I'd love to see more integration options with other third-party tools and platforms. This would make it easier to sync data and automate processes across different tools I use for my business. I use WIX and I always need to connect with Zapier and often it has limitations that can be a pain. The webhook option is not compatiable with every other platforms

The platform's automation features I love, it got me to maintain consistent engagement with my target audience. I can set up sequences once and let them run on their own, without constant tedious manual process, which I used to do in the past.

No joke, I've been using a lot of CRM platform out there and SendPulse is the best! I mean it's complete end to end CRM with a lot of UI/UX friendly automation.

In a nutshell, the price. We did a lot of searching and were thrilled when we found Sendpulse. It performs all of the features that we require and we are not paying through the teeth like we used to. The website is user friendly and many of our staff have learned to use it. We have been very pleased with Sendpulse and it is now our sole method of sending emails to our membership.

There is nothing that I dislike in particular - there were some technical aspects that warned of email problems if certain certificates etc. were not up to date etc. but we are not equipped with personell that understand technical things to that degree. I am not aware that this caused us any problems.

Sendpulse allows us to have separate mailing lists for different groups of recipients. This platform also enables us to create attractive and professional emails quite easily. We are a non-profit charity and the cost has helped us while enabling to accomplish our goals. We also have a young, inexperienced staff that was able to learn how to use the website in very little time with much success.

The fact that it's only subscription based. My pay pal can pay as prepaid or cash out method and cannot add subscriptions without a card. It would be nice to add a feature that I can renew my subscriptions manually as monthly payments.

With Sendpulse, you can signup for a Pay-as-you-go plan. You only buy the quota that you need in a year. This is a perfect solution for us.
