Their customer service is over the top great. I am supper grateful that they were so helpful when I moved over my podcast and even started a new one. I really love their service!@
nothing so far to be honest. Sure I could point out thing sI wish they had however, what they offer for now is enough. I really recommend them!
RSS is just easy to use and I like that.
Easy platform to use, very user friendly
There is nothing that I dislike about the RSS feed
No problems
The RSS platform allowed this first time podcaster to immediately be up and running with a good looking page and easy integrations to other platforms. The pricing is extremely competitive, bitcoin tipping is available and their customer service responded to my query within two minutes. Great platform.
My only request for improvement would be to allow cryptocurrency tipping to be forwarded to a podcasters existing wallet's but that is an extremely minor dislike. The fact the service is available at all is tremendous.
I needed a one stop shop for podcasting that was easily linked to other services and websites for a reasonable price. RSS solved this problem for a great price and their hosting has driven significant traffic to my website, h-industries.io
Using RSS.com has been very easy and user friendly, but my best experience has been with the customer support. I submitted a request regarding payment plans and received a prompt response that was exactly what I was looking for. In less than 24 hours, I had a solution to my issue and was ready to go. Very pleased with using RSS.com for my podcast platform and we'll continue using RSS in the future!
The only "downside" to using RSS.com would be the cost for the payment plans, but I think they're very competitive prices so I don't mind paying to support my company's podcast.
RSS.com provides an easy and affordable solution to hosting a podcast. We were looking for a good host site for a while and RSS has checked off all of our boxes. It's easy and doesn't require extensive time to upload episodes or view our analytics.
First of all, it's so easy to download podcasts, on the site, there are instructions, and it is beneficial. The team will give you feedback on your request so quickly, I so appreciate it!
Maybe it will better when I can see statistics in my account and other marketing features. Or can be that I still didn't discover it from myself actually)
I have a request concerning the change of my pricing plan. I left my messages for the support team, and in couple of hours, they managed evrything. I am so happy to be with RSS.com
The most helpful thing is the user interface with guidance for new users. I love the prompt response from the customer support team. Another thing I like is the pricing for the NGO/Education plan, being less than half that of RSS's competitors, and with more benefits -and services than their competitors.
There's basically nothing bad I can say about the service, other than on the mobile version of the site, some of the elements overlap each other, making it hard to read things or click buttons/links sometimes.
I've been looking for a cheap and helpful podcasting host since I left my old one, and this one has so many more benefits, including automatic distribution to some platforms, which is quite useful if you don't have the time going site-to-site manually filling out information.
The quick answers and how the team was very friendly in communications
Nothing, I felt that the communication between myself and the customer service team was very easy
I wanted to use the student pricing but had registered with my personal email address already, but they were able to still provide me with the student pricing!
That they are fast to reply back and are really good at answering the questions that I need. This is the first time I'm using this website for a podcast and everything is going smoothly!
There is nothing that I dislike about this company if anything it would be cool if they had a chat option for a live chat representative
They were able to get me the student discount that I needed! The staff was so sweet to me and was able to help fix my problem within the same hour I am very grateful for their help and I can’t wait to use this company for all its good potential!
The email response was very prompt and they solved the query I had completely without any issues. Friendly and informative responses were given.
No ability to contact via phone, which would have been helpful to first address that our problem could be solved.
Excellent platform for hosting podcast, friendly customer service, benefitting us and our clients as a business.
The customer service is excellent, and the usability and ease of the service is outstanding. It was so simple and effective on putting my podcast online, I really appreciated the support team too!
Nothing so far, only thing really is only being able to upload one episode of a podcast for free, but I understand that it is ultimately a business and the low price makes this worth it either way
Putting my podcast out there on different streaming platforms, it was difficult at first but going through RSS.com made it super easy and simple, and we've had more views in the last couple hours than anywhere else so far
It is a very easy platform. it allows you to upload instantly to several platforms. it is super user-friendly, and you don´t need a ton of technical knowledge to be able to understand all of the different insights. That is also one of the best parts of the platform: the insight it gives you on listeners, listener platforms, all the numbers of each of your episodes, and the ability to instantly see extremely important numbers and info, such as countries and followers. we love the add-ons that come with it, like searching for advertisement opportunities, and the new feature which allows you to receive bitcoins.
in all honestly, we love everything about the platform. the price is adequate and we wouldn't change anything about it.
we can understand the best times to post, also, which countries are listening to us. i would just put more attention towards growing markets such a Mexico and Latin America in general to attract more advertisements here, where the market is huge.
What I like most about using RSS is how user friendly it is, it is a super intuitive and easy to understand platform unlike other podcast hosting platforms, with 10 minutes you enter and explore the site, from the dashboard of our podcast to the download of invoices or receipts. Another thing that I find fascinating is that if our podcast meets certain minimum characteristics (chapter cover, minimum duration of 5 minutes, among others) we can share with many other platforms such as Spotify, Google podcast, Deezer, Samsung, Amazon Music, among other of the many platforms available. Also, one of the advantages of using RSS is that it has discounts for students, if we have our institutional email we get a very attractive discount, similarly, if you do not have any email univerisdad, full monthly plans are extremely cheap too, not to mention the ease of payment. I can't finish this review without mentioning that RSS.com is the first podcast hosting site to have a crypto payment! A unique and very innovative feature, considering that it is something that is being used more and more as time goes by.
I can't think of anything bad about RSS, everything seems great, I haven't had a problem since day 1 that I started using it, probably the fact of uploading only .mp3 files, but it's understandable because it's a site dedicated to only have audio files and no other type of format.
