Sendinblue is a very easy-to-use email marketing software. I am using it for my website email campaign. It has a drag and drop email editor, and you can easily create an attractive email campaign for promotion and marketing. It has both free and paid plans, so you can start with free and test their service. You can store as many contacts as you like; you need not to worry about the growing list of your subscriber. Their template library is vast, and you also can save your campaign as a template/draft for the future. Email delivery is also speedy. They provide a detailed analysis of every campaign — overall cheap and best service.

Although they offer a free plan for testing and start, and it is sufficient but if you want to use paid plans, that are pretty costly. They de-activate your account if you forget to use it for a while. Support is also not up to the mark.

Sendinblue is helping me to interact with my website users; I am periodically sending campaigns and engaging my users. It helped me to grow my website users. With the analytics, I can understand what users want.

This platform is robust and easy to use and offers so much value to new entrepreneurs and small businesses. I like how they support and innovate regularly. The platform is also pleasing to look at.

I think working with subdomains or websites could be much easier. I also think team management or subaccounts could be easier too. I would also like to see more integrations.

The mais proplems is that the most of sendinblue alternative are expensive But here you can send 300 emails daily and that's just perfect for my small business

I can get the word out and sell more with sleek email messages that I can design in no time.

What I dislike about SendinBlue is not finding about it sooner.

I used it for several months and I used also other similar but for price and usability, there are no competitors. The way to import, categorize and export the contacts is very easy with a lot of functionality. The customization of the email for creating the templates is easy and also the reports are very accurate, giving a view of the entire campaign. This is very useful for pointing to the next steps and adjusting the aims.

The SMS services are still too expensive, with no big differences from other competitors.

I could reach many customers and keep updating them about the news and offers in an easy way, also programming the campaign to be sent in the right window hours.

The design platform is fantastic - you get so many options for your custom design of every email. It is also effortless to use, so you do not feel like you need to make a basic/simple template. I love that you can store an array of your own content to come back to for each email. Additionally, Send In Blue has amazing client support. There have been a few times that I send in a service ticket and someone replies to me within 2 hours and I can go about my design. I love it.

I love the data that you can pull out of sending an email to your clients. When you look at the mail report, you can extract precisely what recipients are engaging with (i.e. a link, a photo,). You can also pull data on who opened it or who has unsubscribed -- all helpful data to collect .
