The best thing I like about time doctor is that our managers can track our time spent while working, doing our tasks and monitoring what we do at work. It is the best as well to be a productive agent.

There's nothing against time doctor, it's just that we want to be notified that every time that time doctor takes a screenshot, we are informed, because sometimes, even though that is work-related time doctor takes a screenshot.

It solves a lot like some employees did not open any non-work-related tasks and can focus on their job. It solves as well about time tracking as they can monitor if we are on breaks.

The fact you could not tell it was running on a computer unless you have the knowledge on how to check. But also the customise ability for how often you want screenshots and what task could be set.

People can work it out that there is a program running if they have an IT background making it not as affective when they start to spread word around that there is a system in place.

Time Doctor was always looking to perfect its areas it can improve in even the reports were getting better and better as i was using it and the cutomize fields have made it super easy.

It is a very lightweight and affordably priced time-tracking engine, letting the small and mid teams ( developers, creative artists) . It combines tracking functionality with essential accounting tools - a registry of utilized time and basic payment tools like paypal and gusto accounts payable. The Time Doctor is fast compared to similar tools and has wide functionality on intermediary reports to be tracked without doing additional work via excel or power bi.

I like everything but the size of the project matters. It fits good teams below 20 users with low requirements to the accounting documentation If you are growing at some stage, you will require an ERP, but TIme Doctor is a good tool to start any project in most spheres up. Good even for internal corporate projects with separate budgets (f.e. non-profit projects financed by family office employees). Will work in any sphere where strict following to gaap procedures is not required or jurisdiction, lets have it in simplified way. It is better not limit with gusto but follow to the sphere on neo banking multi-national acounts.

We are launching the project to serve customers with outsourcing services. We reduced the use of the office so it is hard to track time confidently and to have a kind of screening procedure - controls to consider if the employee follows the obligation he committed.

Time Doctor (TD) is probably one of the best tools that I have used and also using it currently to monitor the performance of my team and also gives various measures such as screen recording and the websites visited.

The main thing I personally dislike about the time doctor is that it automatically closes after a certain period of time and there is no issue with that but there should be an option for that the user/organization should itself have control over this period.

the biggest help that TD does is a very efficient time tracking and even in addition it shares reports where we can even see our productive and unproductive time.

Its analytics and reports are intuitive. It is easy to use out of the box, and you can customize it further to best fit the work environment you wish to foster. You can turn on/off screen capture per user, set to every 3 or 15 minutes. The productive/neutral/unproductive web activity trackers are also beneficial for spotting different teams' focus time and productivity. All this helps with accountability when issues arise while providing employees the space to do their job best.

Some of their scheduling features are low priority, and we have to upload weekly instead of being able to set a pattern /rule and then tweak as needed. However, this is a minor inconvenience and does not take too much time out of the general maintenance/use of the site.

The best thing about Time Doctor is that it allows tracking time for different tasks and shows the extra time devoted to activity in the dashboard, enabling us to be more productive and time conscious. You can also track an entire week's activity of an agent and where the person struggled and took more time.

I felt at times, the tracker stops working if there's an internet issue or breakage, and if you happen not to notice it, it'd stay paused and may not record the correct activities in whole.

It allowed me to be time efficient and helped me track my team's overall time spent on different activities/tasks allotted. It has a very user-friendly UI and easily learnable options and features.

I work as an account manager at a full-service digital marketing agency. I am able to track how much time I'm spending idle, how much time I'm spending working in general, and how much time I'm spending on each individual client that I have. This allows us to determine if each client is getting the appropriate amount of time based on their package. We can then adjust accordingly for new clients & our current clients.

I don't like that it's not automatic... It can be difficult to remember to switch between clients. As an account manager I have this issue, but my departmental members (web dev, social media, etc) don't have this issue as much because they spend a lot of time on one singular task and so it's not as difficult to remember for them.

It is solving time efficiency problems & providing answers to profitability questions. For example, our smallest package should not be taking up the majority of my time. Time Doctor shows us whether or not that is happening.

The Time Doctor task timer has the most optimal implementation of an Idle function. When you go Away From Keyboard (AFK), it pauses the timer. When you return later, the app asks whether to record that time or not. This is super helpful. Most other timers record that time as if you were still at the computer. Occasionally, you DO want to record that time AFK, so it is better to be asked what to do with it. For me, this is the main feature of Time Doctor, along with the ability to edit time later on.

When you edit the time, it shows in a different color than for the time recorded live. I would prefer to have the option for both to display with the same color in reports.
