Rippling is intuitive. I just created my first report, and I did not have to watch any videos or read any how-to articles. With the basic knowledge I have of putting a report together was enough to navigate Rippling's reporting. Also, signing up for benefits, as an employee, through Rippling was a breeze and very fast. I liked how it displayed the monthly amounts of the insurance premiums.

As someone completely new to Rippling, there are a lot of cool features to learn. But since I don't use it everyday, I might not get to learn all that it is capable of doing.

The expense management tool was the easiest I have ever used it as an employee. I will be launching the LMS in 2024 and am excited to learn all that Rippling can do. Rippling pay slips are also easy to read and understand. I love the email notifications that I got paid!

Recently we signed up to launch Rippling as our HRMS tool for US region. Anc manage EOR and FTE employees from same login. - Expense Management and Integrations : Global Employee reimbursements are hassle free.They cover majority of 3rd party apps for integration(All apps can be managed from one tool) - Customised Reports and Analytics : I'm amazed to see few field that reports contains usually we use excel formalue to identify these fields, rippling reports got you covered. Much more..., Hassle free onbording and user friendly (Self navigatable) tool. Simply new Gen HR Tech tool, every HR would love it!

New Gen HR Tech Product - Has solution for all HR Problems under single unbrella. Automation of HR processes, ease of managing all apps under single SSO. Things Rippling solved for me Global Onboarding and Compliance Global Payroll Benefits Administration and Expense Management. Tracking employee onboarding, offboarding, Payroll and attendence and LMS management is hassle free and data can be fetched at any point with a signle click. Reports with detailed custom fields reduces efforts using excel formulae to merge data from multiple reports. Over all great GLOBAL TOOL.

I love how easy it is to navigate benefits and payroll. It made our open enrollment selection for insurance a breeze to compare plans and make an informed decision. I also really enjoy all the fun pictures on the site too :) The app on my phone is also easy to use and check every day if need be.

Nothing noteworthy for improvements. Maybe something easier to view other co workers PTO outside of a being a manager.

I've never used a easier service for approving and viewing employees time cards and PTO. I really struggled juggling those with other competitors

The best aspect is how Rippling allocates a wide array of features in one single integrated repository from spend management, HR Analytics, Expense management to time tracking.

Need I say something really, Rippling accomplishes all my HR management needs.

Generally, Rippling is very easy to use. The layout is well designed, and for each activity, the flow complete is task is very straightforward.

The minimum of characters when filling out certain fields which is annoying when completing sentences because I reached the max charactor already

I normally dread the annual insurance enrollment because I find all the insurance information very confusing. Rippling has laid out each section clearly with out too much info overload. I was very happy to have elected my coverage in no time at all

The ease of integration and speed of implementation was fantastic and the annual open enrollment was a breese.

We have not experienced any significant issues yet.

Rippling has saved us the cost of at least 0.5 FTE so far. For a new business expecting to burn cash for two years, this is very helpful.

I really enjoy how accessable everything is and all the features it provides. Its an all in one app that I will continue to utilize.

Rippling is absolutely so easy to use! It has all the information in place. As someone who has used both the admin & employee sides of Rippling -- I absolutely love it. It has streamlined our HR process!

The app can be a bit glitchy sometimes. But honestly, other than that, I really don't have anything negative to say! It makes our lives so much easier!

Rippling has solved our attendance issues. It's so much easier to see exactly how much time someone has (personal vs sick vs vacation) time. And has been super helpful for insurance & payroll! It's so easy!

I like how much visibility I have into my personal information and how easy to access everything is! I use Rippling quite often to check my paystubs and time off requests

I like the user interface, it is easy to learn and visually pleasing. I also like the learning library and help center. My Implementation manager was VERY helpful and responsive and was there to answer all my user-error questions.

I am spoiled, and I like the idea of contracting for platforms and I have a team that sets things up for me. Rippling never made the promise that they would do that, but in retrospect, I'm not very tech-savvy so setting up apps and such was tedious for me. I'm sure that's just a me thing and everyone doesn't have that complaint

Rippling integrates more HR processes and systems so it has allowed us to streamline many of our workflows and processes

The site is very easy to navigate. Very simple to self teach. I am able to submit my hours worked quickly, as well as keep track of my schedules, my benefits and my paid and unpaid vacation time. I use it frequently throughout the day.

I do not dislike Rippling for anything that I can think of.

