In a nutshell, the price. We did a lot of searching and were thrilled when we found Sendpulse. It performs all of the features that we require and we are not paying through the teeth like we used to. The website is user friendly and many of our staff have learned to use it. We have been very pleased with Sendpulse and it is now our sole method of sending emails to our membership.
There is nothing that I dislike in particular - there were some technical aspects that warned of email problems if certain certificates etc. were not up to date etc. but we are not equipped with personell that understand technical things to that degree. I am not aware that this caused us any problems.
Sendpulse allows us to have separate mailing lists for different groups of recipients. This platform also enables us to create attractive and professional emails quite easily. We are a non-profit charity and the cost has helped us while enabling to accomplish our goals. We also have a young, inexperienced staff that was able to learn how to use the website in very little time with much success.
Setup in 5 minutes. Reasonable rates. Great service.
None that I can think of. In the main menu, there was no choice for SMS.

Intuitive interface, good pricing, interesting pachages. Excellent communication from support team. I created a bot having zero previous experience thanks to detailed instructions in help section and YouTube videos.
The fact that it's only subscription based. My pay pal can pay as prepaid or cash out method and cannot add subscriptions without a card. It would be nice to add a feature that I can renew my subscriptions manually as monthly payments.

The amount of ease it takes to setup a Telegram bot is unbelievable and one of the best things that I like about SendPulse.
I have used the Instagram chatbot on SendPulse but did not like the experience. It was not as seamless as a Telegram Chatbot.
