Great user interface, slim and clean, very user friendly
Certain features are limited by free, and will need to upgrade for labels and to see archived/completed items
Wanted to clear up tasks and divide them up for different days while also keeping them organized based on project types. I love the fact that you can have projects within projects and that clears up confusion and makes you feel more productive instead of other task apps that end up feeling cluttered.
Nowadays, being organized is not only a pleasure but a necessity, and with ToDoist, I can organize all my daily commitments, including tasks that I have to do once a year. Since I use this app my work and my everyday life is more orderly and productive since everything I have organized, I can use this app on my smartphone and my PC, a tool that I like is the priority that can be given to the most important tasks.
I'm very satisfied with Todoist; there's really nothing that I do not like about this app
If I could summarize the main benefits of this app, I would say it is time, since having everything organized allows me to fulfill all my tasks and commitments in time and form, which makes me more productive in my day to day, since ToDoist It is responsible for fulfilling all my obligations.
I like using Todoist for managing my work-related tasks. Among all the to-do apps I used, I think Todoist is the best. I used Todoist to keep track of my daily work. It is great that I can make a list of what to do and also add timeline and tags with it. I definitely feel that my productivity level improved after using Todoist.
At first, it seems complicated since it has lots of features in it. It would have been better with a detailed tutorial. Also, it would be nice if I could put my calendar events automatically into Todoist.
I've had my team start using Todoist as a way to stay focused and complete tasks. It helps to have line items of everything that needs to get done during the day. I like scheduling tasks with Todoist. The interface is clean and pretty self-explanatory. You can plan tasks, set their priority, add notes to the individual tasks, and set a time for their completion. I use the free version which is sufficient for my day-to-day needs.
I like ToDoist since it is an app that organizes my day, and makes me be organized in my daily things, having everything organized in each schedule helps me to be productive and that I do not forget any task or commitment. Something I like is that I can synchronize my tasks both on the PC and my smartphone and at the same time send me emails alerting me of the commitments that I have not yet fulfilled.
Something that should improve is in the interface since it is quite basic; it would be good if it could be customized.
Since I use ToDoist I am more efficient in my commitments, since this app organizes all my activities and tasks reminding me what I have to do at every moment. This greatly helps my productivity.
I need to be productive every day because I usually waste a lot of time on non-productive things and thanks to todoist I can have control over every task I need to perform and it does not matter if it's a short, long or medium term this application is always very timely with its reminders, thanks to your priorities system I can assign the order of the tasks as well as I can postpone the task or repeat it for the next day while I keep a history of the tasks I have done during the day and be rewarded with points offered the same application which I can use to reward myself when I reach a certain level of points
I have nothing against Todoist since it fulfills all the functions I have needed so far
the coordination of meetings or delivery of projects is done through todoist because it sends reminders promptly and thus we do not forget intentionally
I love Todoist’s integration with other applications.
The interface has a few quirks that need to be practiced to master.
Keeping track of miscellaneous daily tasks in addition to overall project-related tasks is seamless.
I like the fact that I can access this product from my phone, PC or Mac. It is very easy to use and helps you keep your tasks organized. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a better way to manage their list of tasks. I was using Asana as a personal list, but that tool is really meant for project management, not personal task management. Todoist provides me exactly what I need to stay organized.
It's a little bit pricey. I started using it as a student and I would have loved to have that for free or at a highly discounted price. Anyhow, I believe it is worth the price.
Help us to manage what's missing and since we can share it between colleagues everyone can check the progress in some items. Todoist is a fantastic tool to help us don't forget anything. Use it in the company shows we can share between the colleagues and they can also see what's missing.
Available on many platforms. Clean, simple interface. Neat productivity charts with a Premium account.
Nothing to dislike with the premium version. Few important features are not available with the basic version.
Helpful for organizing day to day tasks and improving productivity.
I really really love Todoist. It's super easy and it makes my task taking easier than ever. I use it on a daily basis and it becomes my main source of prioritization and personal organization. I love it.
I can't think of anything I would do better than the current solution. I really love the product. The mobile application works fine, but still delays a bit the notifications or task overload.
I'm helping my own personal organization. It blends seamlessly in my life and makes it more organized. I can't believe I was living without Todoist before. I know I sound a little bit exaggerated but it's my honest thinking!
I like it to be simple, I order all my day in Todoist, the tasks of work and even the tasks of my personal life are ordered by this wonderful application.
Todoist is available for both web and app use. You can schedule reminders and assign tasks to team members, and the format has a clean, user-friendly layout.
Not that easy to use on the whole - thought it integrates with slack, the overall experience is confusing and not at all sleek when Wunderlist, Google keep, Trello, and jira exist, I am not sure why I'd choose this software.
I love how you can easily assign tasks with due dates within a project, which makes group collaboration on a larger project really streamlined and simple. I also love how you can easily creat reminders to respond to emails and it automatically recognizes and attached the email you have open.
Even though I like the easy access within my Gmail account, I wish there was a way to expand / export it so that it's not always only a minimized function inside my email.
