The most useful thing about using sendblue was the automation of sending campaigns. The advantages are that I can create different campaigns and schedule them to send on a specific day and time, it also allows me to review the statistics of which email was opened and which was rejected in order to work better with the marketing department.
SMS credits ..... the use of whatsapp is more widespread today. I did not find any disadvantage, they have good plans and the free one is great.
We were using an application in wordpress knewss but unfortunately despite using the amount of daily emails that our domain was allowed to be blacklisted and it was an odyssey to remove it from that list, with sendblue I don't have to worry about these inconveniences that affect the company image.
They have the necessary tools and offer ease of use for any business need. Their interface is pleasant, simple and easy to use. All templates are customizable, easy to configure and their analysis shows excellent information. The technical support is present for any question or problem that may occur, the answers are fast.
I had some problems with some tools, I contacted support and we knew it was a problem with our connection. Since that time, we haven't had any more problems.
Sendinblue has the ability to keep all our email campaigns in one place and thanks to its statistics and reports, we can select the exact audience. This has allowed us to save time and increase our performance by automating the process of personalization and segmentation. Everything has been very easy, we have obtained excellent results since we used Sendinblue in our marketing campaigns.

I have in some campaigns a low grade, but I send mail to Sendinblue, and they check my account and I can continue with the producto. The support answer was quickly.
Sendinblue is a great tool that I recommend to anyone that needs automation, deliverability and emailing for a great price.

Sendinblue integrates very easily with Wordpress by using the WP Mail SMTP plugin, everything you need is an API Key from your Sendinblue registration and you are done. We are using Sendinblue primarily for transactional emails, and doing this task they have succeeded with a very high deliverability. Their real-time statistics and other reports reports give us very valuable information about the status of the emails: sent, delivery, first opened, reopened, etc. The campaigns are also ok, with fast delivery, simple upload of contacts for the campaign and email composer included. Their plans are also very affordable, we started with 300 emails/day with their free plan, and soon upgraded to Silver, which sends up to 120,000 emails/month. Highly recommended for small and mid-size companies, and for developers, both in website testing phase and in production.
We had a little trouble with the small quota (40 transactional emails/hour) initially assigned to our plan, and requested Sendinblue's technical service to help us raising the quota, and it seems that the solution is: either purchase a dedicated IP or upgrade to Gold Plan, which includes a free dedicated IP. That said, if you do not purchase one of these solutions and need to send more than 40 transactional emails/hour instantly (that is, without being queued) using the cheaper plans, you probably will not like this service. If you have many emails in the queue, the service will automatically raise the per-hour quota, and in the end will send them all (no email loss), but obviously the queued emails will not be sent instantly, as some of us require.
For us, Sendinblue was a real lifesaver, since our server is hosted in GoDaddy and direct sending of emails from the server is very poor and introduces very big delays in the delivery (this is a well-known issue). With Sendinblue and WP Mail SMTP plugin, we got a very good workaround to the problem.
Excellent support and amazing pricing! Also no limit to the number of emails on our list. Excellent open rate, we have better open rate now than we had with MailChimp

I have been using Sendinblue for a short period so i can say i found something i dislike yet.
Mainly customer support and the amount of contacts we have makes Sendiblue Premium a clear winner based on their pricing.