Rippling allows me options to correct mistakes in a proper amount of time in order to keep my manager doing what she does best, not aiding in corrections we should be able to complete ourselves.

Rippling itself is a very intuitive platform. You do not have to search around to find what you are looking for. The set up makes , finding documents and requesting time off a breeze!

I particularly like the cohesive and integrated solutions offered by Rippling.

Very little, with the exception of being able to import job rosters upon setup of Time and Attendance.

Our complex project and task reporting and accounting has been simplified significantly through use of Time and Attendance.

I find that Rippling is extremely easy to use for company specific tasks, provides reminders, onboarding, payroll, and most definitely for open enrollment selections. The break down of information is very understanble and the layout is easy on the eyes, meaning you are not searching for "gold" in an attempt to gather the information needed.

I honestly have not found anything unhelpful about Rippling.

Rippling is housing all of my employee documents, keeping up w/reminding me of my tasks, HR compliance, provides my payroll/paystubs, benefits enrollment information, & orgnizational chart.

It is a very user friendly system that that has almost no kinks. I've had issues with other payroll apps but not this one plus it has a cute feel on the reminders and payroll updates.

I have not found one thing that I dislike yet. My admin agrees.

The interface is clean and so user friendly. Support is always readily available and the products offered are complete for businesses.

I like everything about it. The colors aren't my favorite.

Time management for payroll has sped up

Managing employee time and PTO is made easy compared to other tools we've used in the past. Also tracking my benefits has been simple and easy. I've never needed to ask for customer support.

Sometimes it can be confusing switching between Employee and Admin but once you get use to it it's easy. Also, I find the Empolyee Home can be cumbersome.

It helps manage all of our employees, time, pto, and benefits.

I love the fact that Rippling has so many features. It makes it a great one-stop location for several pieces of software that are housed with different companies. I am excited that we can pay both our W2 employees and 1099 contractors all within the same platform. Our previous PEO started that way, and then, midway through our first year, they dropped the 1099 component.

It's a lot thrown at you all at once, and I'll be the first to admit, that they do a great job dripping the next steps. It just feels like a lot but that's because it is a lot.

We hire employees all over the United States. For a period of time, we managed this on our own and quickly discovered the need for a better solution so we turned to PEOs. It makes our lives a lot easier with managing nationwide benefits and tax filings.

I like it that everything is in one place. The support is incredible. I use it daily due to the number of features.

The only thing that I wish Rippling did was to offer a few more integrations!

It solves the program of global consistency.

Very organized and seamless with a ton of extra features and product support for any circumstance or business relationship I love how automated and intuitive the interface is. I'm so thankful I found this product because I can't imagine working without it now.

There's been a couple of bugs along the way but everything is quickly resolved when pointed out to the customer care support team. Since we're running a smaller and lean operation, sometimes the extra features and add-ons can be a tad overwhelming since theyre not applicable to our situation, but it just takes one click to get back on track.

Managing our employees and contractors and essentially automating our payroll functions to be as easy and painless as possible.

The look and feel is so clean and simple.

I can't book off multiple days for a vacation with specific custom work hours. I have to do it repeatedly, separately for each day I take off.

Everything to do with HR

Rippling is extremely smart as a system and very user friendly. My favorite features are definitely the live chat customer service and the Rippling help guides. If ever I have a question about something I'm unsure of whether is insurance or payroll related, Rippling makes it easy to get assistance.

I do not currently have any dislikes for Rippling. My experience has been wholely positive.

As a very small company, Rippling makes it easy for me to keep our ducks in a row. The integrations with Checkr and Carta make it really easy to insure that data is accurate accross all systems.

Rippling is what you would want in an HR Platform in 2023. Rich functionality, everything from automated onboarding with e-signatures, to automatic integration of apps such as Asana, Office 365, KnowBe4, Ramp, etc.

Their hardware management functionality appears to be limited to Apple equipment--we use Windows PCs. But that's a very minor nit--there is so much automation that saves time and effort.

We're an early-stage manufacturer, so Rippling's ability to automate processes saves us time and lets us minimize the need to add HR heads. Their HR Helpdesk functionality made it very quick and easy to generate a comprehensive employee handbook. And the Applicant Tracking System has made hiring new employees much easier than it would have been without it.

Rippling is amazing for our staff and company. Having the opportunity to check payroll, staffing information, and hierarchy is fantastic.

Sometimes the connection can be a bit slow, but other than that; everything is fantastic!
