I am not very computer savvy, but rippling was easy to use. I enrolled in medical insurance in 10 minutes. I was so worried it would be complicated, but it was very clear and painless!
Honestly nothing. I do think the computer version is better than the phone app but that's generally my preference accross services. Big screens are my friend for sure.
It eliminates the middle man in benefits and it makes finding payroll information just clicks away. It's so smooth and much easier than banking apps in my opinion.

I love how easy it is to use Rippling. Everything is spelled out for you, there are concise and clear directions. There's no confusion or guessing where to go or how to access what you need.
Nothing that I can say that I dislike, maybe the 2FA but I understand that's for security purposes.
Rippling makes requesting time off, accessing tax forms, pay stubs, and enrolling in benefits super efficiently and easily. It benefits me so that I don't have to spend a lot of time looking for these documents.

It's easy to use, and their help section is a great tool to support you. They have great customer service and respond quickly.
Honestly, not much I can say. They have been great from implementation to now and extremely helpful.
We're a Canadian company and didn't want to manage with state registrations as we were hiring all over the US. We were with ADP before and got no support from them. Even when our employees opened the tool for the first time they were amazed with the improvement and ease of using the tool.
Rippling is an intuitive and easy to use platform for everything from device management, vacation policy and benefits management.
Rippling on desktop is great, but I do believe its mobile app could use some work. I've found that some things available on desktop arent available on ios which can be frustrating.

Very clean, easy to understand and straight forward navigation panel that eloborates and guides user to the right place, either to enter time off, view benefits, compensation, selfappraisal or Org structure It doesn't get me lost in a maze and no need to waste time to call customer service

I love how easy to use the front-end user face is. Everything is clear to find and fast to load! The PTO section is the easiest I have used to date in the three companies I have been a part of. I love that it tells you the future days you will have before the date you want to take off.
I don't like that some of my tasks don't move out of queue to when I have uploaded my docs. I have brought it up to my rep, and it was resolved but still a little frustrating!
It is simply making a one-stop shop for our company to house our benefits, our time and any pay checks that are being processed. I am not who set it up but I am happy our team did!

There is nothing to dislike about Rippling.
The problems Rippling is solving is making it easier to clock in/out and having quick access to payroll. Having the quick access is beneficial as I can pull up the information when required for finance or other purposes.
I like that all the information related to my payroll and healh insurance is all in one platform
