Rippling's interface makes it simple to find anything you are looking for. All the features are easy to use and never give me any difficulties.

Sometimes when I'm using Rippling, I'll get logged out when I open links in new tabs.

When using Rippling, the first part I enjoy is all the Personal apps to get to different areas faster and very user-friendly. All of your work info is in one easy spot to navigate. Completing my benefits was easy to follow and navigate through the system.

One of the areas that I dislike about Rippling is I feel when you have to edit your time as you forgot to clock out or back in takes more time than it should and is not as easy of a process as it could be. Too many steps vs just being able to do it right where the time is.

Rippling makes it easy to change my tax withholdings/dependents. I also enjoy the pay history and how easy it is to locate paystubs for review in my personal apps section.!

I've used a lot of Benefits/Payroll sites over the years, and the one thing they had in common was they were non-intuitive and difficult to navigate. Not true of Rippling. It's easy to find what you need, information is presented clearly, and everything is right where you need it. The annual benefits enrollment process I just used has to be the best experience I've ever had.

I know that big text, big boxes, and lots of wide open space are in vogue right now in the website UI experience, but I prefer a tighter presentation when I'm on the desktop version of a website.

Rippling is helping my company deliver its employees a high-quality Benefits Administration and Payroll experience. This makes my life much easier because I don't need to spend extra time figuring out how to do something or ask HR for help.

I love the interface and how easy it is to find what you are looking for. Everything is laid out in a format that looks similar to you looking through your phone apps. The entire process is streamlined whether it is signing up for employer benefits, submitting time off requests, managing your work devices, checking your pay information. I needed a new laptop device from my current employer and that only took a few minutes to get that info submitted and the laptop arrived a few days later. Using Rippling is very intuitive.

My only real complaint might not even be a fault of Rippling, but sometimes I have experienced a disconnect between my 2FA app and Rippling and it took a few tries to finally get through. Other than that I don't have any complaints. It seems that the Rippling team is constantly updating the app/platform to constantly improve.

Rippling makes it so easy to find any information related to my employer. I am able to quickly find my benefits information, pay information, etc. It is easy to update personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, my payment/banking information, and even information the company may want like t-shirt size.

I like that everything I need is on one page. I can find my insurance, payroll, time off, and can even see all of my most view websites and login with the click of a button.

Sometimes when I'm logged in on the main page it doesn't know I am when I open a new tab. Not an issue at all, but I do have to login often it seems.

In previous companies I've worked I've had to navigate through a bunch of different systems to see all of the things rippling provides, so that is a massive plus in my book.

It's incredibly easy to administer and incredibly easy for employees to use. They. have a feature that allows prospective employees to see our specific benefits options, as well as their costs.

Switching vendors is never simple, but the integration team and the software itself make it as easy as possible.

I wish the navigation buttons weren't so far down on the page. There is a lot of white space as well.

Rippling made signing up for benefits simple and no-frills.

Once you have the data layer clean and learn the tools at your disposal, it's pretty incredible how much you can automate. It's also insane how many apps it connects to and the control you can have over them from Rippling. Would highly recommend and can't wait to see the benefits of this as we scale.

I'd say the pricing of some of their products seem a bit out of whack. Some of the products you feel like you're stealing and some you are left wondering why you have to pay on a PEPM plan for to get access.

Having Rippling as a single source of truth is life saving. The benefit this provides is numerous, especially with how rippling is set up - to allow you to use that source of truth to be really granular with what permissions and policies apply to who. We can set up rules for what department gets access to what and the only time we have to change these rules is when the underlying structure of our company changes. With some intelligent design however, you can set it and almost forget it as you hire, fire, and transition people.

The fluidity of the experience was overall great. Very helpful when I had questions regarding the different types of plans there are for medical, dental, and vision. I feel confident about my benefits and am very satisfied that it was informative.

I would like a better GUI for comparing different plans. Once I picked my two best options I would like there to be an interactive interface where I can better compare the different fields and perhaps color code them green for better and red for worse!

Rippling is an app that allows me to pick and choose my benefits and have better access to them via online/app. So at the tip of my fingers, I can be sure what exact benefits I have and how much I'm paying out of pocket. It's great for seeing what needs to be done on the HR and company policy side of things.

