Being able to drop emails into channels and tasks. It's very useful as we do not want to communicate internally via email. We put customer emails into swit and can easily discuss them.

We have quite a few tasks, I wish there was a better way to filter the "All Tasks" section, or a way to put things in order.

We're able to keep track of all customer emails that still need responses in a more effective way than just leaving things in your inbox. The team is also communicating less via email.

Swit offers task management and chat, so we don't need to get another program like Slack, Trello or Asana.

Google drive integration is not comfortable for me.

The project management tool incorporated with the networks make life easier when following tasks or multiple projects.

That it can get bogged down if you have to many channels would like to see some drop down menus per project to keep everything organized.

Helps with keeping all consulting projects organized and day to day issues we have with projects. Helps keep everything together for us to solve.

I like that our IM is built right into the software. No need for two platforms.

I wish there were more views to others' works and an easier tool to mass-produce projects.

We love the Ideation tab! Project management is easier, and the upgrades this summer were fantastic allowing us to date and assign tasks within the project. It makes this much easier!

I love that the ability to have different channels that are linked with smaller teams within the organization. As a scrum master, being able to create and follow tasks of team member is super useful as it makes everything organized and no ideas and tasks are lost. Other features such as tagging team members and having a conversation about a certain topic in a comment keeps chats organized and not flooded with information.

As a developer, I wish there was a dark mode to swit. Also I would love to see integration of hosting video calls with large scale on a platform like this. Having community swit workspaces, I would want to host events so that participants can directly ask for help through the channels instead of having to email or ask technical questions in Zoom or Google Meet chats.

With Swit, I can manage my email, add tasks to the task board directly without having the open my email in the browser. It makes much more sense and it increases my productivity.

The simplicity of the Workspace Tool is the Key Advantage of Using Swit. Swit Integrations are another hidden gem as it allows us to integrate with the collaboration tools that the organization uses. It fetches the Google Calander, Meet Events in no time! More than that, team collaboration is simplified, and Google Drive files can be accessed and shared that ensures the Documents stay Within the Organization.

The UI is too minimal, and there's room to improve on the UI Customization front. More App Integrations from the Collaboration Tools are always welcome, Given how well the available apps merged with the workspace!

Google Workspace Apps are handy, when we share any confidencial documents. Different Project Views helps us view the Tasks in a much relevant manner. All the Google Drive files are available to share within the Swit Ecosystem (via integration) saves time and ensures right files are shared to the particular segment of people.

If you want to bring business communication together, Swit is the answer. Project management, document management, and communication are separated. Afterwards, it takes a lot of effort to search because I don't know where and what was said. Swit can solve this problem. Turning chat messages and emails into work is so natural. Swit understands exactly why we communicate when we work.

I want to more conveniently import data from tools I have been using, such as Slack and Jira.

Communication for work such as Slack, Jira, Trello, and email was scattered in many places, which was inconvenient. Swit put them together and solved my problem.

We were able to integrate the tools we were using. It was difficult to concentrate due to the large number of tap transitions, but the immersion increased by using the swit.

It's a very trivial part. If you accidentally press ESC while writing a comment, the written content disappears. It would be nice if this part improved. Other than that, I use it comfortably.

This is an example that the team experienced while using various tools. Tools are helpful for the job, but tools that don't fit our team, too many tools can make the job difficult. In that sense, swit has created a tool for thinking about organizations and members. It's great that existing team members can work comfortably and new team members can easily learn the tools. What I like most are the channel functions in this application. It is easy to switch from projects to chats without any significant disturbance and overall helps maintain our team's high productivity. I also liked the notification functions that will help me go back to the conversation I had without worrying about my work content to be disappeared. This app helped me manage chats and projects at one time.

This is not a big issue to me but if opening and managing subtasks be easier that would be great. It would also be nice if Subdividing and managing tasks get bit easier.

To register work tasks and manage schedule plans for projects. Also, to increase time efficiency and team performance. Overall this is a great application, and I highly recommend it to businesses, groups, or other organizations when they need team-based projects to conduct.
