SocialPilot Reviews: 4.5/5 — Highly Rated
I have found Social Pilot to be more user-friendly and more cost-effective than our last software solution. Our entire marketing team has reported that social posting is better on the social pilot platform
The downsides of SocialPilot are not unique to the brand, they are the same downsides as any API based social media management software. Sometimes the social media platforms have API outages that affect systems like SocialPilot but would not affect users who were scheduling posts directly in those platforms.
It allows our team to see what's been posted, what is scheduled and where the holes or gaps may be in our upcoming marketing calendar. It also allows us visual cues when a post has failed so we can resubmit.
Social pilot makes our live's easier by allowing every member of our social media team to collaborate together in one simple, very easy to use and navigate platform. We manage the social media sites for all of our customers and the price we pay on social pilot doesn't compare, so far I haven't come across another platform that is as versatile, easy to use and affordable as this one. It truly makes a difference and I've shopped around for other social media management software, sprout social, hootsuite, buffer, zohosocial and I couldn't find anything that would beat social pilot's price. For us with a heavy workload of social media sites to manage, it truly makes a difference. They just recently added the ability to post on instagram as well as the most popular sites such as fb and google. For our restaurant clients this is what works and social pilot makes it very easy to publish and keep our content organized. Social Pilot is definitely worth it, the best you can get out there for a fraction of what other platforms charge.
The only con would be that sometimes some sites get disconnected, fb usually changes their algorithm every so often and most of the times is okay, but there will be a few times where you may need to reconnect some accounts manually and that can be very tedious, especially if you have a small team. Other than that, I highly recommend it. I've been a social pilot customer for over 4 years now.
Being able to publish on our client's accounts (FB, Instagram and Google profile) at the click of a button. And being able to see the full picture with analytics is all we need, in our case we are still a fairly small agency managing a bit of a heavy workload. TWO Thumbs up usability, efficiency and right for the price.
Social Pilot is straightforward and easy to use. They're constantly developing new features and welcome feedback. Their customer support was also pleasant to work with!
It doesn't have all the fancy tools that some of the other platforms out there have. However, they are always developing new features that add more value to the tool.
Social Pilot allows me to distribute all my social content from one central location, and it's a significantly better price point than any other social media posting platform.
We shopped several options for our in house social media agency, and Social Pilot outperforms the rest for a fraction of the cost.
I wish the app was a little more streamlined.
We have an in house social media management agency with 98 current accounts. With other options, we had to set up several different accounts because we didn't have the option to add more than a set number of accounts - so this is a huge time and money saver.
I like the ability to release the same post at regular scheduled intervals. My previous platform didn't allow this.
I wish there was some explanation for why LinkedIn (in particular) disconnects every few weeks.
It saves me time and gives consistent brand awareness.
There are so many things I love about Social Pilot! I love how easy it is to navigate, and the monthly pricing is hard to beat! The best part, though, is that it works for Google+. I had a hard time finding a social aggravator that worked for that platform!
I honestly cannot think of much to put in regards of dislike. I have had to relink accounts every now and then, but that has been the case with all social media aggravates I've tried in the past. It can also be time consuming to get situated and all accounts linked from the beginning, but the amount of time you save in the long run is well worth it!
SocialPilot has solved the problem of having to log into each separate account to post my weekly posts. I literally just hop on, check the accounts I want to post content to, schedule it, and then hop back off. It saves me hours each week! I don't know what I would do without it!
Our agency previously used a big brand scheduling platform and found many flaws throughout our time using it. We decided to venture out to see what other options were available and found SocialPilot. SP has the complete range of features our company needs to accomplish what we want - simply and efficiently. Not to mention the significant cost savings as well.
There is nothing that is disliked about the platform.
Posting content to multiple platforms and pages quickly and simply.
Thanks to SocialPilot's superior design and organization, I can easily create and understand my clients' reports. In addition, I can quickly generate and modify any data. It is a practical and easy-to-use gadget. It quickly creates, edits and schedules content for external organizations and social media platforms. This is especially useful for non-profit organizations.
While SocialPolit's reporting and publishing capabilities across all platforms are excellent, the application could greatly benefit from a more regular interface update to more accurately reflect user needs.
Regarding network management and analytics, SocialPolit has been a fantastic resource for us; it provides our clients with high-quality information and has helped us establish an exceptional infrastructure for future growth. It continues to be extremely important to the material we create now. SocialPilot is a company that can help you in your endeavors. Social media management, analytics and scheduling are just a few customer engagement tools they offer. You can rest easy knowing that your clients will be well taken care of by SocialPilot because of their stellar reputation for customer service.
