I love how user friendly and easy to navigate Buddy Punch is.
When having to add clock in's and out's from previous times it can be easy to mix up AM and PM. Otherwise no complaints.
Buddy Punch allows me to clock in and out at my convenience as a remote worker.
Ease of use, whether it be on the app or on the desktop version, I am able to easily login and update my Availability, Punch In/Out and see my schedule.
The availability feature on the app is not as detailed as on the desktop version.
Ease of Scheduling, as an employee streamlines my ability to easily update my schdule and time.
Buddy Punch has simplified our attendance tracking, making it easy for employees to clock in and out. The user-friendly interface is a definite plus.
The least helpful is the app requires geolocation for it to punch out or in which is an issue if you're in a remote location. Employees may initially resist using a new time and attendance system, leading to pushback and potential issues with compliance.

Being able to use the app to do my time off requests on my own, punching in and out when I'm walking in and out of the building. Also, submitting my timecard is so easy!!!
I find the app very easy to use and I like everything so far.
There is less use of paper, having to go to someone's mailbox to turn in a time sheet or a request off paper.
Ease of use. I also like that you can set GeoFences so employees can only punch in in a certain area.
Doing a manual punch for a employee can be tricky.
Our previous timecard had many glitches. When we had a problem it would take 2+ weeks for them to fix it. That was unacceptable. Buddy Punch Customer Service is exceptional. They are able to answer any questions I may have.
If I forget to punch in I can edit the hours