It makes project management / task management significantly more streamlined. I used to have to use mtiple tools to collaborate / share with collaborators / set reminders and due dates, but with todoist it's all easily done within one tool.
It's incredibly simple. I don't tend to use most of the customizations because the base functionality works for me. I also appreciate that they set you some default goals to hit and reward you for hitting them.
It is better if there is an action to undo anything if we have made an error. If there is more variety of segmentation it would be useful. It would be more beneficial is a subcategory is been given so that the user will not have scroll to the bottom to find out the task created.
Todist helps people to remember and organize certain tasks. Todist allows to create a task and assign a specific date and deadline and follow up the task and it gives reminders to do those people will not forget and will be organized. It can also help in businesses where we will not miss out any task at the end of the day and there will be a self-satisfaction.
ToDoist is simple to use and makes my every day planning easy. I can create tasks to be done every day/ every week and easily track it in my app, laptop. There is also lots of integration provided like with Alexa etc. You can share your day's list with others and there is an option to collaborate as well.
It would be better if they put a calendar into the app. List view is cool but seeing all the task in the whole calendar sometimes is a necessity.
We used Todoist in our group in the company to share and manage our daily tasks with each other. The best thing about Todoist is managing your tasks in cross-platforms which makes your note-taking job easier. The other cool thing is Dark mode! I just love it.
Simplicity. That's what I love most about this product! It is literally and simply an online to-do list. I've tried different online software to help me with time & project management. Most online software in this family offers too many features that it's almost overwhelming.
Some might consider the simplicity of this software to be a drawback as it has fewer features than other software of its kind. But honestly, that's what I like about it.
I've been using Todoist for about a year now. It's the only time management/project management software that I've stuck to using for so long. And I've gone through so many! I literally cannot live without it! Most of the time I access it through a web browser on my laptop, but it offers an iPhone app as well which I use on occasion. If I think of something I need to do I can add it to Todoist in 10 sec and I'm more likely to not forgot to do whatever the task is. I love Todoist and would highly recommend this wonderful, simple online tool.
The interface makes it easy for me to just hop on and create to do’s
Nothing on the application I dislike.
It was easy to complete day to day tasks by being on my phone
Figuring out what I like best is hard, really. It's the first task app I've ever felt comfortable using consistently. That probably has a lot to do with its Chrome extension. I can quickly add a website as a task and there's a contextual menu for adding tasks to the inbox, as well. Tasks can have notes and attachment. Per-task and per-project e-mail reminders are reliable and easy to set up, unlike those from Google Calendar. It's also easy to share tasks, not just with designated team members but with anyone who has the app. There's a convenient Chrome app which I use when I'm really boring down into a big bunch of tasks but usually I stay in the Chrome extension which is as full-featured as the app. It's just not persistent. I like how the app tracks my productivity. I also appreciate not being constantly nagged to upgrade. The free version is quite powerful. The Premium version is inexpensive considering that. I just discovered the templating feature. Very nice. Imported a Content Calendar for my blog. Templating is available in the free version which I appreciate.
Tough one. I wouldn't mind being able to customize the look of the app more. Some of the grays are too light for my old eyes. Time-tracking would be a nice addition to the app.
Todoist is invaluable in keeping myself organized and on-track, from work tasks to personal reminders.
I love this application, it's a good way to get organized in the different daily tasks, there are several similar ones in the pro market that I think this is the easiest to use.
The mobile version must improve in design and functionality, sometimes I prefer to enter the Platform from the computer.
I organize my tasks of the week with this platform, I put in order my ideas and I establish weekly goals, it feels good to empty the mind in a single space, it leaves you time for the important level of communications the creation of content.
I've used a lot of "checklist" type apps and have landed on this one because it is so easy to create priorities, projects, sub tasks and due dates. I use the pro version which allows for a few extra functions that make it even easier to use as well.
There is actually no feature I dislike about this software. It is easily accessible on my laptop, my iphone and syncs between the two immediately.
The problem I solve using this software is organization for the purpose of getting more done. With the prioritization and projects (which are categories) I am able to organize the multiple jobs I have in my life. I am a freelancer and business owner so this is very important in order to keep everything straight.
Todoist is easy to use, customizable for work or personal instances, and has a great mobile app. The premium features make it easy to collaborate with groups and log notes.
Some of the features - such as colors/skins - would be nice to see as free features while Todoist focuses more on premium working features for its paid members.
I've realized new efficiencies in getting things done at work and at home. Todoist has helped me stay on top of regular, recurring tasks and helps me stay on top of the low-hanging fruit.
I've used several task management services before — Todoist is by far the best I have used. I am a premium customer and would cancel all other subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Spotify, etc.) before cancelling Todoist. It is intuitive in handling plain-text scheduling (i.e. "in 12 days" is easily understood by the system and plugs in the appropriate date) and is great with intelligent recurring tasks. I love it!
I wish there was more appearance customization. There are only a few select color schemes and not much ability to customize a dashboard view, if desired.
