Limit on daily emails for single campaigns

I have many people that contact us & have varying sxhedules so it's easy to communicate with all of them at one time via this platform.

From time to time, it just hangs and freezes up on me

Je suis en pleine découverte de Brevo et j'apprécie beaucoup la réactivité et la patience du service client. J'aime le côté outil tout en un et le fait qu'ils soient sans cesse en train d'ajouter de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour en faire un service très complet.

Certains aspects de fonctionnement demandent un peu de recherche avant de les maitriser.

J'utilise Brevo pour créer et diffuser la newsletter de mon agence et interagir sur mon site avec mes futurs clients via le chat. Je vais bientôt intégrer la fonctionnalité CRM. Le fait que Brevo pûisse répondre à toutes ces demandes est très appréciable.

J'apprécie les templates proposées pour les campagnes email, l'ergonomie et l'utilisation intuitive. La création de listes de contacts ainsi que l'ajout des contacts est très simple et pratique. Suite à une question, j'ai contacté le support qui a été très réactif et efficace.

Pour l'instant, je ne trouve rien à redire

i can't think of one thing because they take customers' feedback into consideration and constantly add new tools, maybe just the fact that is sometimes glitches so i have to save and quit while working on a campaign and get back into it again. also when i am moving boxes around sometimes they get stuck, but they added the arrow up and down button to move things around so that really helps

I dislike nothing. Brevo has many features to offer like free transactional email, free global phone calls and free chat widget.

Sometimes the SMTP email is not working. Recent issue is that I cannot send email using SMTP server. The error said that I cannot connect to smtp-relay.brevo.com. The customer service said that they encountered an SSL certificate problem with their domain, Brevo.com, which caused issues with webpage accessibility. The customer service also apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and confirmed that they successfully resolved this issue yesterday https://status.brevo.com/.

Brevo has taken all of the things that made SendInBlue great, and improved them. We were able to keep our entire account set-up as it was prior, and now get to benefit from improved administrator experience on our end!

Nothing! We were not expecting a change from SendInBlue to Brevo, but we have been more than happy with the results.

Brevo helps us send automated emails to new, existing, and expired customers. It has greatly improved our ability to grow and maintain our customer base, communicate effectively, and improve our overall UX!

Several Features which I really like. 1.Ease of Design: The platform makes it easy to create visually appealing email marketing campaigns which can be crucial factor in audiance engagement. 2.Segmentation: It offer a user friendly way to create customer database segment. 3. Schedule: It offers users to schedule campaign on different timings. 4. Timings Suggestions: Provide suitable time suggestion to run campaigns.

There is a lack of an option to delete campaign. Not being able to delete the campaigncan lead to a cluttered campaign list which make it harder to find important draft campaign

I did email marketing and it helps in effective and efficient. It helps our organisation to achieve its marketing goals and drive sales, which is a key benefit for any business engaged in email marketing activities

Fast, Simple & Robust Interface. Once scripted, it's like magic and does exactly what it promisses!

The API does required a bit of work to get going but it behaves much like others.
