The payment process is not good. The advertisement about the Whatsapp connection is unclear. When you select it, it shows that you need to purchase a plan to start using it.

Easy to use application. There are many utilities to help solve tasks quickly. Since I used SendPulse, I have saved a lot of personnel costs. Chatbots can do more than expected. I can use 3rd parties to integrate into CRM or work management applications
The user interface is a bit ugly. Loading speed is a bit slow and needs to be improved. Sendpulse's CRM still lacks many features and needs more improvements.

It's so easy to use and I dont' have to learn how to use the freaking Microsoft Bot Framework or Python!
It doesn't support receiving files/images from users as input, nor any robust server-side computation ability.
It's allowing me to reach my users easily through the medium in which they're most accustomed to interact with (Telegram).

wanted to get an email marketing system in place and sendpulse has the most features for the least amount of money...
We have used several gateways in the past for sms marketing for our clients. However all these services had problems with deliveries or bad services. Sometimes the numbers used were fishy on involved in scams and all of them had very high prices for European countries. Send pulse is much easier to use and the reporting is very simple and straight forward.
Initially our campaigns were blocked because of gdpr compliance which was inconvenient for us but as soon as we proved our right, we were given full access to their tools. And now it feels like a swiss army knife with several tools under one place.
Sms rates are much cheaper for almost all countries. The delivery rates are also much better and phone numbers used for sms are new and not involved in fraudlent activities.
Like i said a very helpfull and usefull platform, using it atm mainly for chatbots and it made my life easier :)

Sendpulse is easy to use and easy to implement, I have managed to learn its use in just 30 days and I have already implemented 3 chatbots. Their technical support is excellent, 24 hours a day when you have any questions they can help you. The frequency of use of sendpulse is almost every day since I am working on several projects. Among the features that sendpulse has are email marketing, chatsbot, sending push notifications. Its easy integration with other platforms makes it interoperable.
The app android is running slow, but They are working to improve that.

Its interface is quite easy to navigate and the settings makes sense. For things that are a bit tricky to understand, their help section practically makes everything easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a chatbot and automations for their online marketing campaign. Their customer support is also top notch!
After using them for quite sometime, the only gripe I have is their pricing which jumps from $8 for 500 subscribers to 2k subscribers at $17.60/mo. Other than that, they are one of the best out there.

SendPulse is a powerful tool for creative business owners that don't have the time to learn code ou complex tools. I used whatsapp chatbots only, it is probably the best product out there, it's super cheap and comparing to other services it's the best (No joke, I have researched hours for wpp chatbots)
I would like more features in the chatbot, like logins for users etc. I imagine that it is possible to do it, but not user friendly. I don't think the majority of users need something like that so I understand the lack of it.

Honestly nothing, the only I don't like is that I don't dedicate enough time to learning about all the features and implementing them in my use.
I am using Sendpulse for my online course built-in telegram bot which is all automated. People get access to that bot and can interact with it and learn independently. I could chat with them using a bot plus I can send them campaigns there too. Cool! Also, I like blogs and materials from SendPulse, even I was able to find materials on how bots are used by large universities, much appreciated!
