I would like more noise options, louder noise too. I work in a warehouse - so it's hard to hear at times. Maybe adding some extra reminders when im on another page could help as well. This has been great so far.

Solving issues in between to departments much faster now. The response time is great! Ww e use to depend on emails or GOOGLE hangouts to get things done, but this software works that much better! Being able to create groups is a great addition.

The ability to create channels specific to a task and include the necessary parties.

When searching for something specific through a channel, it will not come up under the search though it is typed in correctly.

Here are a few things I love about the product: - Easy-to-Use UI - Intuitive and Humorous Language - Customizations - It doesn't feel robotic or cluttered. - The best thing about Slack is the Human Touch. There is always a small moment of joy within the product, which makes you automatically fall in love with it and look forward to the next interaction.

- It can be hard to find people in the sidebar. - I can never tell how to create a multiple-people group chat. - When you're in the huddle, it is impossible to get out of full-screen mode. - Sometimes, I can't tell that I got a new message if I missed a notification.

It helps our company connect with everyone quickly and in a fun way. I can send pictures, pdf, or any attachments. I can send voice messages or talk to them in huddles. I can link threads within Slack which makes it easier for us to make quick decisions.

I like the ability to chat with anyone in our company. The different private channels and the ability to schedule messages. I also love being able to have less formal conversations as if I were in the office with my colleagues with cute emojis or giphys

The only thing I dislike about Slack is that there's not automated response for when I am out or when an employee is out of office. I can put a status and silence my notifications, but that doesn't help the recipient know that I won't be able to answer and to ask someone else on the team.

It's not filling up my email with small questions that could have usually been answered by going up to someone. It's also helped with being able to get quick answers from those who have the answers.

It is so easy to communicate things we used to share via email through Slack. My inbox is always emptied by the end of the because I am no longer inundated with internal emails.

When your site has many channels, things can get messy. It would be nice to be able to organize the channels better. Searching through the site could be more accessible as well.

Communications issues. I am much more efficient in communicating with my colleagues and feel better about reaching out to managers and higher-ups because I can see their statuses.

Slack is an excellent and powerful team messaging app with a rich collection of settings and options

I like that in slack, everything is at one place. Communication with your team members, channels for notifications, file share/search and integration with all the tools you use for work.

Don't dislike anything. The desktop app can be optimise a little for better performance. It works well but sometimes there is a slight lag.

Slack help in streamline the communication between team members for productivity. One can share files/code anything. Slack also has integration with every other tool, I suppose which helps in getting quick notification and data.

The features for messages are the best, Reply in Thread, Share Message, Save Item, Reminders, and the capability of viewing threads without losing sight of your current chat. Handy functionality.

Despite having a powerful Search functionality, I would love to have a predefined tab for Links previously shared just like the one for Files.

Communication within the team via message or a huddle is effortless. The biggest problem helping us solve is communication outside our organization, it provides quick and easy Connections with our multiple customers.

Super fast UI, the collaboration tools at the user's disposal are best on the field, and being able to quickly share via text, audio, video, and file sharing with a single-button interaction is amazing. Also webhook capabilities are amazing.

Looking for historical data inside channels may take a toll on some CPUs, the functionality is there, but it may result in a slower experience than expected. It is a small quirk for otherwise a great experience.

Being able to communicate easily across different teams inside a shared workspace, creating channels to easily maintain updates and follow-ups depending on the company's upcoming tasks.

It's very easy to use for people of any age group! you can find or communicate quicker with coworkers from all over the world. I work with people from all timezones so one of my favorite slack features is that it tells me what time is it for the other person so I can be mindful of their schedule (You can also easily turn off notifs for an established amount of time to get proper sleep). Slack feels friendlier than sending all info through email and it's easier to see replies or them off (we all know how annoying email can get with people that do not understand how to use it). I believe this is particular to my company but slack had made bonding way easier, we have channels for everything work-related but we also have channels like #gym or #game-nights where we get to talk with people we wouldn't necessarily talk otherwise; This has definitely helped the overall engagement since we feel a strong sense of connection with others in the company.

