I work for a nonprofit and SocialPilot saves me so much time. It's great to not have to work on the weekends because my posts are already scheduled. Before switching last year we were paying so much more money for the same features.
Sometimes our social networks diconnect, and it can be frustrating to connected them back. There are a few features I don't use because I don't know how to or they aren't relevant to me.
SocialPilot helps marketing and communcations professionals schedule social media posts in advance and track anyalitics across multiple plateforms. We use it for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
The ability to share across all platforms in one post and within seconds. Also the layout so can easily view all scheduled posts.
Change is never welcomed on this kind of site but the improvements are subtle and fit in with the general usage of the platform.
It is time-saving and takes shortcuts on your behalf, such as link shortening and picture editing.
I truly like how easy it is to navigate. As a visual learner, I need to see data in front of me and how my social media calendar looks like. Social Pilot calendar view is just so satisfying to use and easy to make changes.
One thing I dislike about this program is the mobile app, it does not let you to post scheduled reels directly from the website. Instead it sends you a reminder for you to post them mannually.
The problem that Social Pilot is solving is the managing of social media, and being able to have all social posts on one website. I can create different graphics and content for our different social media, and be able to schedule them all at once.
As an agency owner, we manage multiple accounts for our clients. Social Pilot is flexible, adaptable, and robust. If our clients want access to review and approve, they can get it. It can help you manage popular social marketing platforms, ads, inboxes, and more. The features continue to grow!
Social Pilot does not integrate with other popular platforms like Gab and PublicHQ. That limits its effectiveness for some client management for clients whose target audience is narrower than the mass market platforms.
Social Pilot helps me automate tedious tasks, schedule far in advance, and save time every week. I can correct errors quickly, and the post previews are quite helpful.

See open slots and move posts to fill in the various slots. Right now I just see a calendar view and the posts go to the next available slot.

I like how I can create groups to schedule multiple accounts at the same time. This saves me a ton of time each week. I also like how affordable it is to have many accounts connected.
I don't like that when I schedule for a group, I can't go back and change the post for the whole group. I accidentally scheduled for the wrong day, and then I had to go and change each post individually.
SocialPilot is saving me hours of time scheduling posts each week. I manage almost 50 Facebook pages with similar content, and I am able to group my accounts so that I don't have to go into each one when scheduling the same things.
Social Pilot outshines the competition by providing integration with more social media channels, even YouTube video uploads. Social Pilot lets you set a schedule then it will schedule your posts for you according to the schedule. Of course you can always schedule yourself, but this feature saves time! The integration with Canva is great for creating nice-looking posts fast. You can tweak the post for each channel and then post to all. The ability to select any or all channels to send the post to enables you to market on more channels with no more effort than marketing to one. You can also post to different Pinterest boards and post to your business page on social media channels rather than being limited to your personal profile. The post-management page makes it easy to check your posts, follow up, and make edits. You can also read and respond to comments on certain channels. On top of that, unlike most other tools Social Pilot lets you load and schedule more posts than others - 500 and it has a handy bulk import feature. Finally, the interface is easy to use. Many social tool interfaces are small, crowded, and confusing. All of these features, plus an affordable price make Social Pilot the best in the industry. Oh and did I mention content curation and content distribution from your blog at your fingertips?
There is only one thing I would like to improve, although I doubt it is Social Pilot's issue - it is probably the social media channels. Social Pilot loses connection with channels a LOT! You'll think everything is fine and then you see nothing has been sent for a week because some connection crapped out! You have to go reset it in Social Pilot and in the Social Media channel. This happens a lot and over and over and over again. It is very frustrating. As I said, I am pretty sure it is the channels that cause it. They are notorious for changing code in their integrations and then the integrations don't work - happens with all of the apps they integrate with - very annoying.
It solves the time problem while letting me maintain my quality standards. It also solves a money problem because other apps can be expensive, especially since they don't do everything I want and I would have to subscribe to multiple apps. With Social Pilot, I only have to subscribe to one.
LOVE being able to design and post on multiple social platforms. SocialPilot is easy to use and I'm able to see how each post performs on each platform. Their newly designed dashboard lets me preview the post before scheduling it, which was a feature I had requested when they asked for ideas from their customers. Looking forward to continuing using SocialPilot and how they will continually upgrade their software!
Some insights don't sync correctly, but it doesn't interfere with daily work. For example, it tells me my instagram account isn't connected so it can't provide me with insights, but the account is connected and able to automatically deliver posts.
Automation of our social platforms has made my job easier. I spend less time posting to accounts and more time designing marketing materials. We've noticed an increase in customer interactions across multiple platforms.
The bulk scheduling is my favorite feature. It allows me to schedule out content for multiple clients a month at a time quickly and easily.
I don't really have any complaints, I love the software and have used it for many years!

I tested out nearly all social management tools and socialpilot was by far my favourite for pricing, functionality and design. They have all the social integrations needed. Autoposting is also SUPER helpful
There wasn't that much, I think they could do with an aesthetic update as it looks a little dated but I don't really care too much about that when the core functionality is great
Solving the issue of having to manage each account separately from phones and the fact we can bulk schedule and then autopost with everything included that we need is just perfect, all in one tool
