Texta.ai Reviews: 4.2/5 — Solid Choice

Texta.ai can be useful for those needed short copy, like headers and meta descriptions. The appeal of being able to write whole articles with minimal input is high but the tool only produces mediocre long-form outputs.

It's a case of the quality of what you get out being proportional to the quality you put in, and Texta.ai allows little input text. I get better results when using ChatGPT directly — albeit with greater effort put into briefing the tool.

The problem Texta.ai aims to solve is that of being able to write content more quickly and with less effort. If I could do that, I could help more customers grow. Texta.ai unfortunately doesn't solve that problem

It looks and sounds very promising, but so far I have been unable to generate a proper blog article. I tried using texta.ai, but got an error message to try it again. When I tried it again, I got an error message I had to wait for 3 minutes. They asked me to write this review, in order to get upgrades to their new version of the tool. Even tough their description here states I would get all updates... I asked for a Dutch article, but the output is a very weird mix of English and Dutch. So again, promising tool, but needs some improvements. Lets hope the gpt-4 upgrade will make it better.

What problems is Texta.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? NOTHING. They asked me to review for an upgrade.

I recently purchased the lifetime version of texta.ai, and while I appreciate its features, I am disappointed with a couple of issues. Firstly, the account settings page consistently displays incorrect information for me, showing undefined NaN, NaN in all fields. This makes it quite frustrating to manage my account and update any necessary details. Moreover, I was expecting a new and updated user interface with the lifetime version, but unfortunately, it still resembles the old version. I recently had a disappointing experience with Texta.ai and I cannot recommend purchasing their product. Despite having a lifetime version of the product, I encountered an issue and reached out to their customer support for assistance. Unfortunately, their customer support was extremely poor. They failed to respond to my queries and did not provide any help in solving my problem.

P.S. I still waiting to respond since few months ago, even if they will respond here at AppSumo after this review the customer support is on efficient and only excuses. As someone who relies on efficient customer support, this was a major letdown.

Texta.ai, and I must say, it has been quite disappointing. Instead of solving problems, it has actually created more for me. The AI technology used in this product seems to be quite flawed. It constantly misinterprets my text messages and provides inaccurate responses, leading to misunderstandings with my contacts. This has caused a lot of confusion and frustration in my personal and professional life.

Writing marketing copy

I haven't played much with this tool, and since I know nothing about the effective composition of prompts, I may be misusing the software. But it sure seems very easy to use.

The bland genericity of the generated article doesn't bother me since I am more interested in using the tool as a starting point, but what does bother me is that the article has very little to do with the topic I want to write about. So, I have not had much motivation to work with the tool.

I am trying to use it as a starting point for blog posts or articles. Thus far, it has not proven helpful.
