I had some questions about the functionality and possibilities of their service. The reply from their support department was very quick, within 1 hour! And it was very clear in the way they answered my questions. Also, getting to know their possibilities in importing a file with emailaddresses and making a template for emails is very user friendly. It took me only one (short) afternoon to realise this. (before, I worked several days with MailChimp for the same, but could net realise it, therefore I switched to Sendinblue)
So far I did not find any downsides to Sendinblue.

Gosto do gerenciamento de e-mails, gosto da forma que abre como uma POP UP quando clicou para ver a interação daquele e-mail para com a mensagem enviada, gosto da facilidade de visualização de quem interagiu com o e-mail.
Não gosto do fato de não acumular disparos não usados para os próximos meses. Sou obrigado a utilizar todos os meus e-mails até o fim do vencimento para que eu não perca o meu dinheiro, isto é muito ruim pois mesmo não precisando sou obrigado a fazer estes disparos.
Disparo em massa de e-mail marketing. Consegui mais retornos para o meu negócio.

The campaign service appear to be based on industry best practices which ensures higher deliverability. It gives enough bandwidth to carry on daily requirement, while rest all delivery operations are properly taken care of. No hitbacks on domain reputation.
Not much at present to be considered as dislike. However, there is always a room for future discussion.
With other campaign managers, the issue is they open too many options, which all when exercised, leads to poor deliverability of emails. and we don't even come to know about it, unless the campaign has hit the target base. There are serious issues with Zoho campaign, both at technical scale and customer service. They are extremely arrogant, and don’t listen to customers, they want their customers to live with the faults, and make no complaints about it. All the complaints I have submitted is followed up only for closure, and not for solving the issues. I had subscription of Zoho one, which gives access to more than 50 apps. Slowly I had to stop all their apps one after another, due to serious issues at technical scale and customer service. My domain reputation had gone down, and they have absolutely no guidance how to improve it. They only send canned emails, and cancel the campaigns which goes bad. Lastly, the delivery percentage on same set of customers is better with SendinBlue, than that with Zoho campaign. They are good in terms of template designs, but may be it would be extra codes in their email templates, which results in poor delivery percentage. They can’t resolve and can’t do research and development. The top issue with Zoho is at technical scale and customer service. They are extremely arrogant, and don’t listen to customers, they want their customers to live with the faults, and make no complaints about it.

My favorite thing about Send in Blue is just how easy it has been to use. The reason I originally looking into Send In Blue was the straightforward pricing model that charges you based on emails sent. That makes sense to me, none of this complicated "how many contacts do you have +hidden fees." Once I got set up, it was simple and straightforward to embed an email signup and start managing my contacts. Creating an email is simple, straightforward and easy to use while also being pretty powerful. Most of the tools and information is easy to find, access and use. I originally switched to Send In Blue for my job, and now I am using it exclusively for my personal projects, because its just a no-brainer across the board.
My only complaint would be the email creation system. While it is intuitive and powerful, I think they could go further and provide more options and tools to make more complicated emails. That being said, this is FAR from a deal-breaker for me, and is at minimum on par with the other email services I have personally used.
I think the answer to this question is pretty straightforward. For my own use I wanted to release a game beta I was creating and have people sign up with the ability to contact them regarding updates. While any email service could work in theory, Send In Blue has gone out of their way to help get me set up and lay the basic framework to make it easy and convenient to stay in contact with my new community. It has been really nice to have an email service that I do not feel like I am fighting with, and just simply works.
The ease of use/capabilities. Almost any feature I could imagine in the trigger/automations its there. Great reports for campaigns as well. I was really impressed to track where people are clicking EXACTLY for the campaigns as well.
The demos on youtube I found were with people with a very thick accent which made it difficult for me to understand. After the trial though and getting in there, It was a quick no brainer to use Send In Blue

Ajouter des options d'emailing dans le paramétrage seraient un plus. Sinon, c'est très bien fait.

We've tested and used several mailing platforms and Sendinblue (SIB) for us is the best. Data management is easy but powerful. Campaign management is equally easy, but also can be as advanced as you want.SMS delivery is a great function and again easy to manage. Reporting is a breeze As for pricing, its transparent, no surprises unlike some others! Now a BIG plus with SIB. The other 'big platforms' will lock your account if they feel like it! Then take 3-4 weeks to validate why - all while you are supposed to run your business! With SIB, if there is a query with delivery (etc), they let you know straight away, with a reason, then you reply and they get back to you almost immediately and unlock your account. The Support from SIB is second to none in our opinion!