The consistent way to develop the app under work purposes: efficiency, productivity, and a creative way to adapt the methodology we use to work the Social media platforms looking to hit our goals and keep engagement with our clients.
So far and after 7 years if I remember correctly, I cannot think of anything substantial that I dislike. Growth and Development take time and a lot of effort.
The efficiency in posting on multiple social media channels in 1 shot after organizing the content. The possibility of organizing better who does a task, what is assigned, and where the content needs to be shown. The ability to connect multiple business accounts and assets.
In one word: affordable! The SocialPilot interface is easy to use and feature rich, it has all the necessary tools built in to execute an effective social media content strategy, including image croppping, saved hashtags, ability to organize social media accounts in groups, a saved media library, and much more. They are also adding features on a routine basis. Highly recommend...
The mobile app could be more full featured, especially when it comes to image manipulation, but you can still get around this by using SocialPilot in a mobile web browser.
Social media management doesn't have to be a daily grind, SocialPilot helps us with advanced planning of social media content, the approval process, image manipulation, and much more.
I have multiple social media accounts that I post to daily. SocialPilot makes this so easy.
Hashtags. If your hashtags are needed for multiple sites I have to manually enter them if they are for that location only.
Right now I haven't run across any major problems except the Hashtag part of it. They should look into multiple location auto hashtags and a trending Hashtag lookup.
I love that I can schedule several posts at once and click to reshare a post. SocialPilot is very user-friendly and has a nice, clean look. In comparison to other companies, I found this platform easier to navigate.
So far, I cannot think of anything substantial that I dislike. I did sign up for an orientation in the beginning and logged on for the session, and I'm not sure if I didn't give the person enough time or if they never showed up. The time difference is most likely an issue. I am in the US. I have not needed to reach out for support, so I am unsure about customer service.
Adding Canva to design posts within the platform has been great! I love all of the new features that have been rolled out. I feel SocialPilot is working to help the customer, which is much appreciated.
The dashboard is very simple and user-friendly, the customer service is responsive and comprehensive, and the resources shared in blog content (as far as social media advice and best practices go) are great!
No UGC or employee advocacy capabilities, some issues with post quality when being shared to social pages, minimal features like tagging, active hashtagging, etc.
Distributing to multiple accounts on multiple platforms all at once, monitoring content that gets distributed all in one place— all minimizing the amount of tabs and posts to keep track of when navigating between platforms without a social distribution tool.
There isn't a lot of bells and whistles. This platform is exactly what you need to push out content to many social platforms. You can group businesses and clients together easy. Perfect for even hobbyist, to diyers, for etsy sellers and even agencies that want to just schedule and their social media calendars.
I honestly don't dislike anything. This platform is pretty straightforward.
Need something that can automat social feeds without having to jump through hoops with team and learning curves. Once you look at it, it's fairly simple to navigate and start using right away. No need for a certification or waste time trying to understand and learn the platform.
They have all the integrations I need and are constantly improving to incorporate the latest in social media.
I wish there were a more significant difference in the number of accounts you get with the small team versus the agency.
Facebook and Google Ads do not currently have a way to pull reports that look professional. This platform gives my clients polished reports that are customized to their needs.
Social Pilot saves us time each month with posting to our Social Media accounts. It is a very user friendly platform.
Only downside is that it I wish it would offer more channels to post from.
Saving time. Making a uniform posting across all channels.
It's so easy to use and saves me a ton of time.
I love the option of being able to schedule a post for multiple days, I just wish I could also schedule for multiple accounts/platforms in the same shot.
I am able to schedule all my clients' content in one place. I am happy with the agency price and I'm able to offer this as an added bonus to my clients.
It is very convenient, accessible, and easy to use. One-stop place to post all of the contents duly or scheduled. It is manageable and hasn't got any problems yet with using it.
It will be more helpful if I can post on my personal FB account and Twitter's characters should be maximized more than 280. Looking forward to adding more features to social media.
Social Pilot is a time saver and offers convenience. I don't have to open every social media account that I have to post, schedule, reshare, and edit. It is just a few clicks away and you're good!
Social Pilot is easy to use. It allows the user to manage their time updating social media by scheduling their posts to various accounts. It is easy to keep track of posts, and also, the insights are great too. I will take a day and schedule all of my posts for a couple of months at one time, then all I have to do is supplement the posts with time-sensitive information. That way, my social media accounts are in a state of being constantly updated, and not going stale.
There's not a lot to complain about with Social Pilot. It is a robust platform - so if I had to pick something, it's that I don't take advantage of all that it offers - and that's a user thing and not a software thing.