I like that it's easy to use and easy visibility as an admin.

I would like to be able to have a calendar function in Rippling for PTO/sick leave requests.

I most often find myself clicking into Rippling specifically to look at our Org Chart. Easy to search and find who I need. Also as the guy in the office who orders swag, I love being able to find everyone's shirt size!

I definitely prefer using Rippling on desktop as opposed to mobile. So I guess that would be my biggest dislike. On mobile it's harder to tell which menus or options you're looking at.

I work at a very quickly growing company that recently went public. As we bring in new department heads and people move around or get promoted, it's super helpful to see who reports to who.

I like how easy it is to view insurance information as well as view HR information, such as viewing the schedule for time off and having the ability to submit requests for time off directly on the site. I appreciate the ease of viewing the org chart. Overally I find it very user-friendly.

There are some pages on the site that are not used, such as Learning Management where there are no active courses. I am not sure how to best utilize features of Rippling such as this one.

Rippling is solving the problem of needing to glean important HR and insurance information from different sources, including from HR staff themselves. Rippling conveniently stores the relevant information in one place which makes the information that employees need highly accessible.

Lots of options and customization available for employers. Quick, responsive customer service for Employers and broker/parterns.

Everyone once in a while, it takes me a sec to find exactly what I'm looking for in the view I want, But I always find it eventually.

The ability for an Employer to move from PEO back to payroll only is a big deal. Most other PEOs have all sorts of barriers to this.

I enjoyed how clean and clear everything was. The descriptions were obvious and the user interface was also easy to navigate. Modern and updated and was such a fresh comparison to other tools I've used in the past.

The software was a little slow at first and the "submit" button could have been a different color as it was hard to tell if it was selected or not. They could make the UX a little more vibrant with some other colors.

The problems solved were comparing my current plan with the new one and also showing which was the most comparable. I also enjoyed the extended bullets, like saving $2.00 by switching to electronic statements.

The Employee facing aspects are a breeze

I wish the initial company onboarding was more white-glove. Our specialist kept referring us to the help articles vs. giving us the answer.I get "teaching to fish" > at the same time, I would appreciate more help and save time on my side.

We switched from Gusto, it is more spendy but the added features are worth it.

Super user-friendly and easy to use. I can easily find what a need in just a few clicks.

I have no dislikes or complaints with Rippling

One central location for all employee benefits and offerings, in addition to company structure and links to other external tools.

As I sit mostly in a metrics and data position, the Reports feature of Rippling has been incredibly helpful for getting my leadership team the information on our people that we need in real time.

There is very little about Rippling that I dislike, but sometimes the workflows are difficult to set up.

Rippling is the first service we've used since coming off PEO, so it has given our team agency and control over all processes.

Filling out health insurance documentation. It guides me through in a helpful way. I like how it looks compared to our previous software and I am happy to sign in and use it.

The overall format allows for easy navigation. I like the alert bar on the main page to direct me to important employer notices.

I like the responsiveness of the website, the intuitive UI, and how relevant information is given so we can make decisions on hard decisions, e.g. life insurance, and health insurance. The ability to make comparisons between different plans makes it easier for us to make hard decisions.

There's not much missing from the current service. Perhaps if we had some statistics on how different plans are being offered or more information on potential scenarios where plans would kick in, that would be great.

I'm onboarding as an employee, looking at starting at the company tomorrow. Everything has been a really good experience with Rippling because I'm able to get through the flow in a productive manner.

I like how I can see all my payroll info, company org chart, and insurance and benefits. It's easy to navigate and has a nice layout.

All the icons and sections are clearly labeled. I can easily navigate through the platform to find the information I am looking for. I mostly use the HSA, PTO, and Payroll functions the most.

It is a tad boring in the colors, but that is truly not an issue nor would it make me choose a different platform. I wish it connected with my 401k platform.

My company recently started using Rippling and what I like most is how well the application works on desktop and mobile. I've worked with other systems in the past that are often unusable on mobile, or the general interface isn't friendly, updated, etc. The email notifications are short and sweet and it's generally easy to find what you need, when you need it

All of the applications that we utilize are at the top of the screen and easy to click on and navigate through.
