It is reliable, easy to use interface and simply the best support I have had anywhere. I have used many different webhosts and nothing else comes close in my experience. They have all the features I need and I am slowly moving all my hosting from other companies over there.
I hate to give anyone a perfect score- never have- but as I just came off an excellent support chat, there is nothing I dislike.

Site Speed and Support, by far the best of both worlds. Ease of use, intuitive navigation, and since I'm not a dev, I love how easy it is even for the less skilled.
I've yet to find anything I dislike about SiteGround, but hey give it another few years...so far nada!
I'm creating my first ecommerce site with WordPress and Woocommerce, and I love that I can ask the Support at SiteGround pretty much anything if I get stuck.
Their online support staff are outstanding. Every single interaction has been friendly and extremely helpful. I've interacted with several of their staff and without exception they have helped me work through the issues in plain english.
There's a reason I switched our domain to SiteGround... because my experience with them has only been positive.
They have hosted our website for quite a while and I recently moved our domain under their umbrella as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When I have had questions regarding our website, I have always received excellent IT help. Either via web-chat or telephone, the specialists have always been able to very quickly resolve the issue, or walk me through exactly the steps that I needed to take in order to fix the problem. The help that I received has always been honest with me when I have asked questions about increasing services purchased through Siteground. In every instance, they could have upsold me products, but they did not. That is the epitome of honest, excellent service!
It is a bit cumbersome to find the help area, to allow contact with a Siteground IT specialist.
I don't really understand this question. Siteground enables us to have a website, increasing visibility, allowing us to disseminate information to our patients. We have a website to educate our patients, but also so that when the public type in the dentist's name or olur clinic name, the first hit is our clinic and not "Rate your MD.com"

Price change after 1 year and prices become less competitive than other companies...
Sometimes when we are growing it's normal face scale issues, like processing errors, slow errors, or breakdown of pages because of growth...but SG support is always on.
The support is great. I have used both the chat and phone support and got any issues resolved quickly.
I can't think of anything right now. I use Siteground for both bussiness accounts and a personal account and I have no issues.
While I have several accounts for the different businesses, it is easy to switch from one account to another. The platform remains the same unlike some services I use where depending on how I am logged in the set up can be different. I have gotten to know how to use Siteground's tools and their tech support is great. They are quick to respond and always helpful and have resolved the issues or given clear instructions on what I need to do to resolve or avoid the problem in the first place. I am not a web designer or techie by any means, I have learned on the job, and I appreciate that they don't talk to me like I should know everything already - they help me at my level to get back on track.

I've had a cople of basic issues with my hosting over the past few years, nothing major, generally email related or just general questions and every time I called or used the chat option, the issues and the questions were taken care of immediately.
Honestly, nothing at all. I can't honestly think of any issues I've had at all with SiteGround. They've been awesome and their service is top notch in my opinion.
They have offered me Wordpress setup and email support for my websites.
