Texta.ai is a great copywriting tool with a rich feature set for letter, sales content, websites, etc. It is simple to use and copies need minimum editing.
It is hard to find something to really dislike about Texta.ai. Perhaps, it would be good if they employed GPT-4 engine (but it is rumored to be on their roadmap).
Texta.ai makes it possible for me to finish my copywriting tasks in less time and with less effort, focusing on quality assurance and not content generation.

There is really not much to complain about - maybe a simpler and cleaner user interface - but this is not a must.

Texta has a plan for all budgets and writing tools for every platform.
There isn't any downside to the platform.
It helps me to write blog posts and articles; I also use it for meta data on my website.
I can easily create the content I need to for the first drafts of the articles, blog posts, ebooks and more on a daily basis. There are many other AI apps out there that do 'work', but I always found them wanting.
It did take some time for me to learn the ideal methods of quickly generating the text I needed. But now that I have the prompts down, I only need to tweak the drafts created before I use them.
Even though I have some ideas of the articles, posts, and ebooks I need to write, it is not always easy when you are look8ng at a blank page. Texta has been a fantastic help in this regard. I am able to get a first draft out within minutes. You better believe that it is a tremendous benefit to us.