Slack has both a mobile and desktop version but the mobile version is still somewhat lacking. Sometimes (only in the mobile version) the message you thought you sent doesn't send and you have to write it again and you can't change things in your profile like what you do and your name.

Communication is way smoother. Instead of just using email, I can always talk with coworkers in a less formal way. I can see general announcements at work channels and easily text my coworkers through slack DMs that look like any other app DMs but we don't have to share our social media accounts Instagram or Facebook or exchange numbers.

Slack is a fantastic tool for work communications. I like the easy group calling and file-sharing features. It helps my company stay in touch. Slack's advanced integrations such as SSO and chatbots are also great.

I don't like the new huddles feature. I miss the old calling feature. I can't take huddles off of speaker phone while on slack for the Android client. Most of the time, I opt to use the old calling function.

Slack helps us stay in touch with one another. It also helps us stay informed about how our infrastructure is doing. We're definitely more productive because of Slack.

The amount of apps and integrations possibilities. We can integrate sofwares and plataforms that we use in Slack wich made so much easier to work. Besides that, I can work in the environment of the company because the Trivia's apps are also incredible.

I have been using slack for the past nine months, and the environment looks user-friendly. The most exciting feature of this application is integrating different apps to get notifications quickly, like google calendar.

Till now, there is only one thing I don't like: the huddle, which has problems when we communicate with our teammates or someone from our organization. We cannot zoom in on the content they are sharing, and we also have a problem with the voice, as it breaks even though the internet is working correctly. Also, there is a problem with the background noise while using headphones.

It helps us get in touch with our teammates quickly and also gives us notification of meetings to which we are invited. If our teammate is on leave or has snoozed the notification on Slack, there is an option to notify them anyway, which sends the information to their Gmail.

Slack is the perfect platform to use at work, making communication easier. One of the best features is the Channel system, where it is easy to compartmentalize things and even pin as many important messages.

Sometimes integrating apps is a bit of a hassle, partly due to not every single app being available.

Slack can get overwhelming at times with a bit of information overload. I find it very important to utilize muting channels for this purpose.

This is the best way to communicate with people inside and outside of my business. We share files and can always find them right where we sent them. I love the huddle feature to jump on a quick call with a colleague.

Sometimes the notifications don't show and you can miss a communication. I haven't figured out how to improve this.

I can work anywhere with anyone who is also anywhere around the world. This stops the need for email threads that get lost... all your communications stay in one place.

Probably the easiest file/screen sharing tool for teams. Human adopted slackbots inside. Thanks for supporting Ukraine!

Can`t think of anything else for business communication

I love the flexibility of being able to use both direct messages and channels. This provides convenient ways to organize my team's communication.

I hope that Slack takes the time to increase the limit of recipients for DM chats.

We needed a better platform to reach our team efficiently and quickly. This platform does all of it.

It's user-friendly and can be used in small and big environments. In addition, being able to integrate with so many other tools makes it a must-have tool to have in your org.

It can be overwhelming if there are too many channels/chats within your org's Slack. It's important that admins monitor this and help reduce inactive and redundant channels.

Slack has allowed us to leave our email for conversations outside our organization and keep one-off convos within Slack. It's been beneficial post-Covid when many of our team members are remote. It's much easier (and preferred) to send a quick message or connect on a hub instead of scheduling a call/meeting.

Communication can get lost. Notifications are a bit buggy sometimes.

Theres nothing you cant do with slack. You can organize all the comunication with you team, have chanels with your clientes outside of organization, program messages, use the filter to find an old message, remember you of a message later, so many funcionality. Every day i discovere a new one.

I don't have anything to complain about slack. It attends all of our demands and much more. When i don't know something, the support gives me all the assistance!
