The most helpful thing about rippling is how to know your balance of PTO and sick days.
The only downside is not knowing your health card information.
Helping me from going to ask HR or other departments simple questions.
The onboarding was much easier than I expected. The thought of switching payroll companies even for a small business seemed like it was going to be a hassle. I had to switch as a result of integrating in a 401k and I can honestly say that it was a very minimal effort to get everything switched over and now it is automated and easy.
I haven't found any downsides yet. Thank you.

I love that benefit Enrollement is easily accessible. Additionally the notifications that show you to do something at next login.
Not a fan of the TOTP required. I know it's an organizational decision but 2 factor text is fantastic 😂

Easy navigation and set up, felt confident making insurance decisions and love how the paycheck stubs and announcements come across. I really like the ease of use for onboarding and HR stuff like time off, org charts, etc.

I've not run into any downsides to date. I could see it being challenging to use for those that are more interested in a 1 on 1 person to person engagement.

The business problem Rippling solves is making all HR documentation and tools available and easy to find in one place.
As a standard (employee) user, Rippling makes it really easy for me to manage essential information I need to take advantage of my employment benefits. Their UI is simple but still includes enough detail, and I particularly like how Rippling handles access management for applications and tools. As an Admin, things are just as easy - I can assign the appropriate forms and applications to new employees easily, and tracking who has access to what is easy, too.
On occasion some of their UI features can be a little clunky, and once or twice I have received notification emails that seem to say I'm out of date on something that I've definitely done already (open enrollment time, woof).
Rippling makes it easy to manage employee access, benefits, tooling, and simple headcount information. I've also been impressed by their MDM offerings, which have been helpful in a space where MDM is often an afterthought (tech startups).

Single-Sign On section is overwhelming. I dont have access to all. Almots everything I need is located in Personal Apps.

The fantastic and easy to navigate UI makes it super easy to figure out where things are. It is an amazing program! I love that it sends reminders as well to help me remember when things are due.
Personally there isn't much to dislike about Rippling. I think that it does everything fantastic. If I were to be super picky about things, I would say to encourage companies to upload documents for easy access.
It's helping solve my introduction to everything so far. I'm very new to handling benefits and insurances and expense reporting. It makes it super easy to do all of the above and that saves me time.

The people that helped me out through the whole process, I never felt alone in the process and they kindly explained everything to me.
The transition. Again, not that it was Rippling's fault or anything but the process of transitioning from another provider is a bit of a hassle. I would have liked to start with rippling to avoid all the pain. Fortunately, their team helped me out every step of the way.
Payroll, onboarding, documentation, and in the future software access and equipment. It is benefiting me and the company by saving us time and keeping it organized by having everything in one place.

Rippling is most helpful with tracking time and attendance. The ease of this time-keeping platform is very user-friendly! With the ability to track time and attendance, I am also able to view my employee benefits and requests off.
There is not much that I dislike about Rippling. One issue I have is the daily redundant verification steps when logging in from the same device. The same device should be recognized to avoid this issue.
Rippling is solving the issue of multiple platforms for logging time off and attendance along with employee benefits. I can view all of these features within the same platform.
