Swit’s platform is user friendly and great for team collaboration! Not to mention the affordable price for a smaller team. 

First, creating project plans, task cards, and assigning them to a specific members or an entire team was done with just a simple click-and-drag curser motion. Timeline view and the Team view is a great help in reminding and managing my own tasks and team members’. The **RIGHT PANEL** was super useful and reduced miscommunication significantly. The notification on its link channel feature was awesome reminder to keep all member up to date on our goals!

A little disappointed that the Timeline view is not available on mobile.

Updates on events, schedule, meetings, and chats under JUST ONE APP! My email used to get quickly filled up with the change notifications from many different collaboration platforms, but now I have one clear channel to receive the updates. Also, I benefited from checking the other faculty and staff’s schedule in the timeline view and was able to avoid interruptions.

I really adore the task assignments bar.

There is no autocorrect feature when typing.

I volunteer for a non profit and we aim to promote technology in our community. Through Swit we are having better task assignment and accountability.

Swit is a tool that is totally based on a collaboration designed for a great synchronization between different platforms giving as a benefit the transfer of different project management from one platform to another since it has a great list of productive tools composed by task management, calendars, GANTT diagrams, Kanban boards offering in this way what I mentioned before which is to give a great freedom to the different teams an ease of multiple integrations of different platforms taking them directly to Swit.

The only disadvantage that you can get with this platform is that its home page is a little slow but nevertheless as it advances the interface begins to respond in a totally effective way providing multiple options with which you can categorize all your priorities when you start to execute any type of project giving a good result at the end of all operations to be performed.

Swit was implemented within our company to solve all the problems with the lack of sharing projects from one tool to another, since Swit has an easy sharing of it which does not make store all our work that has to do with what is based on resource planning, task management, calendars in a single platform is Swit since it has all the means of integration that is needed to perform this work which is the Kanban board and GANTT diagrams.

Its feel like a software made by apple. Easy to use. Swit is more intuitive and easy to use than ClickUp. Swit is more like ios and Click up is more of Android.

Very less number of integerations. Lack customisation which Click up has.

One platform which does all.

I am a college student from South Korea, and I am in love with this service. As a vice president of an student academia, I had to run and manage the entire 20-1 semester online, due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I deeply felt that an effective collaboration tool needs to be implemented in our team. We originally collaborated with KakaoTalk and Google Drive. Especially with KakaoTalk, our team was not satisfied due to the lack of separation between work and life. Our team first tried using services such as Notion, Slack, Jandi, and Flow. However, none of them satisfied us fully. They were not that easy to learn. Sometimes the difference of the UI between a web and app made us choose not to continue using them. After getting to know Swit through webinar, I am glad that I got to know about this service. Its UI is simple and easy to use. Swit definitely eliminated the parts that our team disliked from other collaboration tools. I especially like how easily I can manage my schedule and team. I love how it is easy to navigate, and how I can drag and drop pretty much everything in chat and task management. What I especially like is that the standard service covering many features are provided for free for students. I am excited to use Swit with my team, as a 20-2 president of our student academia.

If I make a mistake creating a workspace that is private I cannot change it public. However, this is not much of an issue comparing to the difficulties that our team faced using other services.

I believe it will help our team read work-related chats more and have better productivity. To implement a new web/app service as a collaboration tool, the presidency group always has to consider how easy or difficult it is to learn. I like that I do not have to introduce multiple collaboration tools to our team, since I can just introduce one tool: Swit. Swit does what that multiple tools can do and the job is made simple with user-friendly UI.

Combination of task management and chat. With Swit I no longer have to switch back and forth between Slack and Trello. The price is also very competitive: ~1/2 from the two aforementioned services.

Github permission request. I wanted to integrate Github with Swit but the permission is asking for too many rights (edit, read). I don't feel comfortable granting this permission as someone who's highly cautious about security.

I used to subscribe to Slack and Trello (or Asana) and pay for both. With Swit, I combine the two most critical features used in my daily productivity task and the price is ~50%. Swit simplifies the workflow significantly. The task management of Swit is also a full-package with all the necessary features.

It's very convenient in that you can chat and manage the tasks at the same time.

The credit card for payment was due, and we didn't notice that. They instantly blocked us. I think it'd be better if Swit notifies us and give some time to change our billing methods before suddenly blocking us.

We can quickly grasp what projects are going at the moment and how many tasks each projects require.

The task board as it makes it easy to manage all of the action items and assign them to eachother.

You cannot integrate all third party apps like Slack.

We are solving marketing issues and staying on top of our stuff, and the task board helps with this.

