I love their intuitive tools and features.

Well I really like the login procedure. The product works so well, but I guess sometimes I wish I culd send a text when I email and it doesn't have tat functionality.

It is my email service.

I like that all the features are what I want, and I find it easy to access and contact support At first I just wanted to try it, but I have decided that I will always use it for my business I hope this service continues and develops

Sometimes there are things that are difficult to use, that's normal but the support really helped me

At first the chatbot didn't work, but that turned out to be because I hadn't set the template

It's a bit slow. There's no way to create a new contact in the CRM automatically when someone starts a chat.

I've been looking a while for an intuitive Whatsapp for Business API solution, and I think I think SendPulse is easily one of the very best out there! The ease of implementation, intuitive and easy-to-use interface make it all a breeze to use.

So far no particular caveats of use, mostly due to the intuitive interface.

I've been looking a while for an easy-to-use Whatsapp for Business API that is easy to use, and so far this is the best I've found, easy to use and implement withouth prior knowledge. Also the interface is very intuitive and easy to understand for people who's not a well-versed techie.

Its interface is quite easy to navigate and the settings makes sense. For things that are a bit tricky to understand, their help section practically makes everything easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a chatbot and automations for their online marketing campaign. Their customer support is also top notch!

After using them for quite sometime, the only gripe I have is their pricing which jumps from $8 for 500 subscribers to 2k subscribers at $17.60/mo. Other than that, they are one of the best out there.

The chatbot feature along with the ChatGPT integration makes our communication with our customers super smooth! Creating chat triggers and flows are a breeze which cuts down the setup time dramatically compared to competitors.

SendPulse is flexible, easy to use and offers lots of great features including a wide variety of excellent templates.Customer support is excellent providing a fast response and easy to apply help.

Limited number of segments on standard package but price for pro isnt a lot more and offers unlimited segments.
