Other than that, I don't have any that is a blocker for me.

I am brand new in the operations role, so the support feature, onboarding, Insurance and Benefits sections have really helped guide and shape my growth in my role.

The integrations for many of the platforms and apps we use has been life-changing. We particularly appreciate the device management and purchasing through CDW. Since becoming a remote-first organization, this has helped our transition a ton!

The reporting feature could use some work. To be honest, it's a little clunky. It will give you what you need if you work hard enough at it, but given that it is an HRIS system, it should be easier to export Payroll data.

Transitioning to a remote-first organization can be a challenge, and we've come to find that mostly, it's finding the right tools and ensuring they all speak to one another. Having a 'home base' for our quickly scaling org has been so helpful.

I like how modular Rippling is. You can add a lot to the platform to make it as you need. I also like how responsive it is between employee and employer!

The font can be a bit small! It is easy for me to read, but I would suggest taking the font up to a 10-12! Hard to read.

Problem: Lackluster employee interface with hiring tools. Rippling is sleek, smooth, fun, intuitive and a great addition for me!

The best part of rippling is that everything is right there. I can take time off, check my paystubs, look at my 401K, etc. I don't have to worry about multiple accounts and locations of my personal information because it's all right there. It is such an easy tool to use!

I have noticed that not all the apps are accessible on the mobile app that is on the desktop. I would like to be able to access the same documents from my phone as I would on the computer.

Rippling is solving the problem of the role of HR for our company. The app works as an employee that handles multiple tasks and jobs to help our business stay focused.

Interface is very friendly and it is very easy to navigate. I think Rippling did amazing job to make it a user friendly platform. Unlike other HR solution, it is just simple!

Customer Service People Rippling has been fantastic. I don' have more to say here, other than we are happy with the services. All has been easy. Thank you.

So far... all has been amazing. I am very happy with the customer service we have received. The pricing has been expensive, but overall, we are happy.

As an employee, I love how easy it is to do basic tasks: access my pay stubs, but in for time off, see the company holidays, etc.

After looking into API access, I think it's pretty crazy in 2022 that Rippling charges a significant uncharge to use their API.

NOTHING, EASIEST EMPLOYEE HR PORTAL USED SO FAR. IN THE PAST I HAVE USED ULTIPRO, KRONOS, AND WURK FOR MY JOBS AND RIPPLING IS THE BEST.

There aren't a lot of unnecessary steps or tasks. I appreciate the prompts to force you to review your info before final submission. Rippling is top tier compared to competitors.

I love everything about Rippling. No improvements needed or required, everything works perfect.

No issues or problems. I use Rippling to log in daily and, I never have an issue reviewing or updating my time. Yes I am more productive because it takes 2 quick seconds to log on and off as well to navigate.

Timecards are very easy to work and when you make a mistake you can fix it easily.

Sometimes, you don't know who to reach out for a specific reason I wish they had a list of phone numbers, extensions or email addresses, but other than that I find them great and always trying to better their system for us.

There is not much to dislike about Rippling, I love the system!

Rippling solves our need for an applicant tracking system and offers a clear dashboard regarding employee manuals, insurance offerings, and other benefits. Additionally, it solves our need for a time tracking feature.

Everything is in one place and easily accessible!

Rippling is easy to use and very simple to view paystubs or request time off. Electing insurance coverage is so simple whenever I need.

I like the dashboard the best, as it provides a clean interface to see all your SSO logins. It also has shortcuts to all of Rippling's "apps," which contain everything you need to use as an employee.

I can't think of anything I dislike so far. The interface is significantly more straightforward (i.e., designed well with no clutter) than any other HR apps I've used in the past. It could be called simple, but I've yet to notice any missing features.

It prevents unnecessary paper waste by fully digitizing the HR process. Compared to other HR software I've used, it's visually simpler and better organized while not missing any features, making it fast and enjoyable.

I love how user friendly and simple the platform is. I have never had any questions about processes or confusion on how to complete tasks in Rippling.

I have not come across anything that I do not like about the platform.

Rippling is the platform we are using for HR management at Spot AI. Makes all processes very easy and straightforward.
