Rippling makes everything related to reviewing and managing company benefits extremely easy. The user interface is straightforward and responsive and the action items are made clear.
It is hard to think of any way to improve Rippling, it is a great tool, and the user interface makes everything clear and easy. It might be nice if there was a way to pop up a dialog to ask a question, which would be routed directly to my HR team or admin, with context provided to them.
Rippling provides the company benefits and payroll settings in a simple user interface dashboard, and makes reviewing benefits and applying changes very easy and straightforward.
I love how easy it is to see the breakdowns of my pay when I look at my paystubs. It's super easy to understand the breakdown in the autogenerated pdfs compared to the competitors.
I wish that Rippling's paystubs was more accessible from the home screen/ like instead of being an app it was on the left sidebar.
Rippling seems to be solving the problem of unifying all HR and payroll for teh entire company rather than using different apps. At previous companies I used workday which was extremely confusing because you had to hop through different apps to view different parts of your benefits.
I like that it is more organized and easier to find certain tabs than the previous system we had for our company.
As of right now, I have not found anything that I can dislike about rippling

I love how my insurance info is one click away. Rippling makes it soo simple to request a day off check my tax forms or even update my I9 information rippling is way eaiser to use then ADP im not really a fan of ADP
Only thing I dislike about rippling is how the app is always updating everytime I log in theres always a small update other then that you guys are great i love rippling
The simple fact that I can request a day off and I dont have to tell my supervisor he gets a notifications and approves it before at my old job i had to talk to the manager and tell him i wanted a day off this makes a problem because theres no proof of us discussing my day off or him approving it.
HR and payroll all in one fast hiring and fast pay process.
There is no downsides, rippling is very easy to learn.
User friendly. Employee add on thier documents during hiring process we had a system that we had to upload everything so Rippling made it so much easier for us.
I love how easy it is to navigate. Finding HR-related things in the app is easy to do without much "getting used to." Rippling's automatic email reminders are very helpful as well and ensure that things do not fall through the cracks.
Overall, I do not have any concerns. So far, the process has been seemless.
HR document submission and completion, applicant tracking, creating and removing employee/contractor profiles. Ensuring that I am most productive as a manager.
Onboarding into a smaller company was incredibly easy, from payroll, insurance, and training, it was incredibly quick and simple to get everything done that I needed to as a new employee.
We use the Rippling PEO benefits selections, which actually really impressed me in terms of affordability and coverage, but the benefit selections include lots of high-margin adhoc insurance offerings that do not make sense for 95%+ of the population -- gave off a strong paycheck loan vibe.
As an employee, it is helping me manage my HR functions such as Payroll and Benefit Administration.
I love how user friendly the website is. It's so easy to use and navigate!

Rippling is making it easy to navigate our HR systems.
First off, the interface is great and easy to navigate. I love how easy it is to do a claim under the FSA tab. All you need to do is upload receipts. The process takes 2-3 days and the claim is substracted from your FSA account. As our company is growing, it's nice to be able to look up new employees. I handle expense reports and it makes it every easy for me to verify what department they are under. Under the Time Off tab, it's great to be able to see your vacation time, sick leave all in one page. When I click on the vacation tab, I also liked that they have projected vacation tab! This is great to plan future travels. Overall, what a great tool to have at our company.
None so far. I would suggest, when I look up an employee, instead of just showing his profile, maybe also show who their manager is if applicable and the rest of the department.
FSA claim reimbursements is a big plus. It is very fast and efficient. Another great thing is to see all our payroll information history. Time Off tab solves any questions regarding how much sick leave or vacation time you have.
I love rippling app. It is simple, yet so effecitive. When it comes to announcments, or to do list, it is easy to navigate through. For example choosing the benefits and all, it just with a couple of clicks allows you to continue. When it comes to time off, it gives you projections and all.
What is dislike about this is that it does not give you an opportunity to fix your timesheet until the end of the day. For example, if an employee messed up clock in and out, they must wait until the end of the shift at clock out to fix the issue that they have.
Rippling makes it easy for all of us to keep track of paystubs, to keep track of timecard, of benefits and all that it offers. Whatever you want to add on rippling, it helps the employees. It is not hard to navigate no matter how tech savy someone is.
