Rippling's layout is intuitive and allows me to quickly find the information I need. Its attractive design has an elegant simplicity and user-friendliness that reminds me of an iPhone. The integrations with other apps and external sites such that you don't have to navigate away from Rippling to take care of various tasks work wonderfully. It's apparent that the Rippling team pays close attention to each step of the user experience when designing their software.

I've had a repeat experience with the app when viewing pay stubs in which the app would begin to load the pay stub pdf and then kick me back to the previous screen. After a few tries, I manage to view the pay stub, but it is a persistent problem that has been annoying.

Rippling aggregates my external accounts in one place, which benefits me because I don't have to spend time tracking down the website of my vision insurance provider or 401k provider, for example. It also saves me time and frustration because I can quickly and easily find what I need.

Very manageable connects with other applications, and easy to use.

The fantastic and easy to navigate UI makes it super easy to figure out where things are. It is an amazing program! I love that it sends reminders as well to help me remember when things are due.

Personally there isn't much to dislike about Rippling. I think that it does everything fantastic. If I were to be super picky about things, I would say to encourage companies to upload documents for easy access.

It's helping solve my introduction to everything so far. I'm very new to handling benefits and insurances and expense reporting. It makes it super easy to do all of the above and that saves me time.

Having your time sheets, vacation time, benefits, and company structure all in one place makes it so easy to use. Before Rippling, I had to send Xcel spreadsheets to my boss of my hours and how much I worked, as well as going through another platform to record vacation time, and using a health insurance website in order to track my yearly enrollment. This allows you to access your 401k and you enrollments all on the same hub without trying to remember a ton of different websites and emails and passwords.

I accidentally click clock in when Trying to record my hours. I never use the clock in method as I drive alot for work and cannot charge hours while I drive so I tend to accidentally click the clock in button and need to go back in and change my hours from 1 minute to my normal day hours, but not really a downside or dislike. Just user error on my end.

It's helping me solve trying to remember passwords and emails for my 401k and everything else.

This is the easiest, most intuitively well-designed app I've used for payroll and benefits.

At first, I didn't understand how to connect other apps, like Expensify, but I figured it out.

Great to have easy access to all payroll and benefits information in one place.

Employees and admins find it very easy to use Rippling. From onboarding to offboarding, it's a smooth system that everyone can easily navigate. Easy to access support on the admin side if I ever have questions.

FSA/HSA related challenges for employees who want to talk to someone over the phone. Everything has to go through the Rippling admins over email and that can be frustrating.

Onboarding, offboarding, payroll, compliance. There are a lot of built in workflow automation that can be set up to save time on emails. Their LMS makes it easy to stay compliant with anti-harassment training.

The interface has been super easy to use and helpful in finding what I need. The ability to easily go from payroll to 401k to clocking in has been great.

Ripping does an excellent job of making everything easy for employees. Onboarding, payroll, selecting benefits, learning details about benefits, getting help with insurance, PTO, sick leave - everything is easy to find, and it just works!

It would be nice if new hires could see more details about the insurance benefits available from their potential employer on Rippling before signing their offer and creating their Rippling account.

Rippling takes all the annoying HR paperwork and little things you need to do and wraps it up into a simple online interface that is easy for employees to navigate and use. The best thing about Rippling is how little I have to think about it - the stuff I need to get done is done, I know I will get a notification if there's anything else I need to do, and I can focus on my actual job.

I love the automation of everything. The Rippling dashboard is great, because it tells me when I need to do things.

So far, I don't have any dislikes. I am not an admin, so my interaction is from the POV of an employee, so it could be limited. I just completed open enrollment, and it was so easy. The steps were clear, and easy to complete.

Right now, I'm an employee, so I can't answer from the POV of an employer, but we use Rippling for OAuth with our numerous services, and it makes it a breeze. Also, managing hardware is nice, although, I don't directly benefit from that aspect, as I'm not managing the hardware, but I've heard praise from our CEO about it.

Rippling is world-class and is used by my team in the US. I absolutely love the professional and sleek interface. When I got onboarded on Rippling, I had very clear steps to do, documents to sign in order. My team also put automation via Rippling to get me access to tools as soon as I finish setup on Rippling. It has a great Time Off page too.

None. There is nothing that comes to mind. It is 10 times better than what I was used to at my previous companies so I can't think of anything that I don't like. From a company perspective, if you have set up too many automations and also if you're hiring like crazy, things might break.

Rippling is mainly saving tremendous amount of time by avoiding back and forth between HR and new hires. You have everything in the right order to fill, understand and submit.

Many times in the past my team and I have had platforms that are so difficult to navigate. Rippling makes it super easy for everyone which is great, especially when you have to access important documents or information.

From a manager's perspective, Rippling makes it so easy to manage PTO. From being able to easily accept a PTO request via email, to having the calendar view in app. Also, I just went through the benefit selection process and it was SO easy and I got an immediate confirmation email- so much easier than ADP!

None I can think of! I love Rippling. We will start using it for Payroll soon and I am excited for the switch because it can be painful doing anything with our current process.

As I said above, Rippling has solved PTO process and made it 100% quicker and efficient. The benefit election process was so easy and I appreciate that because picking benefits can be stressful as it is.

The people that helped me out through the whole process, I never felt alone in the process and they kindly explained everything to me.

The transition. Again, not that it was Rippling's fault or anything but the process of transitioning from another provider is a bit of a hassle. I would have liked to start with rippling to avoid all the pain. Fortunately, their team helped me out every step of the way.

Payroll, onboarding, documentation, and in the future software access and equipment. It is benefiting me and the company by saving us time and keeping it organized by having everything in one place.

I loved that the system generates a reminder of tasks the user has to do. Just so that the tasks get done and you don't forget.

The problem of HR Management and keeping employees in control of their information. This is the first time I have experienced this ease of use with any HR management platform.

If I can't figure out an answer to my question through the support help articles, I quickly get a response to my submitted case number via email. The reports functionality is a great resource!

Rippling is being used to process our payroll and file our payroll taxes which is great!

Rippling is most helpful with tracking time and attendance. The ease of this time-keeping platform is very user-friendly! With the ability to track time and attendance, I am also able to view my employee benefits and requests off.

There is not much that I dislike about Rippling. One issue I have is the daily redundant verification steps when logging in from the same device. The same device should be recognized to avoid this issue.

Rippling is solving the issue of multiple platforms for logging time off and attendance along with employee benefits. I can view all of these features within the same platform.
