It's a life saver for those looking to automate WhatsApp campaigns. I was swamp managing 100 leads a day, now I can easily automate my campaigns and serve 400+ contacts a day. It's easy to navigate even with so many services (mail, sms, chatbots, crm, landing pages, etc.)

The chatbot's message screen doesn't auto refresh when a new message arrives, and you don't get any notification about new messages. There is no way to know you have a new message unless you intentionally reload the page.

I can automate my whatsapp campaigns, and I can easily send broadcasts, and follow up on qualified leads. I have improved my sales and customer service thanks to that.

It's cheap, works well and is very easy to use.

Though it is cheap, you are heavily limited if you're on a free plan like I was a day earlier.

It has very limited customer support which at times becomes very frustrating. You need to spend some time understanding and using this platform properly.

It has helped us in past to automate our platform which makes our e-mail marketing fast and effective. It helped us to create new campaigns as well.

I found SendPulse a good fit for my need for automation flows, it´s intuitive and easy to learn how to use even if you are not familiar with this kind of email marketing. I had a good experiencie using the flow and the regular campaigns also. There are a few things that have obviously room to improve but everytime I needed help from the support team I found a real person on the other side that was willing to help me with my problems

My first time, in the learning curve, and due some mistakes of planning I´ve made, I had some trouble with the mailing lists and flows, but it was really something that is easily fixable and avoidable with appropiate planning, I can´t blame the platform, I didn´t know some things and that was really the source of my failed experiences, the support team as I said helped me every time I needed.

Communication with my community specially automation campaigns with content I create that I like everyone to have the same experience, it´s very usefull and intuitive.

The constructor of Email templates. Internal analytics. Ease of use. A lot of useful integrations. The support team are great. The chain of tasks. And also user-friendly chat bots.

Cruel moderation of Email campaigns. The Bounce rate is higher than by competitor services. CRM is can be better. Landing pages aren't customizable. The validation of emails are expensive.

SendPulse isn't great service, because of the 'all-in-one' strategy. The internal analytics is great and also chat bots are awesome. But a lot of features aren't 'must have' solutions and non unique.

• SendPulse does not seem to have a way to predefine tags like H1, H2 headings, or paragraph settings globally or for an individual email. This is a common feature for many other email builders, so I was surprised that this was not possible with Send Pulse. It makes formatting the email very cumbersome, especially if it is a long email. • When formatting text or elements within the email, some editing can be done directly within the email, and some settings have to be accessed from the side panel.

Sendpulse is a new software in the industry with the same tools that anyone can find, such as Themes, list import, Metrics, Mail Schedules. The software Look and Feel is amazing, the buttons and organization will help you to use the platform in a simple way.

The Customer Support is a little bit slow, and sometimes they can not find the right person to help you solve the problem.

The Segmentation feature is an excellent tool in order to organize the users that will receive the email. Email address verifier is an excellent tool that could help you avoid spam filters.

Email data extraction is easy to use and will be essential for planning email marketing strategy

The simplicity of the overall experience is what I love the most about SendPulse. I love the drag-and-drop for the images. It is super easy to understand, so it is perfect for beginners.

Email Can't be sent like normal and personalized email if I need only Text, not an HTML template? there is no way to do that. Email is categorized as Ads automatically by Gmail and Google services, There is a mismatch between the email security sender and some email flags as spam or spoofed email addresses and domain. I can't configure variable like Receiver name to setup email as it's private and personalized to someone, all variable does not work.

I love the ease of use. Creating a new campaign can be done in minutes. It's easy to choose which groups to send to.

I can't send test emails. the support team are not particularly helpful.

The grouping in email is fantastic and a lot easier to navigate than other sites. creating the campaign is also a lot easier than other sites.

LOTS of bugs: - newsletter constructor - newsletter saving - title editing in an existing newsletter - template saving - website seems to crash quite often - sometimes the created earlier newsletter disappears - problems with cache, have to work in incognito mode all the time - mobile version of the newsletter looks abominable: text and images move around, whilst they are not supposed to - yandex and google mail delivery issues: some images are not displayed at all. Spacing moves - the absence of a preview link. I have to make screenshots to show it to customers. Unacceptable to me - can't upgrade an existing plan: have to buy a new one - website design overall is not very pleasing. Could be improved, modernized. - wish there was an option to create folders to organize already sent emails - very useful!

Nothing, this whole platform is crap and support lies to you.

Customer supports lies to you repeatedly, and software is terribly glitchy.

Its supposed to be a functional platform but it really is not scalable, and the team lies. So this software solves nothing.

They charged 12$ subrcibtion, then 40$ and then locked the account for no reason. Very shady company

When your subscription expires the team of sendpulse will remind you so much but after payment they forget us.

The Support is so Pathetic, nobody will reply your emails and they don’t understand just because of their unwillingness to provide better service to clients can cost so much to us. Dropped so many emails but noone is responding. Don’t buy their product.

There are so many problems can’t explain this text box will be small for those.
