We are a team of 7 people in 3 departments and have synced Simply all around. The idea is to have access to the web for 3 different users and work accordingly. The email aid, campaign management and Kanban feature work smoothly and efficiently.
The notion is great and we are happy with the tool. For the cons side, we have to say that Simply must enhance its AWS model to only pay for the use etc,
The major issue that we fixed with the help of the Simply tool is the contact management and synching as per the need. Our team is working effortlessly to meet the goals and Simply is fulfilling them.
A cool software tool to align all your daily routine tasks and some exceptions as well. You can use Simply as a Call centre tool too. We believe it is a cool way to integrate all needed plugins and third party essentials.
Not sure about enterprise-level needs, but for small and mid-scale businesses, it works just superb. We've been testing Simply for a while and all we can say is A good to go and move on software.

We think if it could become a bit more intuitive pricing management for a fixed term basis instead of per user per month because it will help companies to scale the same.