El darme soluciones rapidas para poder compartir mi podcast a diferentes personas, asi como poder compartir mi show con diferentes plataformas sin tener que subirlo yo manualmente una por una.
I am not very tech-savvy, but this platform is easy to use and offers many tools, articles and videos that help you navigate and start in the podcasting world
If you are new to podcasting maybe starting a subscription plan can be intimidating, but it is definitely worth it :)
The platform releases features frequently which always help improve my podcasting experience
I love that RSS.com is incredibly easy to use. I can create an account and start a podcast faster than I can order takeout from my favorite restaurant. Less than 5 minutes is all it takes! They have features other podcast hosts don't yet offer as well such as the chapters feature. I like that I can provide timestamps for my podcast that tell my listeners exactly what is happening in the episode during that time frame. I also love that they are constantly updating their software without increasing the fees. A lot of podcast hosts charge extra for additional features, but RSS.com includes all of them for the same low price. It's fast, reliable, user-friendly, and ever-evolving. They genuinely care about the podcasting community, and I love them for it!
I can't think of anything right now, but I know if I come up with anything, I can submit a feature request and they will add it to their list of considerations. But so far, I'm incredibly happy with everything the platform offers!
I didn't want to pay large fees to host a podcast, and that's why I like RSS.com - their fees are low and they don't charge me extra if I suddenly get a lot of downloads. They also made it so easy to get my podcast online. Very user-friendly experience!
The graphic design and that it is very reliable
More metrics would be amazing, but the ones they have are pretty great
With RSS i have no problems with programming episodes
When I started my blog, the first tool I use to boost my online presence was RSS. The platform is easy to use. I was using the free version and they helped me get some clues on backlinks.
Nothing so much for now. The free verson is limiited and you have to pay to get on top.....
I wanted to acquire more backlinks, and this tool was one of the chosen.
The platform is great and easy to use. Uploading, titling, writing up descriptions - there's no hassle to it and also the ability to edit is included with this as well. The customer service team are fantastic! They replied to my email and concerns so quickly and helped me set up a student account immediately.
So far there's nothing to point out that I dislike. It has been smooth process thus far.
RSS will help me upload my podcast onto streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple music, making it more accessible to listeners and my potential audience. It will direcly increase my reach and help consumers engage more.
I use RSS for podcast feeds and sharing and it is very user friendly and easy to use site and valuable tool for individuals and professionals seeking an efficient way to curate and consume content from multiple sources.
Although it gives you free platform to launch your podcast but there are limited features in free version, occasional glitches, or interface design preferences.
With RSS.com I was able to consolidate different types of content, like articles, podcasts, and videos, making it easier to stay informed across various media formats.
RSS is a very linear site, it gives you the basic steps on how to proceed with your show. I loved the bits of customizing when creating a podcast, as well as the option that you can edit and schedule your podcasts as many times as you want. They even recently added a BETA transcript option you can implement into your show!
The only thing I can think of is after the fact of submitting a show, there was a small glitch where a certain function wouldn't work. However, the support team helped me out fairly quickly and got everything fixed.
One of the problems RSS.com is solving is marketing and hosting a show. On their site, you can easily host your podcast on any and all podcast directories with a simple click. So you don't have to worry about submitting your show to every single directory on your own, they're here to make the process faster and easier for you!
I love how easily one can stay update and keep update oneself and the audience respectively. It opens up a wide range of opportunities to spread the content and reach out to the audience in a very elegant and clean manner.
I feel it becomes to difficult to track the subscribers and copying of content is very common, but on the other hand it lets us reach a significantly large audience base so there is no such big issue with tracking subscribers, one can atleast push the content
Problem is it can be easily copied and one loses the track of its subscribers, there are methods we can tackle that but they are not very friendly
It is straightforward, it is reliable, it is integrated with the main podcast distributors, it makes it easy to pull stats for viewerships and growth, heck, unlimited audio storage is nothing to shake a stick at. The integration with advertisers is also very nice if you're looking to use it as a revenue source.
If you're a student or a non-profit, the price is great. If you're just getting started and don't know how quickly you'll make more than the initial cost of $13 a month, there are other options.
It requires no specialized training and is straightforward for any employee to use. It helped us work out who our listeners are and how better to reach them, as well as being so affordable that it's commonsense.
I can upload my new episodes in one place and it pushes them to all the platforms.
It doesn't always push them in the order I've uploaded them, so on some of my platforms, the episodes were uploaded out of order and caused some confusion for listeners.
It saves time
All in one platform, I found it comprehensive, has lots of features, including auto transcript, auto distribution of podcasts, unlimited podcasts
It is a bit more expensive as compared to other options I have used in past
easy hosting , easy distribution , dependable platform , easy transcription
It was really easy to use, simple and straigtforward
I couldn't find a way to sign up to the next level, I had to reach out for HELP
They were really quickly over email and they helped me with everything
It's very user-friendly and easy to use for beginners. It has a valuable compatibility feature, which is compatible with Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music. They have also partnered with many sources that allow you to monetize your podcasts and find valuable sponsors.
There is, fortunately, nothing of substance to say negative about this project, only that it might not be as widely known and used as other podcasting platforms are.
This is the best way to start a podcast for FREE and RIGHT THEN and THERE; for anyone who wants to try themselves out in the world of podcasting, frankly, everyone should. If you think you have something to contribute, something to share, believe that it's worth sharing, cause in this vast, big world, you will find like-minded people for sure who are going to love your podcast and what you stand for.