The biggest issue with social media is that it is a time hog to keep fresh and current. Social Pilot helps solve this problem by making it easy to control updates and thus better manage time and resources.
SocialPilot makes it so easy to post across multiple platforms with ease!
I want to be able to see drafts on the calendar view so I can create an in-house content calendar instead of just drafts without actually posting.
SocilaPilot is solving our posting problem by allowing me to post to various social media platforms, saving us so much time!
Social Pilot makes it really easy to schedule content and view what posts I have scheduled for my clients. I especially love the reports it generates!
I wish it was easier to tell the difference between the Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business icons. Since they're all blue, it's easy to mix them up.
Social Pilot makes it easy to share social media content across multiple platforms and accounts and to get in-dept reports.
It's incredibly easy to use, the interface is simple and connecting accounts then scheduling posts is a process with minimal steps and no complications. The calender view is great for checking where I have gaps in my schedules and the cost is excellent for the tools you get.
I don't find there are any issues using social pilot so there isn't anything I don't like
It helps me create social media posts for all of my accounts - to schedule these easily and to see at a glance where I have gaps in my social media calendar
Social Pilot allows me to take my immediate thoughts regarding my industry, the financial markets. And get them distributed across all of my social platforms in seconds.
Occasionally the system fails to process when I press the post button. This only happens on my phone, but when it does it is a time waster. I don't know what could be done about this.
Social posts are one important part of my efforts to brand my expertise. This system makes me more productive in doing that. As a result, I don't hesitate to use it frequently.
I love that socialpilot can grow with me! I currently run an agency with 10 clients and the package is affordable but also serves the needs my clients need. Having the ability to communicate on the platform, approve/deny, and see analytics is super helpful.
The only thing i wish is that analytics could go further back in time. Believe this is just because its based on pulling analytics off the social platforms that are readily available versus storing the information. Just means I need to export and store them so not a huge deal!
Creating one place for all my clients to go see their social calendar. No more of the days of clients asking me what is coming up next on the feed- they can check in real time and see what is coming and how they are performing.
I like that you have the option to schedule social media posts not just in advance, but months and months in advance, to take away the hassle of manually creating and posting advertisements and content!
We have been using SocialPilot for awhile and have not run into any issues with the platform thus far, so I don't see anything on our end that needs to be improved significantly.
It eliminates the stress of manually posting content by giving us the option to schedule posts in advance at specific times throughout the day. I also love how you can link a variety of social media accounts to it where content just blasts to their designated profiles.
Definitely value for money and extra features like audience targetting for the post.
Nothing really except that maybe they can improve the interface.
scheduling and analysis
Using bulk scheduling is a breeze as we manage multiple social accounts across several channels. Additionally, having client-level access allows them to see posts before delivery. If needed, there is a mechanism to force an approval process before publishing. That is beneficial when others are creating posts that must be reviewed. The analytics function is a nice feature for a quick snapshot of performance and saves having to go to individual platforms to review. Overall, just a well though out and functional solution.
The only downside is that there can be a learning curve for all the various functions of the solution. This is not any different from other platforms but is something to be aware of.
SocialPilot allows us to publish across multiple channels and accounts all from one dashboard. Having this robust functionality saves us a great deal of time. accessibility to the paid ad function and analytics adds additional convenience.
One of the things I really like about SocialPilot is that it works with Google Business. When I signed up this was rare among management programs. Everyone had the usual suspects Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, but SocialPilot included Pinterest, Tumbler, and now TikTok. They are adding more and more features as a result of their customer's feedback.
The thing I don't like is having to use the mobile app to complete posting stories on Instagram when the post time rolls around. For me, it defeats the reason for scheduling.
SocialPilot is ideal for managing multiple social accounts in one place. I find it very beneficial to use one tool rather than multiple tools. The calendar gives me an overview at a glance.
Social Pilot is easy for multiple individuals on my team to schedule social posts and to review before they go live. I also like the analytics that let us track
I would like for more social sites to be added to SocialPilot so we can manage all of our social media from here
Allows my team to schedule social posts and for management to review a week at a glance to make sure that we are staying on brand. Analytics is great too!
It is easy to manage multiple accounts at the same time without getting lines crossed
The paid content is not always upfront. We often use an item marked free that asks for a dollar upon attempting to publish in Canva.
We have limited staff but the need to stay active across multiple platforms to straddle two different demographics that are integral. Business has increased due to this success.
SocialPilot is an easy-to-use social media marketing tool that helps professionals, teams, and businesses automate their social media management.
