I didn't found any downside yet, even for the free version it's amazing
Sendin Blue creates great automation that allows me to send drip emailing to my leads. It helps me to convert lead into customers doing only one the work and easily.
The best part about Sendinblue is the free for ever starting package. For new businesses is tight and a free entry level is great. 300 emails a day on the free level is great. I also love the template options.
The only thing im not fully impressed with is how to use creating templates but that just needs a little practice on my part.
Sendinblue solves my bulk email deliverability problems.

In GDPR SB is really well developed and provides security and database integrity.
At the moment I could say that native integrations with other tools is a bit limited but I have noticed that they are increasing more and more as developers update the platform
