How specific the system is. I can search contacts though job titles, departments, key terms and more.

It's always a bummer when I find someone, click the "get info button" and there is no info. But I do appreciate that I don't get charged for that credit, when it does happen.

It often takes me hours to manually find email contacts, but with rocketreach, not only is my time cut way shorter, but it's a lot easier to find the right contacts.

The price is a little excessive, compared to when I first started using it a decade ago and it is not 100% accurate due to people changing jobs - but it is a good start

Are used to think that I couldn't effectively recruit without LinkedIn Recruiter. That is until I came across Rocketreach. It offers methods of direct outreach that LinkedIn Recruiter could only dream of, and it's a perfect complement to that platform. I've been using the program for a couple years now, and the platform only gets better and better. I would recommend Rocketreach each to everyone!

There's nothing I dislike about Rocketreach except that sometimes the available phone numbers are out of service, but that's ordinarily not the case

I am working as an export sales, data is very important thing for my job, I tried a lot of other sites and services to get data, but never had any website or service like Rocketreach, honestly I got a lot of benefit from this website, I am using it everyday to either to find new data or to assure the data that I own, it has a lot of features and you can get emails and phone numbers which was vry helpful for me, also its integration with linkedin is awesome, final thing to talk about is customer service which is very quick to respond, polite, and helpful, my rate is 10/10 and I thing I will still use it for long time

actually nothing could be hated, but if we consider the price it might be better if they lower the price a little bit

I don't really need to convert a lead, once I enter my contact, it's a lead. Otherwise there isn't anything I don't love about RR.

RR is fast and most of the time very reliable. It's worth the $$ in my opinion. The amount of return I will see from the contact information I get from RR is why I subscribe and will always subscribe. Great and user friendly platform.

To sum it up, RocketReach is an essential tool for recruiters or anyone in sales, marketing, or business development. Identifying a specific candidate to be contacted is just the first step. Finding the accurate contact details for that candidate can be challenging. RocketReach provides accurate verified contact information including work phone, personal phone, and personal emails.

I have not found any insufficiencies. Cost is always a concern but RocketReach has reduced my overall expense.

All aspects including it's brilliant and super-proactive customer-support team. The manner in which they support all kinds of queries will be a lesson for all customer-support teams of all organizations around the world!

Nothing at all ..but probably there could be more choice of plans. For instance, currently there is a plan whereby I get access to 50 emails/ month ..and there's directly a plan that offers 125/month ... there's nothing in between whereas I actually need a plan that gives me 75/month .. So, just this one aspect ..but just to reiterate , otherwise, this platform is wonderful!

It's convenient being on LinkedIn and works well in crome and edge. I use it all day long and it's as close to perfect as possible. I've used other research engines and RocketReach has been much easier and more accurate.

It's much better than the competition, it could get better by expanding what it captures to export to salesforce. Maybe find a way to let the user have more control of the information captured.

We do mostly B2B marketing so email and contact information is critical. RocketReach helps me gather both in one place making me more productive.

It's really easy to find particular person within the company, using name or LinkedIn profile. It's a very helpful platform for making contact lists for marketing purposes.

Sometimes it takes quite a long time to wait for system respond. And also sometimes the system doesn't find specific person by name and surname, but when you put this person's LinkedIn profile, it finds this person with exactly the same name and surname you input before.

RocketReach helps building contact lists for specific regions/industry/job title. It also helps to find particular emails if you have list of exhibition attendees, but some emails are missing.

I work in sales so RocketReach is an invaluable research tool which allows me to target specific clients and gather information in order to reach out directly via direct email.

I would welcome more mobile phone numbers and direct dials but I realise that it's not always possible.

It allows me to target and contact my ideal client directly. Typically I'll use LinkedIn to reach out to my target list then use RocketReach to capture their email and direct dial.

RR allowed me to download a full month of leads - in advance. I had used up the number of leads that my subscription allowed. However, the search was yielding lead after lead and I didn't have to stop. That's a total win-win. Sure, nothing's for free and they have my credit card but who cares when it's getting the job done.

The left side panel is a real PITA. When setting up the search or ajusting the search terms, that side panel pops out because the curser would get close and activate it. And when that side panel appears, it blocks the search entry fields.

Access to qualified leads and background information on companies. I can write code for python modules but nothing I eventually get to work is specific and immediate like RR. Once I integrated the RR extention with Chrome, I have accessed RR by using the extention and gained additional insight on the company being researched.

I wonder how long the gap is between someone's contact information changing (i.e., they update their LinkedIn profile) and the new information appears in RocketReach.

Finding the email addresses of executives that I want to connect with. It seems faster and more reliable than comparable tools. It has improved my marketing results.

RocketTReach saved me so much time in building up and filling out my prospect lists. Within seconds it retrieved contact info for my LinkedIn prospects which was so slow and laborious before I discovered Rocket Reach.

While the app is a bit pricey for a solo practitioner it's kind of worth it for the time saved.

I had a partial list of ad agency owners for a prospecting list that I'm using as a consultant to help ad agency owners sell their business. I had all the contact info EXCEPT their emails. By using RR on LinkedIn I was able to gather all the emils for each prospect within seconds.

I like how you can search and target people me companies. Filters are great.

It's really easy to search and find the information that you are looking for, and third-party connectors make syncing information to our CRM fast and easy. Info is accurate. We love it!

While the third-party connector is great, we wish there were a native integration for Dynamics like there is for Salesforce, Hubspot, and Salesloft.

Really inexpensive for the type of data we need and services a wide range of industries.The integration with several CRM systems, including Hubspot and Salesforce, is really easy to set-up and syncs right away. The filters are very robust for both contacts and companies, and you can toggle to received either/or business and personal email addresses. It is far more affordable than the competition.

Support is pretty non-existent and really slow to respond, and also likely with a super unhelpful response "I couldn't replicate that issue" even if you have provided screenshots, videos of errors, etc. Any error that occurs on the platform won't have any details and support isn't open like super weird times (perhaps like Mondays and Wednesdays?). This is likely what makes the platform far less expensive.

We were using a competitor and found that over 30% of the data wasn't acccurate, so we trialed RocketReach, and found their accuracy to be like 97% which was amazing. They also have a much broader range of data and contact types to help us market to our very specific personas.

There are times when the leads or emails that RocketReach will give back is not in use or it is inactive so that can sometimes be a hassle. Hopefully they can constantly update their data.
