Ease of use and the onboarding team. We had an excellent group of onboarding sessions with Helen. She was amazing with her ability to integrate Synder with Quickbooks.
We needed a lot of help to get everything onboarded, but we had a lot of great help in doing that.
We need to characterize our revenue. Synder automates this so that we avoid manual processes to properly characterize our revenue streams.
Synder solved the problem of syncing my multi-currency account with QBO. The customer support that I have received from the Synder staff is exceptional. There is nothing that I dislike about Synder.
Syncing my multi-currency PayPal; account to my Quickbooks online. Synder deals with all of the currency transactions and accounts for the merchant fees and sales revenue separately.
Customer support via George during setup problems (caused by me rather than the software) was superb. George was patient and helped me through all the setup. Syncing of all sales etc., will save a lot of time.
Nothing - all good so far. Greatly appreciate the flexibility and speed of sorting accounts that Synder brings.

I Had trouble with some settings in my Synder account synced to my quick books and Anastasia Plotka jumped on a zoom call with me right away and helped me through all my needs to make my accounting and taxes so much easier for me at the end of my year. That it automatically synced all transactions
When syncing a large quantity of transactions, it could be quite lengthy to process.
Solving the issue of reconciling all eBay marketplace transactions using managed payments is very tedious and is now automated!
Great customer service. I was contacted by Sasha from Synder, who pointed out that some of my data might not be being synced correctly. She suggested a group Zoom call with my bookkeeper to show us how to set everything up correctly. As Sasha was away when I was free for the call, Helen took the Zoom call instead. Helen was very helpful in showing us what settings and changes we needed to make. This will save my bookkeeper from doing a lot of manual work.
I wasn't able to see Helen on video during the Zoom call, due to a technical issue. That was only a minor issue, as the main focus of the call was viewing my screen, as I navigated Synder and Quickbooks to update the settings.