Swit is one of the best project management proposals I've seen and because it has a platform with which you can create, assign and manage tasks while communicating in a team in real time, it has all the basic tools to manage the duration of a project, define tasks and sub-tasks, and track them to their completion status through Gantt charts to conclude in general terms is a software a great technical support, a free version quite complete and a really affordable cost

Swit has a really sad and somewhat messy user interface that certainly requires updating, presentation tools are scarce as well as its integrations with other third party programs, it is a real drawback when you want to share PDF documents, it would be a great help to update mobile applications to be able to work remotely

Swit is a great platform because it has allowed us to solve problems especially in communication between our different teams, to be able to communicate through texts in an internal chat, to share Word documents, PDFs, images and files through this system offered by Swit has been of great help for us who have seen how the elaboration of projects and the administration of tasks has been favored and have improved substantially since we used Swit as our main project management platform

- No question about it. It is very simple and easy to use. - Organization 100%. Everyone on our team has different workflows and it is very hard to keep track or know what our other team members are doing. - Easily connect Gmail to Swit, and convert the emails into a task. It can be very easy to forget a task that you receive in the mail because daily you are getting blasting from emails all over. Swit has helped me and our team stay organized with one click. - Collaboration! Before Swit, our team members would have separate schedules. It would be very hard to tell how busy someone is, or if someone's schedule is free to help out with another task. Swit is made for collaboration. I actually love how we can organize the projects into our own folders that are only seen by us. - From small tasks to larger tasks, Swit solved my problems to assign tasks very easily and see what percentage of the task is completed. - After using Swit, I don't think I can use another Calendar because of this calendar view. I can see all my tasks and everyone on our team's schedule. - It is great that I can easily switch my To-Do list to other projects. This integrated drag and drop helps me fix a mistake quickly or either apply the same tasks to other projects. - All in one place, definitely saved at least 8 hours a week. There are fewer meetings required, and quicker completed tasks because we can see the progress of everything. - Can't forget about the connection with zoom! Get for quick meetings!

- It would be nice to view the task and be able to message someone on a smaller pop-up screen on the bottom corner. - I cannot see if someone has viewed my messages.

Reorganization, not having enough communication, repetitive work, too many meetings to organize everyone's to-do. This tool has helped our team get more organized. Especially, in a faced paced startup environment - time is everything. This tool helps save at least 8 hours a week because we no longer waste time organizing each other's to-do list. We seem to remember more of the tasks that we have to do, it can definitely be very easy to forget something just because there is so much to do in a day. This product really saves time, money, and energy.

I have some concerns about Swit among which I can mention its drag and drop interface which is not very fast and presents a confusing design and represents a negative point in the user experience, does not have enough space to archive data which is a limitation especially for large organizations, notification system should be enhanced a little more because sometimes they are received late or simply not scheduled well to conclude I must highlight its technical support which provides very useful answers but its response time is very long

My organization adopted the Swit task management system and so far despite some negative points it has had an exceptional performance all our tasks have been organized by category, status and calendar its functions are really useful for the managers of my organization because it allows them not only to organize but also to measure the progress of each participant in a certain task, Kanban boards and Gantt charts are organization methodologies frequently used in my organization the collaboration functions of Swit have also been a great discovery in my organization

Swit is "down" kinda often and it's difficult to communicate with the team in those moments

Everyone's working via remote due to the pandemic and thanks to Swit and all the built in tools, we've been able to reach another level of organization!

Swit is the best platform that I have used to promote team collaboration, the service offers solutions tailored to each need, its system is excellent for executing great tasks by promoting team communication through its chat, its cost is quite favorable for anyone, since it is really very cheap, provides easy access through the web, Windows, Android, iPhone and Mac. It has its own calendar management, real time edition, among others. swit is a service that strongly favors its users in any situation or work scenario, that is why this service has completely earned my trust.

Swit has deficiencies at the time of starting section because the operation of the interface is a little slow and after a while its operation begins to work normally, personally this is something that makes me a little uncomfortable so I hope that when running improvements to this service my opinion is taken into account. To be honest this is the only disadvantage I have visualized about this service.

At present we are using the service of swit in all our company, since its operation is good enough to maintain or increase the productivity of all our workers, the service allows us to work with enough comfort, security and in an innovative way to all the new labor trends.

Our marketing intern and I (CEO) have been experimenting with Swit for over a month. So far, we both love the results. We like that it's easy to tag each other and receive notifications. We appreciate the integration to other platforms especially Google Drive and Dropbox. We're still figuring out how to best use the project v channel boxes. And we don't use the email function at all. But overall, it's easier to use and feels more productive than Slack any day of the week.

The email integration is useless because the signature doesn't come through appropriately so we turned it off. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to store "permanent notes" (like a pinned sticky note). Perhaps we haven't found that feature or it may not exist. However, I think we'll be using Swit in the future.

Swit combines chat and project management tools into one place. I always find Slack to be a waste of time and it's because it's primarily a chat tool. It never feels productive. But Swit is geared toward productivity.
