It is easy to user software as it has many builtin templates that helped in creating and designing email campaigns in a minute. IWe can integrate the software with our websie domain so that emails will be deliver in customer's mail box.

Je suis en pleine découverte de Brevo et j'apprécie beaucoup la réactivité et la patience du service client. J'aime le côté outil tout en un et le fait qu'ils soient sans cesse en train d'ajouter de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour en faire un service très complet.
Certains aspects de fonctionnement demandent un peu de recherche avant de les maitriser.
J'utilise Brevo pour créer et diffuser la newsletter de mon agence et interagir sur mon site avec mes futurs clients via le chat. Je vais bientôt intégrer la fonctionnalité CRM. Le fait que Brevo pûisse répondre à toutes ces demandes est très appréciable.

i can't think of one thing because they take customers' feedback into consideration and constantly add new tools, maybe just the fact that is sometimes glitches so i have to save and quit while working on a campaign and get back into it again. also when i am moving boxes around sometimes they get stuck, but they added the arrow up and down button to move things around so that really helps

Brevo Marketing Platform offers a free plan with a limited number of daily email sends but unlimited contacts, which is very useful for me. The setup was really easy. Adding contacts to the platform was also easy.
The basic email template does not meet my expectations. While opening the basic email on mobile devices, it shows black background. I expect better from Brevo regarding this.
Brevo provides multiple pricing plans. They also have a free plan for beginners, which might be sufficient for many like me(as I do not need to send many emails). Brevo lets beginners try and use their email marketing platforms, and they send emails smartly to avoid emails landing in the spam. After starting a campaign, I get to track the emails, like how many people opened the email, how many people clicked on the links and how many people unsubscribed from the emails.

I used it for several months and I used also other similar but for price and usability, there are no competitors. The way to import, categorize and export the contacts is very easy with a lot of functionality. The customization of the email for creating the templates is easy and also the reports are very accurate, giving a view of the entire campaign. This is very useful for pointing to the next steps and adjusting the aims.
The SMS services are still too expensive, with no big differences from other competitors.
I could reach many customers and keep updating them about the news and offers in an easy way, also programming the campaign to be sent in the right window hours.

The design platform is fantastic - you get so many options for your custom design of every email. It is also effortless to use, so you do not feel like you need to make a basic/simple template. I love that you can store an array of your own content to come back to for each email. Additionally, Send In Blue has amazing client support. There have been a few times that I send in a service ticket and someone replies to me within 2 hours and I can go about my design. I love it.

I love the data that you can pull out of sending an email to your clients. When you look at the mail report, you can extract precisely what recipients are engaging with (i.e. a link, a photo,). You can also pull data on who opened it or who has unsubscribed -- all helpful data to collect .

fast support. Had what I thought would be an impossible problem with a Gibraltar postcode on profile creation and the support guy was on it in minutes and solved the problem. Then I had another problem with SMTP setup and he fixed that too, all on the one ticket and all in a matter of minutes from start to finish. I have just signed up and am impressed with the support and the UI, everything is so easily laid out and intuitive. This is fun

I changed to Sendinblue for a better, easier to use interface. I want top be able to create and send mailers and organise lists without spending hours of frustrating time trying to make a hard to use system work,... for me. This is great. It is working for me rather than the software working against me. Excellent.
