We have tried some of the well know email marketing sites and our emails went to junk or spam boxes and that wasn't OK. We don't have that issue with SendPulse. Our click rate is great. Additionally, the tools are easy to use and our emails look amazing!
Sometimes when my virtual assitant and I are going over emails she has created the updates don't save.
Changing my credit card was a nuissance
I like that there is no limit on how many campaigns you can send per month vs Mailchimp which charges you after you go over your limit
I have not found anything in particular that I do not like about Sendpulse at this time...

Have not found anything I dislike yet. Still pretty new to system.
Solving my issue of sending out multiple emails on cc and Gmail restricting the account due to it showing as spam.
It is cost-efficient compared to the other competitors we explored. The automation suite has various amount of triggers that are easy to set up and work reliably once set up.
The interface for automation is a bit clunky and the canvas could be a little bit better. It is easy to use, but just needs bit of improvement. There could be another alternative for drag and drop editor.
Getting up and running with the workflow for onboarding and nurturing the leads. Automating the marketing for existing customers to have continuous communication and also event-based trigger comes in handy.
The truth is that I started using the system recently, it's really fast and convenient, I'm happy with it

SendPulse has a great free plan that let me experiment and grow. Now that I'm bigger, upgrading to a paid plan makes more sense. I like that I already have confidence in them and their service.
It would be great if their free plan gave even more, but I understand they need to make money.

Simplicity in building the emails and a good variety of tools
It's not their fault, but some forms were not working on Google sites. However, the support team helped me to find a workaround!
Now I can easily inform my students about the new video I posted on YouTube!
The Tool is easy to navigate. We liked the built-in CRM functionality to easily manage customers and different marketing campaigns. Additionally, managing the payments is easy.
Nowadays, it seems that Whatsapp is pushing businesses to get verified by the WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP). It would be good to have the option to do so within the Sendpulse App.
The ease of creating communication flows for chatbots without any scripting is a significant benefit. Additionally, it supports multiple languages. The email campaign option is also good.
